Great shop. These guys are honest. They actually listen to you and try to understand the issues you are having. Then do the work quickly and for a very reasonable cost. They dont try to get you in the door for one issue and then present a bunch of other procedures you need to get more money out of you. Just straight forward, honest transactions. Youll leave feeling good about the work you had done, and not like you were taken advantage of. I handle most our vehicle maintenance, but for the things I cant do or dont have the time to do, this is where I go. Highly recommend.

I needed an alternator mine went out I called several other shops went to voicemail and they never called back left a message with these guys they called me back within 5 minutes. I recently bought a car, but before I did, I got a full inspection on the car from Green and White. I was impressed. Green and White has honest employees, and they answered my many questions and concerns being a first time car buyer. Though they might not be the cheapest, I think do very high quality work, and are honest and upfront pricing. I have gone to them for years, and they have never messed me around.

I moved in the area about 6 months ago and I still find new places to visit. Today I find Green and White automotive and to my surprise it was a small world experience. A great atmosphere and wonderful people as well. I have found my automotive shop in Spring.

I was referred to Green & White for automotive services for my Lexus. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. An added plus was a comfortable waiting area and convenient location near interstate.

I went in for them to check my car and everything was fine. When I went to go pick my car up they told me that it had trouble starting and that I need a new fuel injector. I said no and went to start my car and it was perfectly fine. They also wanted double what Firestone charges to change the bearings in my wheel. These guys are SCAMERS!!!

I went to Green and White recently to help with various problems with my car. If you want quality, this is the place to go. They are a little pricey, but I guess in the end, you get what you pay for. Id rather a little pay more with them to have better quality.

I have had work done on my car twice each time I was satisfied. They called me both times to let me know what was going on. They told me what needed to be done first and what could wait. I was told up front the cost. When picking up my car it was not a penny over what I was quoted. Very nice people that care about the customer and their car.

First time customer. My turn signal went out and I just happened to be driving by green & white automotive. I stopped in to get it fixed. They replaced the bulb in a few minutes at no charge and sent me on my way. A very pleasant staff and experience. WOW. What a blessing. 😇 Thank you.

I have had Green and White service both of my vehicles. A Mini Cooper and a Toyota Hybrid. Every instance was excellent. Even when they could not service the vehicle (Hybrid system issue) they had several recommendations. Their staff is polite and skilled. Their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

I have used Green & White Automotive for the past few years for inspections and other things when I cant get to my dealer. I have only lived in this area since 2015, and was lucky to find them. It is hard when you are a woman and know nothing about automobiles, to find a company you can trust. I truly trust these guys.

I had shocks and struts put on my vehicle and decided to give this place a try. I dont want to tell you exactly how long it took to get the work done (in case they cant always be thattfast) but it was exceptionally quick in my opinion and half the price of what the dealership had quoted me. Im new in town so I needed to use their shuttle service which was excellent and extremely helpful. Ill absolutely be taking my cars to this place for as long as I live in this area.

We have had excellent experiences with this shop for our Hyundai Veracruz. Dealer told me I needed to replace a light fixture that was going to cost me $330. Decided to get a second opinion from Green & White and they told me there was nothing wrong with the light, it just needed to be plugged in! So Id say they are very honest and can be trusted. Weve had two brake jobs done there. Prices are reasonable also.

I have used Green & White for years and found them to be honest and caring. Several years the car I had then began making a really awful noise and I immediately brought it in expecting it to be a major issue. They quickly looked at it and told me it was a small fix. Im a widow and dont know the first thing about working on cars so it meant a lot to me that they didnt try to fleece me but were honest and professional. Wish every company I deal with were the same.

The guys at Green & White are amazing. As a woman I never feel like they are trying to rip me off like some places. They found a couple of things in addition to the work I took my car in for, but did not pressure me to get them done. I happened to run over the curb while turning a corner. I heard a loud sound and my tire instantly went flat. I pulled in Green & White Automotive as the shop was closing and it was dark outside. They were extremely kind, compassionate and soothing. They went above and beyond and stayed late and fixed my tire. This type of service is unusual now days.

Always happy with the service and pricing at Green & White Took my Scion in to get some engine work done and I thought I was going to have to leave arm and maybe a leg at the counter in trade for the repairs but it was super reasonable and I was happy with the results. I had the car towed to the repair shop at 5 and theyu close at 6. And even with all the vehicles they had waiting for repairs I was giving an estimate that night. They were very expedient and had the car ready the next morning. Awesome service and strait answers. I am going back to them for all my auto repair needs. Awesome service!!!

By far the best Automotive repair place I have ever been, fast and easy every-time I get an oil change, had some issues with my truck and they found the problem which took them 10 seconds to fix it so they didnt charge me! Now that is service with integrity!!!

A stick got lodged in my car and broke the oil sensor. Oil spewed out everywhere, causing my car to make the fatal ticking sound. Luckily, I was close by when this happened. They diagnosed right away, and even though they didnt have the part on hand, they got it and my car was fixed in under 2 hours for a reasonable price. The entire staff is polite, professional, and VERY knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else now! Thank you, Green and White!

This is a used car lot.. DO NOT be fooled by the mechanics hanging around this old building. As the owner partially pointed out in response to my posting, THERE ARE disgruntled employees who have fled or have been led out of the building who do not subscribe to this bottom feeder business model. What the owner fails to mention are the DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS who buy these minimally reconditioned cars through last chance financing schemes. Customers are the real victims and not the lucky employees that left before this shop made the transition to a makeshift used car lot and became a local joke. No one with real integrity wants to work here and any attempt to change this trailer park mentality has resulted in a high turnover of so called disgruntled employees. This disgruntled employee is fully retired and living the good life while this owner still struggles to adjust his business after decades of trying. A real Service Manager with integrity could have made a difference, but those people dont last in this type of environment. Take it from someone who really tried to turn this shop around and failed, buy your car from a reputable car lot that primarily focuses on car sales and get your car repaired by a facility that does not sell cars. Avoid the conflicts of interest that a disgruntled shop owner might exploit for financial gain. Say goodnight gracie..

I have been using Green and White for service since 1977 and have always found them to be honest, courteous, and professional. I thought I might need a brake job and fluid flush ($600.00+) but they said my brakes were fine for now and wait to have it done!My wifes car had a fight with a big piece of rubber that was thrown into her car and lost! They diagnosed the damage and had it fixed in the same day!Truly one of the last really honest repair shops around and I am lucky enough to live within 10 minutes of them.Thanks again and geat job!

This is my first Google review. I dont do reviews but for Green and White I will! I have been going there for over 15 years and am thoroughly pleased with their service. I will admit to going to another shop or two when Green and White started closing on Saturday. I got over that quickly! And with the ride service they offer I have never been inconvenienced at all.I have a car I bought from CarMax with the CarMax warranty. They are usually great cars, but this one had real issues. Green and White covered all communication with the insurance; I just paid my $50.00 insurance copay and that was it.I could go on with more good stories. Suffice to say I would and have recommended them to any one who has asked.

First time customer and I felt relaxed among the front desk and the service was fast for what I had requested.

I stopped by to get my state inspection with out an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to complete the inspection.

Everybody was friendly, they did a wonderful job fixing the A/C in my wifes vehicle. Only downside (and this is with all repair places imo) is that parts are way overpriced. I know they are a business and trying to make money, but the a/c compressor I could have purchased online for about $500 less than they charged me. Needed it fixed with the Texas summer coming up and the car was already taken apart, so I didnt bother, but maybe they just need a new parts supplier that has cheaper prices that they can pass onto the consumer.

Several great experiences with these guys. I can count on them to be reasonable, fair and trustworthy.

Despicable....I thought that I had found an honest shop close to home, it turns out I was wrong.I went in for a simple state inspection today on one of my two vehicles, and being that I keep my vehicles in top mechanical shape I have never had an issue getting a state inspection passed the first time.I feel like green and white automotive was trying to hold my inspection results hostage to try to upsell me a set of headlights. They tried to tell me that my inspection failed because my headlights werent the proper type, eg. Halogen, HID, or LED. My vehicle has had LED headlights in it for several years now and I have never had an issue passing state inspection, they are 100% legal and fully functional. They also incorrectly reported my headlights as being HID when they are not.So after I paid them for a failed state inspection, I went and had my car inspection done at a dealership, and surprise, it passed with flying colors! I also reached out to people that I know that are mechanics, and state inspectors, and they had not heard of any law requiring vehicles to have a certain type of headlight to pass inspection.Green and white burned this bridge as far as Im concerned for me and my two vehicles, which is sad because this was such a simple task. This is a perfect example why people hate to go to garages.SHAME ON YOU!

NOT HONEST, DONT TRUSTI had a problem with A/C in my Jetta 2011. I checked with my regular mechanic and he checked and confirmed that the freon pressure is good and most probably it will be the compressor. As the compressor is an expensive job, i decided to get a second opinion. Took it to this shop and they said they will run a diagnostic that will cost me $58 and then will give me an estimate for the repair. An hour later they called to say that the freon is low and that is causing this problem and they will flush the system fill with freon and the cost will be $178. I asked is this the only problem, they said yes but there might be a leak somewhere so they will add a die and I can drive for a week and if it leaks again then the die will tell them where is the leake. This was a surprise to me as the other mechanic a day before confirmed that the freon is good.An hour later, they called to say that they found out that the problem is with the compressor and to fix will coast $1900.This was $500 more than the quote I received from the other mechanic who quoted me for the same job with all the additions.The shocking thing is that they insisted on me paying the $178 although the car was not fixed and they just lied to me about the lack of freon as there was no leake as the other mechanic checked a day before and said the freon is fully charged.Lesson learned, dont always trust good reviews, and particularly dont trust this shop and for high ticket work check more than one shop.I must admit they were polite and treated me with courtesy, but i just wanted to avoid any argument so I paid and made it clear to them that they have a very unhappy customer that will never come again.
