Outstanding friendliness, professional, and went out of their way to complete a transaction on the infinity light I bought mixing the colors and holding the item for me a few days before I could get there to pick it up. The only reason I didnt give them a 5 is because I didnt try their main service of embroidery and the like so I cannot attest to their work, however based upon my experience and the samples of their work in the store I wouldnt hesitate to check them out.
