Needed parts for a Whirlpool dryer. Never used this place before. Awesome experience, went inside they knew what I needed, got what I needed and I was out in 15 minutes. Thanks to Galey and Jeff.On a side note, you cant get internet service inside, maybe Verizon? They dont have wifi?

Nice people there was buying parts for the dryer.

If I was able to give less than one star, I would. This has been the absolute worst experience have ever endured. My husband ordered a part back in late November, he has called every week up til today, has been given every story in the book there is, including that there was an issue with accounts payable where an error occurred with his card, however he paid at the location and the amount was approved. Every story has been inconsistent. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone at all. My husband is so passive, he just continues to call in and be lied to. I am not that person, the instant they told me it wasn’t in the second time I would have canceled and requested my money back. PS today is 02/10, still no part.

Price was okay. I found the part on amazon cheaper but I did get it the same day instead of waiting. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will go back when I need something

I dont usually write reviews but I decided to do so today because of the exceptional service that I received today from Mr. Jeff Fuchs.I came in to purchase a timer & timer knob for my GE dryer not knowing for sure if the timer was really defective. Im a novice at dryer repair so I wasnt sure.Me. Jeff Fuchs brought me the new parts I requested but he asked me if I was absolutely sure the part was defective.I explained to him everything that I did to test the part but that I still wasnt certain.What impressed me was the fact that Mr. Fuchs instead of just selling parts that I didnt need took the time to examine the parts I was trying to replace and recommended that I purchase only the lesser expensive timer knob for $27.24 first and see if it solves my problem instead of the more expensive dryer timer which was about $85.I took the timer knob home and replaced it along with my original dryer timer that I thought was defective and my problem was solved.Jeff’s exceptional customer service as well as his honesty and integrity has earned Reliable Parts a lifetime customer as well as countless referrals from my friends and family!Thanks again Mr. Jeff Fuchs!

Just left Reliable Parts in Spring and I’m super pleased with the outcome.Ok so I’m doing this thing where I try my best to shop local and shop in more ethical companies instead of taking all of my business to amazon .... and Y’all there’s nothing like that face to face service!(With proper precautions And they take them!)Nobody is paying me or anything like that...... I’m just extremely happy with the service I received here.... went to go purchase a capacitor for my washing machine and the gentleman here went above and beyond to help me out. I ordered ahead of time yet I still had a few questions ..... none the less, he was super helpful, amicable and everything nice! I drove from Baytown and definitely don’t regret it. Shop local; smaller...... it’s worth it!

Was told by GE to contact this company about a GE Ice Maker for my Model refrigerator and after spending 20 minutes waiting for a representative to speak with, thinking i was calling my local reliable parts location in Spring,Texas i was actually speaking with a person in Indiana. Gave her the model of my refrigerator GTE18GMNDRES she could not find it. Told her GE Model of the two types that would supposedly work. IM4D/ WR30X30972 . She was only able to pull the 30972 asking the price she quoted me $201.change WOW GE SALES IT FOR $141.CHANGETHINK NOT

I went into the store to replace 2 parts that connected together. The employee tested one of the parts and found it was perfectly fine. That saved me about 20$ not having to purchase it. You can find cheaper prices online, but the customer service is worth paying a little extra.

This business is very Un-American “what happened to customer satisfaction guaranteed!!”, no return, no exchange, not friendly people. The parts are garbage with an astronomical prices, poorly made; side by side with the originals, look and feel cheap; I wont buy from them, ever again!!

This is an update to my previous review “second paragraph below” since I wasn’t able to write a second one and give credit when it’s due.After sending a formal complaint to “Reliable Parts Complaint Services”, Maria (inside sales manager) called me, she was very attentive, calm and extremely friendly, she addressed all my concerns and refunded my money, what a wonderful lady! She even apologized for Jeff “Jeff’s hostility and Maria’s Kindness is like 2 opposite rays, pointing in 2 different directions”.I thought of deleting the previous review, then decided to keep it, because Jeff made me sick in my stomach.My original review starts here.If there was less than 1 star, I would give it. Very unprofessional, very hostile, I purchased a part that was never used, cheaply made, paid $100 for a part that may cost 50 cents or less in china; not convainced, I retuned it the following day, they kept the part and the lady told me that I will get my refund within 3 working days; almost 2 weeks later, I called to find out what took so long for my refund (they never called or emailed to tell me the status of my refund, they may have thought that I would foget about my $100), the man I spoke to “Jeff” argued with me unmercifully, he was rude and very hostile, he said that he wasnt going to refund my money, because the bag was opened and the part may have been used, even when I assured him that I only opend the bag to invastigate the part and never used it, he said you shouldve looked through the bag.My next step now is to escalate this matter to their customer complaint services, in addition to better business bureau.

Customer service is SOMETIMES worth paying extra for, but not 40 dollars extra for a part that ends up only costing 25 dollars, for a guy to type some info in over the phone to have it shipped from a warehouse. Had I known the part number for the replacement ignitor for my oven, I definitely would have shopped around.

Amazing place and Taylor is amazing also. I walked in after 1 gr8 after close and he was already helping someone else that also walked in after close and he insisted on still helping me. He was a life saver I really needed the part to fix my dryer and got it thanks to his dedication. He deserves a raise!!!!

I had such a great experience at Appliance Parts Depot. My son called to see if they could help us. When he described the issue, Lester told us he would test our part and that he was sure what we thought was the problem wasnt. We went in and he tested the part - Lester was right. He gave us his opinion of what was wrong, the part was in stock, and they assured me I could probably replace the part myself, but I set up an appointment to have them help me. When I got home, I tried to install the part myself and was able to get it done. I let them know I didnt need the service call and they were very gracious. I highly recommend them and will use them again if I have a need. By the way, I had visited two other parts stores and neither of them as helpful in the lest. The folks at Appliance Parts Depot are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Good costumer service but is kinda Hard to pay 45.98 for a part that costs 5.00 online and got it in 2 days!!! I guess bussines is bussines if you cant or dont want to wait.
