We were looking to add a small patio cover to the front of our house and Pacific Patio met all of our standards. Jon came out to do an estimate the same week I called to schedule and had my plan drawn and quote ready within a day. Due to supply issues, our lead time was 6-8 months which they let us know right off the bat. Tamara was very communicative throughout this time and our materials actually arrived about a month and a half earlier than we expected! When the guys came out to do the install (the same week the materials arrived) they were thorough, professional, and made the area look better than it did when they got there! We had an all around great experience and would definitely recommend them!

We just had our patio project completed, a screened sun room. The entire staff was great to work with, Tom on the sales call, Tamara whenever I had a question, very responsive and called me back as promised, and the installation team. The installers were diligent in their work and really looked at the small details to insure a quality outcome. The cost was reasonable based on other estimates obtained. We love our new room and cant wait to enjoy it.

We had an amazing experience with this company and highly recommend them. We just wanted a small free-standing pergola in our backyard that would comply with our HOAs numerous rules. I contacted Pacific Patio on Yelp and received a response right away. We had an easy initial consultation with their sales rep via Zoom, and signed a contract shortly after. I found their prices to be very reasonable. We contacted them in May and their time estimate for completion of the pergola was mid-July, which was spot on. They started installing our pergola on 7/21 and finished in 2.5 days (our project involved removing our existing paver stones and digging/installing 4 concrete footings for the posts, so it was quite labor intensive). The crew was extremely professional and respectful of our property and our neighbors. They worked quickly and efficiently and we ended up with a gorgeous pergola that greatly expands our ability to enjoy our yard. We just love it and wouldnt hesitate to use them again for future projects.

My thanks to everyone at Pacific Patio for installing my new patio room.21 years ago when I purchased my house it had a vintage sun-room with Plexiglas. It was worn out then, but I replaced all the screens, all the curved Plexiglas and some of the flat. For 21 years the room leaked and was more of a greenhouse than a room that could be used. I contemplated redoing the room once again.I am so happy I upgraded. Covid shortages put me on a waiting list. The crew finished the install last Thursday. I could not be happier. My new room was absolutely worth the wait.

My husband and I chose Pacific Patio for their professionalism. It is a family business and they take pride in their work and products. We got a nice sized sunroom and a patio cover. They are flexible and focus on customer satisfaction. The sunroom maintains a pleasant temperature and is extremely enjoyable to hangout in. The customer service is outstanding, they always answer the phone and get the answers you need. We had a great experience from start to finish, every detail is finish with great care.

All in all very happy with our latest project on our upper deck. A full patio cover with two lights and a fan. This cover has many angles, it was upstairs on our top deck plus the back side of the cover needed to be lifted up on the house side to get the proper elevation. A complicated job and Darius was the pro to get it done. Lucky for us the company sent Darius to do this not the run of the mill job. He was very detailed oriented. Took pride in his workmanship. Very personable and aimed to please and kept me up to date every step of the way. This cover took 5 days to complete. Darius completed it on a Saturday because he knew we had a big party the very next day. He made sure we were done and that we were happy with the job. The first job this company did for us was in 2013 was done in a day and easy peasy by comparison and no delays. This time it took 3 months from our initial deposit. We were told it would be 2 months out). Not sure why unless the company doesnt have a good handle on their scheduling and ordering. The wait was worth it but had me nervous about the company initially the second time around.

Extremely long wait! We ordered our patio cover in August and we still don’t have an installation date. They keep telling me that it will be just a couple weeks more, but I’ve been hearing that since November. I’ll post another review once it’s installed, but for now, I’m not impressed.

I had a great experience with Pacific Patio from beginning to end. Tamara is awesome and friendly. I requested quotes from 2 well known San Diego based companies and got NO callbacks. The 3rd company (Pacific Patio) was the only company to respond. I requested a quote on Pacific Patios website at 10pm and got a response and appointment by 9am the next morning. They showed up on-time or early to all appointments. Their prices were very reasonable. They have a simple contract and great warranty. Its a family owned business. I had a 17 x 34 patio cover installed and inspected in less than a week, including 2 wet-rated fans. They took care of all permits too. The small on-site crew was polite, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after themselves every day. I highly, highly recommend this company!

My carport cover was in poor condition and needed to be replaced. I did some research and made an appointment with Pacific Patio and I am happy that I did! Pacific Patio has a great team. Every meeting I had from start to finish was pleasant and they are very responsive.Initially, I met with their salesperson, Tom, to discuss measurements, materials, and pricing. Mark, the owner, came out to make the final measurements prior to the project commencing. JB and the construction crew were able to demo and construct the new carport in less than a week. They came back a few days later and installed a motion sensor light and a security camera light on the carport and made sure they both functioned correctly. They did a good job!I have had the carport cover for about a month now. There are no issues to report and I am happy with the finished product! I have received many compliments on the new carport. The price was affordable and they have great service! Whenever I communicated with Tamera, their office manager, she was always pleasant and was happy to address any concerns and I had.I will be referring them to anyone I know that needs a carport or patio cover.

My project took 8-10 weeks to start. It was completed in 3 days. When asked they kept saying We will let you know next week. After getting several quotes, my wife and I decided on using Pacific Patio for our backyard. We had recently renovated the back yard with concrete floor and BBQ kitchen etc...the layout was somewhat challenging due to the concrete countertops being elevated and low roof overhang. Pacific patio gave us a great layout, using roof risers to lift the ceiling height, giving us the most amazing outdoor living space. We’re finishing up the last few parts, but have already been using the shade and ceiling fans to stay cool outside and never feeling compressed due to low roof, the cover and gazebo parts are plenty high and have a great look. Our crew from DJ has done an amazing job of making sure all finishes are to our expectations and liking. We’re so thankful to them for working thru the hottest couple of days in recent memory to finish. Thanks Pacific Patio....our neighbors are already calling you guys to have theirs done!!
