What a fabulous surprise this shop is! Family owned, at the same location for over 20 years, friendly, knowledgeable, great communication during the diagnostic phase, a fair price for all work done and HONEST!!I know. Hard to believe, but it is true.There is nothing an average single woman hates more than car repairs. Too many times Ive been scammed and overcharged. I believe this is the first time in a very long time, that did not happen.The car needed a new power steering pump and a tune up, and is 15 years old. It is positively purring now and I could not be more pleased.I urge you to check out this repair shop. Michael, the owner, is a great guy and really knows his stuff.

My 2010 jeep was running hot on Friday a cross the street from the shop, i went to the shop, and they were nice and fix it on Monday. The fuel pump and thermostat was bad. Total cost was 550.00. The only complaint I have is my mechanic, which I used for 15 years would have charged me 350.

The husband took my car to be inspected and the owner was extremely unprofessional! Not welcoming at all, bad attitude, demanding, and very picky! Do not take your car here! I don’t even have an older car! This man takes the keys, proceeds to drive back and fourth at a high rate of speed to supposedly check the breaks? Like you can’t check breaks without trying to tear up my car? Then opening and slamming doors, then makes a big deal about the windshield wipers being a little worn out? Well you lost here because you did all your unnecessary stuff just to waste time! My husband just said he would be back! He knew he wouldn’t be especially the way you treated our vehicle! As Buisness owners we understand the importance of Satisfying your clients. Also you should live by your clients Happiness whether just a simple inspection or something major! This man just called me back and was extremely aggressive stating that I should know that’s part of process to slam my doors, drive with excessive force to check the breaks? That my vehicle didn’t pass due to my worn blades? No sir! Try to be humble and maybe just maybe your business will make it though this pandemic. Praying for you to better yourself and your customer service, and vehicle treatment!

If you are looking for that personalized service this is the place. Quality Auto Center is a privately owned business and the owner is on site at all times. His shop is spotless and they do quality work! The owner Mike is very accommodating to feedback and pride himself on doing excellent work. I am very pleased with my experience and the work they have done for me and will recommend them to others.

Took the Mustang for inspection today . Was in and out in notime ! Fast and friendly group over there . I will be back for maintaince .

The crew at Quality auto center did a good job replacing my timing belt and drivers belt.Then I got a call about oil was leaking from my car which I knew it was but didnt know where it was coming from and the owner to me where the leak was and repaired it with a new part.The price was fair and I recommend that anyone to bring there car there for Quality service.

Came in because my AC wasn’t blowing very cold, got right in. While waiting I observed many interactions between the Mustos and various customers, it’s clear they are a trusted and well respected mechanic in the neighborhood, everyone was treated like family. Best thing was that in less than an hour, I was back on the road with ice cold AC. 13/10 would recommend these guys.

It has been over 3 months and my A/C is still working with no issues! I am so very happy and thrilled about it. I wanted to wait and to review after I had gotten it fixed just to make sure it would be working normal for a while. It really never worked normal for about almost 3 years. During the winter it would only blow out cold air. With me having a toddler, it wasnt okay. I went somewhere else around 2 years ago (249 Auto Care, located at 12103 Spears Rd, Houston, TX 77067) and they did NOT fix a thing... $300 down the drain that day. If they didnt know how to fix it then they could have said that. But again I am VERY VERY PLEASED with the quality care that Quality Auto put into my Chevy Captiva. For them I will be forever grateful. They are very experienced, professional, kind and inexpensive.

I went to quality auto center for the first time today. I was extremely happy. My wife and I have been going here for over 10 years. They have always known what to do, do it quickly, and have been reasonably priced. Oil changes, brake jobs, tune-ups, and anything else. We place our utmost trust with this place and for good reason.

This is the only place I take my car for repairs. Mike (the owner) and his team are outstanding. He has always been honest with me and thats hard to find in a mechanic these days. If youre looking for a good honest mechanic go and see Mike.

My family has been going here since I can remember, Ive known Mike since I was a little girl. He is truly a great guy who has fair pricing & treats his customers great! Ive never wanted to take my car anywhere else. When I bring my car he always offers me a ride back home so I dont have to walk home & hes done it for my grandpa a few times. He makes sure youre getting the best care possible.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced. I was in and out in less than an hour for an oil change and some flushes. The dealership told me it would be all day! The ownerS (Mike and Donato) took their time to show me everything that was good and bad with my truck and did not attempt to pressure me into purchasing unnecessary items. DEFINITELY found my new spot for all my fleet vehicles! A+!

My grandfather went to this shop first by recommendation from a good friend who always used them. So when he gave his recommendation I wasnt hesitant to give them a shot after being fed nothing but garbage from multiple other shops. Excellent service and have been going now for going on 3 years.

Took my tundra in for a vibration when coming to a stop with in a hour that told me it was the front brakes, very affordable price and it was done with in a couple of hours.

After taking my 1999 Subaru Forester to a nearby shop to have the A/C pressure tested as it was not blowing as cold as it once had, I was given a quote of around $1200 (probably more than my car is worth) to essentially replace the majority of the A/C system. On top of that, the other shop dumped what remaining Freon my system had while they were testing it, so the compressor wouldnt even kick on any more. They also lost the service port caps while they were at it.I literally drove from that shop to Quality Auto Center after calling my wife and having her look on Angies List for someone nearby with good reviews, and I was very impressed with their service. Daniel took a quick look at what the other shop had done, and immediately spotted a leak. I left the car with them as they were about to shut and by noon the next work day they had the work finished.Not only did they repair the pinhole in the line, but they wrapped the line in a foam sleeve to stop it from rubbing where the hole was created. They charged the system up and its blowing colder than it ever has since Ive had the car. Mike and Daniel were both very helpful, professional and up-front about the repair work needed. I will absolutely take both my cars here for any future work.

Took my Nissan Xterra here after it stalled. Paid them $800+ and the car promptly stalled again a few miles from home. Had the car towed back to Quality Auto, they charged me another $400+ only for the car to stall out again a few miles from home. Called Quality Auto and they told me to take it to the dealer because they have no idea what is wrong with the vehicle. Would have been great for me if they came to that conclusion before taking $1,200 from me. The car wont even crank up.Dont waste your time or money on a business who does not honor their work.

Great service at a fair price.....

Brought the car in for a diagnostic and question on Saturday a bit after noon. Problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired within about 90 mins at a very good price. Very satisfied. I inquired about another minor problem and the lead guy advised me to leave well enough alone.

Showed up at 530 to get an oil change. They close at 6 and had only one vehicle being worked on. I asked them if I csn get some service done. He said depends. What ya need? and I told him an oil change. He said tomorrow. For someone that works 7 days most of the time a week, its difficult to get in before 5. Ill be making the drive to Tomball to have people that want to give good service and earn my business. This is terrible customer service and Im sure it will catch uo with them.
