Thom did a repair on my leg pad strap in the time I needed it done. Also bought a pro stock chest protector and looking forward to putting it to use! Will definitely be returning if I need other repairs!

Thom was very flexible in coming in to show his inventory. I am new to ice hockey and needed all new gear. He helped me in understanding everything that I needed and helped show me how all of the equipment worked so I didnt look like a fool putting it on. Also, he made sure to sanitize all equipment before I went on my way. Will definitely be going back to him for all hockey needs.

This is hockey paradise. The warehouse is huge and the pro-stock supply is great so its got everything you need.I always have a good time shopping around the warehouse and youre certain to find what youre looking for, if not more.Thom (the owner) is also a really nice guy, knowledgeable, always trying to help and assist with gear maintenance or repair. Being a goalie, it’s often difficult to find gear. I’ve tried many shops and usually purchased online, but Valhalla Sports has been a game changer. There’s nothing like being able to walk around a shop, see what’s available, and try it on. There’s always new gear and merchandise coming in and it’s all pro-quality at a good price. Everything you need or want is there… if not, Thom can find it for you. The skate sharpening and gear sanitization services are the best around. This is my go-to one stop shop.

Born in Montreal and raised on wearing only CCM equipment, Thom has done a masterful job at stocking CCM and other equipment manufacturers. His store is easy to get to. He provides outstanding service every time I swing by. His knowledge about skates, equipment, stick flex, and the latest technology are the absolute best I have ever seen in my 55 years of playing hockey. I encourage more folks to visit his store. He has an excellent assortment of hockey equipment. He carries more hockey equipment than any sport store I regularly visited when I lived in Montreal and Toronto.

I used to roam internet looking for deals on sticks, equipment and skates… until I found Valhalla Sport store couple of years back. I will never go back to online shopping. Thom has great selection of quality equipment. I have literally swapped all my gear with items I bought from Valhalla Sport. Sometimes I just love going through the store for the sake of looking at hockey equipment and I have never left Thom’s store empty-handed. One of my favorite parts of Valhalla store is jerseys. Whenever it’s a practice jersey I can wear in my beer league or a “game-used” one I can take to a game, selection is amazing. And every time I visit the store, I learn something new about hockey, as Thom’s hockey knowledge is impressive. Long time away from the game. Moved from Minnesota to Houston 15 years ago. I left hockey behind cause who would of thought there’s hockey in Texas.An incorrect assumption, of course!All my gear was back in Minnesota and I had an invite to play some hockey.My equipment was 15 to 20 years old, and probably unusable.So I googled ‘hockey equipment’ in cypress and found Valhalla Sport.Called and talked with the owner and heard a faint Canadian accent. Thom, the owner grew up way up north and had a passion for hockey similar as mine.After talking with him I realized I’ve been away from the game a long, long time. Things have changed, equipment has changed and the cost of hockey has skyrocketed.I went on one of the online hockey equipment sites, priced out the equipment I needed and figured I have to take on a second mortgage just to play some hockey.I called Valhalla back and the owner said to come to his shop and ‘l’ll set you up’.I did and found a hockey shop like I had never seen before. A large inventory of everything one needs to play the game.I spent maybe an hour locking around and with Thom’s help, which I severely needed, picked out the stuff I needed and it was all first class equipment.All at a fair price! Today my son travelled to Spring from College Station to purchase our 2.5 year old grandson a hockey helmet. The helmet was recommended by the Epilepsy Foundation as the best temporary protection until he can be professionally fitted for “the real deal.” When the owner heard our grandson’s story, he gave the helmet to my son for FREE!
