Product is fine but might need some improvements since this products are a little pricey. Customer service is terrible -5 stars. The two stars that I gave is only for the product. They delivered the fruit bouquet supposedly should come with balloons bouquet. But there was no balloons delivered. So I called the store telling them something is missing with my order which I pay almost 90 bucks. The lady just simply told me that they forgot to deliver the baloons. That it was in the store. That she will call me when the driver is back to pick up the missing balloons. That was around 12 noon. So, it is almost 4PM, and received no call and no balloons delivered. So, I called again to follow up. Again, she just simply say that the driver is on the way. BUT WHERE IS THE PHONE CALL? in the first place, the supposedly surprise is already messed up with the missing items. Being busy is not a good excuse. If you promise to call, try fulfilling that promise to your customers. It will not take 5 minutes of your time. Do you know how to be organize when dealing with customers? Take notes when you promise to call on a certain time. Regardless if you are busy or not. If you can not fulfill it then do not give assurance at all so your customers will not expect anything.

Yo!!!!! Those chocolate covered strawberry personal cones 😋🤤 AMAZING! The platters and bouquets are exquisite and they keep the same quality all the way across the board, no matter what you order!!! Every one of their staff members are professional, friendly and communicative. I don’t know what kind of training they go through but WELL DONE! Customer for life! As a matter of fact, I’m passing one up now so imma turn around and grab something real quick ✌🏼😂

Placed an order Monday for it to be delivered Wednesday, got the order finally around 730pm. They were supposed to be a surprise for my husband since we’re now pregnant. He was asleep by the time the order arrived.Highly disappointed w/ the product. I ordered chocolate dipped bananas. They are definitely not fresh. I also requested to have the driver notify me of when he was on his way to my address and didn’t get a call/text like I was informed I would. This was my first order w/ edible arrangements, and it’s terrible that I got this kind of experience.

I was trying to place an order online but was having issues, when I tried calling the location they kept saying, “you need to place the order online or I can give you the corporate customer service number.” All I wanted was to place a simple order. Very upsetting.

When my brother and sister in law were out of town and were going to miss their delivery, they did an extra good job in making sure it was delivered once they came home!

I order from Edible Arrangements pretty frequently. Ive always had great experiences. Most recently, there was an error with what I was charged through PayPal. I contacted Edible Arrangements as soon as I found out and they reimbursed me immediately. Excellent customer service! (On a side note, Id not recommend paying through PayPal)

Came here recently in the middle of the day where it wasn’t busy. I was checking out their casing to see what was available to buy. I had questions as to what was available, the pricing, and if the chocolate covered bananas were fresh, due to some places using frozen bananas. I also want to understand how to order, since I saw fruit cups, but did not see choices or pricing for the chocolate covered strawberries by half/ full dozen. I guess I had asked too many questions that annoyed Myrna, who was helping me. She responded to me with, “Look! These are our fruit cup choices for $5.99, and you can either order half dozens of strawberries for $19.99 or a dozen $29.99.”Well thanks for clarifying, but the attitude was unnecessary, especially for a first time customer. She was so rude and I immediately felt uncomfortable. There wasn’t even a sign that stated the prices of an arranged box, so sorry for burdening with such questions. Will not be returning due to rude staff.

Went by there trying to get something for my anniversary and it was closed before the posted time 5pm. Second time this happened, I won’t be coming back again.

It was January 20th when I came into this store. Im new to the area, and it was my Moms birthday. I always end up doing last minute stuff, so I finally looked up this spot, never used this company before, so I gave it a try, and it was the best. I forgot the ladys name there but she was soooo helpful even though that day she was short staffed, she still was able to take my order and have it done the same day, and didnt even turn me down and I really appreciate her for that because she made my Moms Birthday special. Met the owner personally, this gentleman takes his business very seriously. He and his manager went above and beyond to correct an error on a previous order. Ordered a Get Well bouquet for a co-worker and once delivered, my co-worker emailed and said thank you for the thoughtful gift, however, you should call and get your money back as the strawberries were moldy and oranges were dried out. I called and told the store about this issue and the manager offered a box of strawberries - that you can pick up as compensation. I will be calling a regional manager since a box of strawberries is not acceptable when I paid $100 for the arrangement. ****BEWARE of this location when placing your order. ****

I ordered a specific arrangement with chocolate covered bananas because they are my moms favorite. I paid $100 and it had NO bananas. Not a single one. I checked my receipt to make sure I ordered correctly and it said 8 chocolate covered bananas. I called the store Friday evening and left a message asking for a return call. No one ever called Saturday. I will be calling again Monday. That is way too much money spent to not get what you received. What poor customer service to not return a phone call from a customer whom youve screwed up their order. So my Mon got an arrangement for her birthday expecting bananas when there wasnt a single one. Thanks for nothing.

I placed my order yesterday for a 8:30 am pick up. When I arrived a girl named Lilian assisted me. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. My order was 45 minutes later than expected. I had asked Lilian for help putting an arrangement together with a mug and a strawberry cone I purchased and she refused. It took a phone call to corporate to have her help me. I am not usually one to complain. I know we have some bad days but today was just completely unacceptable from customer service.

Worst service for Mothers Day! Customer service was absolutely terrible. My grandmothers order was a day late. My mother had to call customer service 3 times before the arrangement arrived and it was 3 hours late!! While my mom was on the phone with acting manager Lilian, she was very rude to her and was not helpful at all. Definitely stay away from here if youre looking for good customer service and your arrangement to arrive on time.

I went in monday july 8 wanting to place an order for july 10 my wedding anniversary and i had seen something online that i wanted but had questions, myrna was so helpful and knowledgable about different products she truly made my 4 year wedding anniversary special, my wife really enjoyed her treats,and i will be visiting this location again!!!

I went yesterday to get my free rewards and the employee was not helpful and kept arguing with me that I had to buy at least$29 to get my rewards when it clearly states in the print only if I was to redeem online only! Yet she still decided to argue. Not pleased nor will I be returning or using their services again. I will let everyone I know about this horrible service I received from this location and business.I did read the conditions and did tried reaching out. No help. Still waiting to hear back from corporate as well. Such a joke.

I ordered a HUGE basket for my moms birthday to be delivered. When I went to her house later I saw it and they had given her this tiny cheap bouquet that literally had half of the items missing. I took a picture of the basket that was received and one of the basket that I ordered and circled everything that was missing. They refused a refund or to deliver the correct bouquet and offered me a small box of chocolate covered banana pieces for the inconvenience. I went up to the location and the manage refused to come out and talk to me. I will never use them again and I definitely want everyone to know my experience. They traded out my expensive bouquet for the cheapest available because Im sure they thought I wasnt going to see it. I was heart broken that my mother received something so small when I had planned for something so big on her special day.

Doesnt even deserve the one star. I ordered this for my boyfriend for Valentines Day and it never arrived. I called them the next morning because there was no way of getting ahold of anyone on Valentines Day and was said flat out that they had reached their limit for deliveries which is why mine wasnt delivered. I never received a call or was never notified that my delivery wouldnt be delivered even though I placed my order a month in advance. Fortunately the service on the phone was nice and even after i called back a second time I was reassured it would be delivered. However, it is now 5:00pm and NO delivery. I cannot even believe this. Still no call or notification that it will or will not be delivered. This place will NEVER get my money again.

This is twice this damm bussiness have givin me POOR service, at the woodway location the arrangements was falling apart and the delivery looked like a homeless men. Now my delivery was not deliver at a Pacific time as i requested, again i used to drive for them n believe the owners are doin this just to spite me. I should write to corporate bout the owners n shut them down due to poor service, all I asked was a Pacific time n yet they cant do that, makes me so angry!!!!!!!
