I am not one who writes reviews (negative or positive), but I need to write this in hope that it will help customers. And inform the management of this store about the inefficient way one of their loyal customers was treated. I probably will not return. I went in to pick up a pound of ham by the slice for dinner tonight. It was about 12:30 and I was the only customer in the store. There were no packages of ham in the cooler. So, I asked about them. She told me they are not ready!!! As I looked up and saw and smelled the hams wrapped in gold foil. And know that customers will be asking for ham sandwiches. How, I wonder will she make those sandwiches? She did tell me to “come back in 20 minutes”. So, I left and stopped at HEB to purchase a hickory smoked ham steak to make for dinner. I will make a pineapple sauce on it to bake in the oven. And I know it will smell and taste delicious in comparison to the ham slices. AND I definitely save a lot of money. 1/3 the cost. You do off a quality ham, but not so polished on the quality of your customer service. I am sorry to report it is not worth the time or money to return. You have lost a customer.
Ordered a week in advance for Easter lunch.I prepaid! When I arrive to pick up they are out of 2 things I ordered and already paid for. No one called me to let me know. I was told to choose something else which was basically nothing I wanted because they were out of everything. When your ordered is prepaid the item should be there for you when you arrive not given to other people coming last minute to buy stuff. Very disappointing and this was my first visit with this store. Not impressed and no one even seem to care.
Ham seems good, but not sure what the point of ordering a holiday meal several days in advance is when two of the sides I wanted were out when I came to pick them up.
I received something I didn’t initially order and was forced to take what they had basically having to spend more money than I anticipated when I placed the order a week before Thanksgiving. I was very disappointed with the overall customer service experience from the staff located in Spring, TX. I was more so disappointed in the way they treated customers who were in line with me during such a time like this. The manager was rude and was willing to sabotage someone else’s Thanksgiving who had already paid for their order to ensure she had a meal for her own family. I believe this particular location made a decision to start selling hams/turkeys that were reserved to walk-in customers and made a very bad judgement call and left those who reserved a ham or turkey without one.
I dont eat meat. However I picked up ham and turkey for the holidays and it has been a long time request and favorite.

I ordered two large hams a week before our company Christmas event. I received a confirmation email and pickup code so I was confident they would have our order. When my husband arrived at the store, they had no history of our order and my name was not on the pickup list. They thankfully did have two hams to sell him, but what is the point of placing an order if they aren’t going to have it ready? If they had been sold out of their surplus I wouldn’t have had any food for our dinner. For as much as these hams cost, I expect better. If you’re charging $80 per ham you need to be reliable.
Reserved a 8-9 lb ham for pickup on certain day. Showed up and they only had smaller sizes. So basically, you can reserve whatever you want, but you basically will just get whatever they have. Second year in a row this has happened. The reservation system is a scam just to get you into the door.
Just so-so. Find another Honey Baked place to go to. The sliced ham is all on the verge of expiring. The dates on the foil packages is barely 2 days. Not sure why it is all such poor quality, but too expensive for ham is about to expire.

The old lady that works there quoted me a ham with bone in. Arrive, they don’t even have my reservation I made over the phone with the older. I asked her if I needed an reservation number at the time. She said no, just your name. . Get a ham I didn’t plan on, no bone and when they opened it up The sheathing of brown sugar fell off. Waste of trip driving to Woodlands. Next time will stick with Honey bee ham in Conroe. Over priced for value received
I came in today, my 4 year old got chips while I waited for a sandwich. Another person came in the door, after I had been waiting at the counter, literally 2 feet from a young male who saw me. He instantly served her. So i waited not only for him to help me but for him to serve someone else and make them their food first. That is incredibly rude and I will call because that is so unprofessional. When I am courteous to you and you blatantly disrespect me, not only as a person but as a customer it is appalling. I will never, ever return to this location.
Love there Bone in Ham is well worth it.
Me & my wife have been going there for years have enjoyed the food but for some reason this year they ran out of food and we made a reservation thats not good. After calling customer service we were offered, compensation which we declined, I think this is why businesses are shutting down @ an alarming rate bad BUSINESS. We may never go back. Stand in line just for the pleasure of get to the cashier to tell me we are out of this. WHAT, REALLY!!!
Utilized buy one get one free sandwich both were divine. Setvice was quick and food was deligtful enjoyed immensely. Looking forward to my next visit. Those Honey Baked sandwiches are a step above the rest. Turkey or Ham both wonderful.
People are rude
This is my favorite sandwich place! I prefer the turkey and always have a hard time deciding between roasted or smoked. Its all delicious! Every chance I get, I come to honeybaked for lunch. Im even considering buying their sliced meat for my sandwiches at home.
A very good place to eat as the food is delicious, but be prepared as it is very pricey.
This location in Spring Texas is not worth giving your business to. The manager is unfriendly from the moment you arrive. My husband and I are in town and stopped in for lunch and then purchased a ham bone and white bean soup package so make for our son while we are visiting. She brought out the smallest ham bone in all the years I’ve ever been in a Honey Baked store. Really nasty!!! Do not give this location your business -it’s not appreciated
The new manager Jason Wright is amazing, knowledgeable about the product & catering. Maria & Larrise was very helpful and professional. I will definitely shop at this location at all times.Thank you HBH Spring location.

Happened to be parked in the lot in view of HoneyBaked waiting on someone. Watched this guy tear ass across the parking lot at dangerous speed levels then screech to a stop in the one parking spot in front of the store. I ask myself “Self, who’s this fool?” Then Guy gets out and opens up the store. Don’t think I’ll be shopping here when the manager not only drives across a parking lot like a maniac but takes up the one accessible parking spot to the store for himself.
Best place to get a spiral cut ham.You better put in your order early around any holiday. And, you can get all the side dishes you need.
My coworker gets a ham sandwich there most Saturdays, it always looks great. I had her pick me up a vegetarian sandwich that was surprisingly good.

Horrible service. Store seems to be run by children. The manager looked and acted way to young to be running his own store and also had poor taste in customer service. Staff seemed lazy. Really wish I could have enjoyed my experience but even 1star is too much.
