Recently had them solder my wedding band to my engagement ring and it is amazing. They also did a redesign of my parent original engagement ring into a necklace for my wedding and it was stunning. Hes reworked my wedding ring a couple of times; converted a ring into a necklace; tailored a beautiful gemstone, diamond and gold bracelet. Hes help me to secure fair or better appraisals for family heirlooms. He has a great selection of unique and estate finds, large and small. I love Jami. He has been my jeweler since I was a baby and became a family friend. His work is beyond gorgeous. I’ve had custom pieces and noncustom and both are gorgeous. He doesn’t skimp but let me just say, his repair is amazing. He had to cut a smashed ring off my moms finger and he repaired it seamlessly. And the amount of times I smashed my rings and he fixed it? And you would never have known. Have arthritis and bigger knuckles smaller fingers? My mom did and he had a fix for that too! I cannot speak highly enough about not only his business but who he is as a person. He knows his regulars and makes everyone feel cared about when they walk through his door. And that’s just Jami! I lost my center diamond on my wedding ring from a prong wearing down over years. I went into Westbrooke Jewelers and they put a new diamond in for me. I also think he fixed two of the side diamonds that were pushed in just a hair too low. It sparkles beautifully! It may even be better than the original. Thank you, Westbrooke Jewelers! Cleaned, resized and reset all 33 diamonds in my custom wedding ring. Quality work.

I brought in my engagement ring for repair, and they cleaned it/replated the white gold with rhodium, all in 48 hours! Fantastic job (it looks brand new again), and super fast turnaround. Will have them do any future jewelry repair as well. As a bonus, it’s really nice to have my money go to a small, local, family business, and at a better price than the big chains.I have also had them resize another ring and restring a bracelet. In the case of the ring, I got a quote from one of the big chains, then figured I would at least check with Westbrooke. Well, Westbrooke charged 1/3 the price and had it done much faster...sold.

Needed a new watch battery and noticed them as I was driving by. Did not have much time and was prepared to leave it if necessary.What a great experience. Super friendly. They fixed the watch in about 5 minutes. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, which included greetings, a brief browsing and settling the bill.Did not get to see everything they have, but what I saw was beautiful. I will be back when I have more time to browse.

I went to get my ring sized and replace a Diamond. After a few days the same diamond came out. Tried calling a few times to resolve issue no one never picked up. Decided to go somewhere else to get quality work.

Very unprofessional and disorganized! Jeff was very helpful when I left my jewelry with him showed me everything and quoted me at a reasonable price, however make sure if you are getting jewelry repaired and you must leave it, make sure they write the actual charge amount on your ticket! Jeff quoted me at a price and other staff members did not honor it. They are con artist and I highly recommend not dealing with them!!!

My grandmother took in 5 of her watches February 2nd (each needing a new battery), my mom’s pearl necklace that needed a jump ring, and my bolo that needed a pendant re-soldered. She was told she’d be getting a call mid-week, because he wasn’t too sure if he’d be able to fix the bolo. Sounds good. She ended up calling them first to say that she had a jump ring for that necklace and would drop it off.She went back to the shop a few weeks later to not only drop off the jump ring but to pick up the watches, but was told they weren’t ready yet because he wanted to work on everything at once” — you haven’t put in any watch batteries because you were waiting for a metal piece for the necklace? Makes sense.We (I decide to tag along - road trip!) came in Feb 23rd to see the owner kickin it behind a desk, and a younger guy manning the front. He asks how he can help us, and she responds that she’s here to pick up her items. The owner immediately goes to the back room - at which point, he proceeds, for the next twenty minutes to put in all 5 batteries. Batteries for watches that he’s had in his possession for 21 days. Cue some strong side-eye and a few crickets. Nearly half an hour later, he emerges and hands the bolo back saying it couldn’t be fixed. Translation: I just did all of this quick fast and in a hurry and didn’t have time to do the item that, though required minimal attention, would have been the most labor intensive. We took the bolo to another jewelry shop the same day. I got a call back a few days later, saying it was ready for pick-up.Ultimately, business practices that are unprofessional, lazy, and a little shady. They don’t appear to take simple repairs seriously or really see them of value. Feel free to check out their selection of jewelry, but if you need your jewelry repaired in a timely manner, you may want to look elsewhere.

I would seriously consider going to another jewelry store. What a horrible experience.
