I am happy that I went to Klein glass & mirror for my project that I did a mirrored chester & dresser. They were nice very professional & reasonably. They came out to place the mirrors for me as well. My project was going well & I cracked one of the drawer mirrors. Jeff took care of the replacement & had it ready for me by next business day.. I will forever be a customer now especially when I am doing any type of mirror project after and before pictures.

Great people running a business the right way. Jeff, the owner, gave us a great price on a very big frameless shower glass for our remodel bathroom. What impressed us the most is the services we had from the beginning to the end. The glass was so big that it took four guys to bring it in. Jose and Andrea were the two main guys who installed the shower glass and the two vanity mirrors. These guys were awesome! After the installation, we discovered that the shower glass door was a little warped beyond the allowance for a 1/2” thick glass. I emailed Jeff and the following week he replaced for us a new shower door without any question. Thank you for resolving the issue so quickly. These folks did a wonderful job and they beat out every other estimate we got.

We had several broken windows at our shop almost two hours away. Even though it was a Sunday, Jeff and a helper came out and replaced the glass before a downpour, saving us from lots of damage! They handle my home and rental properties as well and always have the best prices, quickest turnaround times and the job is always done perfectly. What a joy to do business with such reliable and friendly people. I had been going back and forth for a week with another company to get a mirror installed in my bathroom. I called Klein and spoke with Jeff on Monday and he put me on the schedule for Wednesday. When Jose and Andrew came out, they were on time, friendly and very professional. I had concerns about my mirror since it was so big. It was an 83 x 40. The process was quick and easy and ZERO mess! I would highly recommend these folks. As a real estate agent, they will surely be getting referrals from me!

I had a broken pane of obscured bathroom glass and a screen with a thumb sized hole in it. Previously, I’d received a $210 quote from a competitor. I spoke with Jeff, whom suggested that I bring the glass portion in (he roughly estimated $10-$15) and take the screen to the local True Value Hardware ($8 total for the repair). The repair for the window took about 10 minutes ($10 total charge). After returning home, I noticed the glass was VERY different from the original which was still fixed to the house. I removed that piece and took it to their shop. A replacement piece and vinyl trim were given to me for $13. Great experience with a reputable company. Their body of work is high end residential and commercial. Nice to see them take care of the little guys with passion and care. I had a golf ball break one of the large windows in my home a week ago. I have used Klein Glass before so I called; they said it would be Monday when they could do an estimate. I called two other glass companies just for fun: one told me it would be 3 weeks before they could estimate and 2 more to install...the other wanted 10 days to estimate and one week to install.Klein Glass showed up on Monday to measure the window and it was installed professionally and cleanly on Friday--less than one week from the time I called them. Amazing. Klein Glass forever and always for me!

Andreas was amazing! He and his assistant, Ricky, installed several large mirrors in our home and added additional safety clips to prevent any accidents. They were very prompt on returning calls, showed up on time, very professional, answered all questions and didnt leave a mess. When I need another mirror I will be using them and asking for Andreas. He knows what he is doing!! Highly recommend this company!!!

When getting my home ready to go on the market, I noticed some cracked windows that needed to be replaced. My mother had used Klein Glass and Mirror to repair the glass in her door not to long ago and was very pleased with their service, so she recommended them to me. Sure enough, my experience with them was just as pleasant. I called and they were out the same day, gave me a great price, and had my windows fixed the next day. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to and will be recommending them to my friends and family!

I got the best quote, from a list of glass installers for replacement of a large broken window, from Klein Glass & Mirror. Ricky arrived (solo) with the new glass, a sealed unit of double pane glass with an arch that was fairly heavy. He did a superb job of removing the broken window, installing the new one, and cleaned everything up very well, including the new window prior to leaving.

Just needed to get a piece of glass cut to size. Helped me out right away! Would recommend.

I bought two mirrors cut to the size I wanted for closet doors. The price was better then anywhere else I could find. I ordered the mirrors late in the afternoon and they were ready for pick up the next day. Will be going there again when I need glass in the future.
