Had a wonderful experience purchasing my first pair of boots in Texas. My salesman was Rick and he was very friendly and helpful. However, when I was in the process of purchasing my boots the manager started arguing with Rick who was in the middle of processing my order. I found it very strange and unprofessional of her to berate her own employees in front of customers especially when the employees are just doing their job well.

I would have put 5 stars ⭐️ and that would of been for the GREAT customer service from Rik! But unfortunately I am giving 1 star for my experience with Melissa! Rik helped my son pick out his first pair of boots, we had a pleasant experience until it was time to check out! Rik needed help entering my coupon, both the manager and Melissa seemed to not want to help! Rik had to go find someone to come to the counter and help just entering my coupon. I almost came around the counter to help my guy out! Melissa came over and so called tried to help but was very rude to Rik and was very unpleasant! She was irritated with Rik and made it very known by being rude and abrupt with Rik, never finished helping him with this coupon and walked away! Rik went to find the manager and finally we got some help!! With all that being said, Rik You Rock ⭐️❤️ But I will not go back to that location and hopefully Rik you find a job that values you and respects you!

It was a decent experience shopping here, first and foremost I got here got greeted, but no one tried to remotely help me. Until a young cat named Jonathan came and asked if I needed anything. Real great of help they need more help like this young man. The only reason they get 3 stars is they didn’t have enough selection in wide sizes.

I went in looking for an Specific Ariat Boot, and unfortunately they didnt have my size. And the Sales Associate helped me find it and order it for me. Great customer service

Ok selection of womens work boots but.... not enough sizes! They might have size 7, 7.5 and 10.... it would be nice if they would back fill.

The store employees was nice, I needed a new work hat, was treated with respect and they were very helpful!! I went to Cavenders off 1960 (in my uniform) and was treated rudely was told for “essential employees only” and was not able to look around for a new hat for work. I left and went here!!!! Thanks again for your help!!! I will come back again!

Very clean and the staff was very nice. I can not give 5 stars because I did by boots that were on clearance sale. The price wAs not bad but misleading. They marked the original price at $159 but when you looked into it the original tag was there and marked $149. I am not a fan of misleading pricing. Pretty sure it is illegal too.

I couldn’t find the style I was looking for but the young lady who helped made suggestions and helped me find something that met my expectations. A group of us from work ordered FRC safety attire in the store for our field site visits and were told we would receive an email confirmation and a phone call when the order was ready. After calling a week later we discovered our order was never placed because they marked it as possibly fraudulent. Nobody bothered to call us and say their was any issue with the order.

I bought a pair of boots here a couple years ago, and since then a couple shirts and jeans. I had a great experience and I usually do. I’m surprised the reviews aren’t higher, I would highly recommend this boot barn to anyone and I definitely plan on coming back sometime in the near future.

Went here looking to buy some exotic leather polish/conditioner for some boots. We got that, and ended up buying three more pairs of boots and one pair of boot inserts. Cassey (not sure of spelling) helped us. She didnt have all the answers but worked hard to find out what she didnt know. The selection here is great and vast. They have boots for men and women, they have clothing, belts, beltbuckles, hats and more. If youre looking for western wear I would recommend giving them a try.

Id been wanting to have a pair of western boots since we moved to Texas. Im happy that I found a nice pair that was on sale. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The ladies welcomed us into their Home and were a star example of courteous.

Good easy to find location right off the I 45 feeder. They have a nice selection of boots if you wear a D width. If you have a wide foot ( look for the square orange tag), you may find it a bit lacking. However the employees there will check with other Boot Barn stores if you dont see your size.

Sorry, after spending hundreds of dollars here the past few years, today was the last time Ill step foot in a Boot Barn. After selecting a shirt and a pair of denim jeans, the young woman asked me if Id like to try them on to which I said yes, and then she wanted my name. Yes, they ask you for your name so they can write it on a small grease board which is hanging from the door of the dressing booth. To me, I felt very uncomfortable at having being asked for my name just to try on some clothes. First time Ive ever had to be asked for my name to try on some clothes and Im 55 years young. Never again. I told the young woman I felt very uncomfortable giving my name just to try on some clothes and Ill go somewhere else, and she responded well Im sorry about that.

Bunch of drug store cowboys that look like they just walked off the Urban Cowboy movie set working in there. I dont think any of them have ever lived the country life. They do have a good selection and reasonable prices. Would recommend.

Went here a couple of days ago. Got greeted but lady gave me a hell of attitude when I asked where I could put up clothes, gave me looks the whole time I was in the store and she was giving attitude when I was checking out. Not trained well at all. By far the worse experience. She shouldn’t even work there.

I just left this location and I love nothing more than fantastic customer service. The manager Kaylee was amazing, sweet, kind, helpful and took care of my particular situation. Thank you Kaylee!!!!

This is one of my favorite locations the staff here is always attentive, helpful, and kind. They are also very knowledgeable of there merchandise and if it is not in store they always help find and alternative on how i can receive whatever i am looking for!

2 stars for the Good selecting of western boots but if you make the mistake of needing to return a item, they would make sure you are inconvenienced. You will be asked for your contact details at the counter then asked to fill a form with the same details... total waste of time and BS!

Great place, lots of choice and wonderful service. The lady who helped me was very kind and even gave me and my brother a few extra tips on what to see in Houston. Definitely recommend this place to anyone whos looking for a place to get some cowboy gear.

She makes you feel like you are one of her kids turn around. now lift your arms. now bend at the waist all the things we need to do when trying on clothes but never think to! I will continue coming to this store solely for her assistance. yes, I can get it cheaper online, but online isnt going to help me successfully pair a shirt on clearance with a full price set of jeans!

They need to have a better selection of Boots for Men in various sizes. Every time I go there nothing is in my size in a black color. Very limited selection of boots. Cavenders has a better selection. Also if you want something that is sold out online they tell you to call every store individually to find what you want or go to each one personally. Get with the times Boot Barn there is alot of technology so Customer dont have to run all over the city to find one thing.

Had bought a shirt and of course I didnt try it on there so once I got home and tried it on it didnt fit right so I took it back and exchanged it for something else and they were very helpful and friendly with my return. I have always had a pleasant experience at this particular location and very happy that they are close to my house..
