I went to the location in Spring, TX to resized my class ring. The people there were so friendly. They dropped everything to give me assistance. They measured my finger, filled out the form, and helped me send the ring out for repair. Top notch customer service.
My mom purchased a Elements Stone Tag and i took it to Jostens too get cleaned and they lost it…They lost it and ordered me another stone tag exactly how i had it free of charge but they delivered a tag that was the wrong size i had a medium size and they delivered a small which is wrong and im beyond upset as is my mom!!

Ive had my Josten ring for 42 years. I wear it every day, its the only ring Ive had that lasted this long. This is the little booklet that came with my ring. And I still have my receipt. Jostens jewery is a great way to remember those good old days .
I have had what appears to be a serious security breach and I cannot get anyone at Jostens to help me. I tried to place an order online and when I hit submit, it sent me back to the cart instead of placing the order. So I started to try and place the order again. When I went to enter my credit card information, it said that they had saved my information. Thankfully, I did not just hit the submit button, but I looked at the information they had saved and it was not my credit card information but someone elses! I immediately called to speak to a supervisor because first, I need to document all this to verify that I didnt try to use someone elses information, and secondly, to find out if my credit card information that I entered is secure or not or has my information been sent to someone else as well!! The supervisors at work right now are dodging my call and will not take the call. They have a poor girl on the phone telling me why they cannot help and that I can call back next week to try and get someone who can help. I am totally APPALLED and concerned as well.
So i called ..and ask if we can get reinburst I payes for cap and gown announcements..they thinking about making a virtual ceremony I didnt pay..for a gown..to he seen in a virtual ceremony...all of this happened...it is not our fault..they stated they cannot reinburst no money...this is not right at alll..its like a waist of money
