This morning Lauren (blonde gal) made my day! I’m in town traveling for business and needed a quick pick me up a.k.a. a cup of Pike. She was so kind and caring with every individual customer in front of me and when it got to my turn in line, I could feel her hospitality radiating! 10 out of 10 love this location

The Baristas this morning were so welcoming, my drink tastes perfect, and I loved the little note they left me on my cup, you are worth it❤ !

This review gets a double love it, reasoning is because located inside Kroger-my favorite :) this location has a Clean environment, and good customer service.

Horrible service was definitely not friendly at all and didn’t ever bother to ask if I wanted my reciept and I did want it and she also mis heard me because I specifically asked for a venti. I hope you guys get this issue resolved or else no one me will ever buy from there and this happened 5 min ago within posting.

This Starbucks in Kroger on Rayford is my favorite ! Zane and his team are fantastic ! Very friendly, attentive and always make my order right ! It is clean and pleasant every time we stop by ! Its a huge change from when the last lead was here . Thanks you so much !

They never make the drinks correctly and even with not having all the ingredients they still dont get it right we probably wont be back to this location.

Very disappointing place. I have been there three times within the past two weeks they have either been out of a common ingredient for their drinks or have to wait for them to make mocha. Which takes 10-20 minutes multiple times. Dont waste your time with this location!!

The location was just like another site built Starbucks. The same Great coffee, and the same wonderful selection.

Service is not great, but the coffee is all Starbucks. (Consistent).

As always, Starbucks excels at efficiency, cleanliness and staff courtesy.

The young lady that was our Barista was helpful and nice.

I asked for a matcha green tea latte with coconut milk. There were only me and another woman who ordered. She couldn’t find the matcha one so she overcharged me for a normal Iced latte and I need coconut milk in my teas/coffee since I’m lactose intolerant. Most likely never going to come back to this one and go to the one on rayford instead
