I just had body work done on my BMW at The Body Shop after being referred to them by my brother (who also had body work done there on his BMW). My car now looks great and better than I could’ve imagined. It’s obvious that they take pride in their work. The car was ready on time and everything was installed flawlessly. It’s hard to find good, honest people in the business these days but The Body Shop has my full trust and I’ll definitely be returning to them for any of my future auto body needs.

There are 2 business characteristics you want at the top of your list when it comes to getting any kind of work done to your vehicle:1) Customer Service/Communication - This. You will be communicating back and forth for whatever the reasons may be and Karen does an amazing job listening you out and addressing all of your concerns. I live an hour away from The Body Shop Inc and work during their open business hours. If necessary, they will work with your schedule the best they can--I dont make it a habit, but they have accommodated me each time and never rushed me out the door.2) End Result/Outcome - If you care about how well the vehicle is put back together and how long the workmanship will last, their work is beyond excellent. The panel alignments are perfect; in fact, some panels were put back together better than whoever did the previous work on my car. The paint... smooth, shiny, even, and matches in all kinds of light sources.They go over their COMPLETE work with you and have photo-documentation if you request it. Karen would always contact me if a change to the work is needed or if she thinks theres a better route to take, and especially if the suggested time-frame changes. Karen and her magical wizards in the back take their time to make sure you receive what you came for and will deliver a product that exceeds your expectations.(Some credibility for my review.. I do extensive vehicle detailing from wet-sanding, compounding, and polishing... I used to strip and re-work vehicle interiors for a living) Bottom line, if I cant do it myself, Id only take it here. This place is absolutely fantastic. My family and I have been customers for almost ten years now and we have never been disappointed by the quality of work. I am pretty picky about body/paint work and notice flaws quite easily. These guys are amazing! Their work and customer service is top grade and their prices are very reasonable. They are even better than the dealerships! I wont go anywhere else even though I moved far away. They are seriously that good at what they do. A+ Quality.
