If I could give 10 stars I would. I been going to AVE-E Cig for quite some time. And was so happy when the new owners took over. Overall the place is always clean, pretty stocked and Freddy is awesome! Always helpful, takes time to explain if I have questions. So yes they get all 5 stars.

These guys are really good to their customers we had a couple other shops on the other side of town when we live there we went to but this place takes care of us way better than any of our previous places. I get a free mod every year plus discounts on my juice that supercede all the other shops Ive been to. Their juice prices are lower than every shop in the area. Ive been to most.

Been coming here for the last 3 years, they are the most pleasant bunch of folks. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Plus thier prices are slightly lower than other North Houston vape shops. A 100mg bottle of juice will run you about $28 depending on brand, where the same bottle at other places will run you $31.

Hands down my favorite shop. Love the guys here. Always nice and have good deals. Try the BLVK Unicorn juice. Its the bomb if you like mellower flavors.

I really enjoy this shop over all the other ones Ive been visiting over the years. The guy, Freddy, that helps run it is very courteous and shy at first, but regardless never rude or douchey like most vape retailers are, especially when a new customer walks in. My husband and I come from the far side of another county to shop here. Not only because of Freddys warm, helpful, and friendly rapport but we LOOOOVE the plethora of juices to choose from... and coils on hand every time Ive needed them (between 5 different mods within my household). I havent had to walk away empty handed from there once yet. Definitely glad I gave this place a chance again.... the old crews that used to work there are no longer there and it is a complete hull over in customer satisfaction and no drama!!

I just left after picking up a temporary/backup vape pen while my Smok vape is being replaced by the manufacturer. I received excellent service and was shown exactly what I needed. No upselling, that I obviously didnt need since I was looking for a cheap temporary device, which is something i appreciate. Ill definitely return.

In trying to quit smoking, I decided to take the vape route. These guys were highly knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. I was even given a full demonstration on the care and maintenance of the piece that they suggested for me, as well as several samplings of different juices. Im new to the vape scene, but they seem to have a huge selection. Definitely worth checking out.

Dont bother going in there while they have friends around. Obviously hanging out and laughing with them was more important than helping a potentially paying customer. Asked for dual post rda with 4 coils. Pretty easy for a sponsored builder. Was completely blown off by the staff. Went in wanting to spend money. Will never recommend this place again. Completely unprofessional.

Bought 70$ worth of product. Glass chipped on tank first unscrew. Went in to get it replaced showed up at 11 the time the door says they are open. Doors were locked waited in parking lot for 15 mins no employees show up. Later that day go in to get it handled the employees were both unhelpful and insulting. They ended the transaction with not our problem. Id recommend any other shop over this one.Today 1/19/2015 is Monday not Sunday so clearly your wrong. Get it together before you make your shop out to be even worse I think it is.

The guy who works there doesnt know any information about his product, and is pushy to make a sale, and so rude.Asked if he can fill up the mod I bought from him he declined. Said thank you and walked outside, he followed me and wanted to fight. I have never seen such an unprofessional business. The guy that works there is trash.

BEST VAPE SHOP OUT THERE, my fav people and great customer service.

Bought a $100 mod month ago. A Smok G Priv. The 2nd week my glass cracked for no reason. Went and told them and he tried to put a new coil and glass on it. The coil did not fit so he said i must have stripped it and i would need a new top to my mod. This was why the glass cracked. Went back home and tried to put a different coil in and wallah, it fit. He was putting the wrong coil ( it was never stripped ) in so i went and bought a new glass. Cracked again, then again, then again. Took it back and told them they sold me a bad mod. They refused to do anything because he had already given me a free glass the week before. That it had been a week and a half and it was my fault it cracked. I tried to explain to him it did not matter how many glasses i got if the top ( or the ring ) was bad and he was very condesending and said he had done all he was going to do. To be fair at some point they did give me a new top but it was smaller and was not the same caliber as i had bought. I feel they should have replaced the malfunctioning top that was equivalent to what i had bought. Guess i will have to find a new vape shop that will stand behind their product.

Need to kill the hang out mentality.. Been here countless times. Closest shop to my house. 9 times out of 10, it is full of loafers vaping and chatting with staff. I understand the concept of a Vape Bar, but if you are going to also provide for non-bar customers, staff should be accommodating. Agree with other comments, staff is usually more concerned with friends and doesnt do well at balancing social and responsibility. A good example is last time there was a guy sleeping and snoring (loudly) on couch. I wish I were kidding... Staff acted like they didnt care. If the concept is a Vape Bar, even a normal bar, restaurant, club, etc.. would ask a person to wake up or leave. Another time, there was a dog in the store and as I walked in, I had to keep dog from running away. Pet was obviously not being watched. Im sure the pet was a customers, but again an example of how staff was more concerned with friends than customers. Also, time and time again, I have purchased products that were clearly counterfeit. I have confirmed Aspire coils with anti-counterfeit codes that show to have been re-registered, and I have suspicions on other products that just didnt operate as what are purchased from vendor directly. I have seen this from several stores, so cant isolate incident to just this store. In house juices are typically not rotated and its common to ask for your favorite flavor and it be old and oxidized ( much darker color than when fresh ). This is not a huge problem, but does hurt consistency as these darker ( older ) bottles age atomizers quicker. All in all, the staff is friendly, but the business could be run better. I go here when desperate, but only when desperate. Would love for this to be my go to spot, but if you are a vaper, you know the one thing that keeps you from not smoking is consistency in your vaping. Not easy to accomplish at this place. This is a review opinion from many not just one visit. I would love to give a 5 star review, but feel its better to read an honest one as it might encourage them to become a great store.

Bought my first mod to a coworker. Just to try vaping and whent in there to buy my first juice. I had so many question because it was something new to me. No customer service. Ended up buying there $15 bottle without knowing about different brands and premium. Well it was cheap juice. Burn my throat every time i took a hit until somebody told me it was the juice. Whent and buy premium juice, a total difference.

Im very happy with this shop. I love that they carry the premium brand eliquid that I use. Ive never had an issue with customer service. Whether Ive gone to the shop during the day on a week day or on the weekend, the sales people have always been helpful.Thank you for taking the time to introduce me to new flavors/brands - My 3 favorite eliquids (DOH Nuts, PopDeez and Goon Drip) come from your sales person making recommendations based on what I say I like.If an ejuice / nic level is out of stock, the sales people have always given me an idea when they would be expecting a shipment. I have been to this shop quite a few times and have never had an issue.Ill be making a stop by the shop today... :)

I decided to go here after I received a follow from them on Instagram.Scrolling through their Instagram feed, I noticed that this shop carried the Propaganda and Lost Art e-liquid lines.My regular shop was completely sold out of Unicorn Puke, and doesnt even carry Propaganda.I headed to this shop with a general mindset of picking one bottle of Illuminati and one bottle of Unicorn Puke up.I walked in, and was greeted by the lady behind the counter who seemed to be stocking juice from a box that was delivered.She asked me if I needed any help, and I told her what I wanted.Apparently they were sold out of Illuminati.She then gave me a bottle of Unicorn Puke, and I proceeded to the counter to checkout.As the man behind the counter rang me up, I walked back over to ask if they were expecting any shipments of Propaganda soon.She looked at me, and walked off.I remained standing there, and after a few seconds of realizing I was not going to get an answer, I proceeded to checkout for my other purchase.Looking around the small space of this store, I noticed little to no choices of mods.The only thing I really saw was an abundance of juice brands.I found it pretty cool that they honored FiveStars, but I didnt even bother having my card scanned because I probably wont be returning.All in all, there are a handful of other Vape shops around Houston that you can easily find a better selection of stuff.A meh experience for me.
