Found this shop when we were looking for a part Best Buy didn’t have when we were upgrading our audio system. We’re so sorry we didn’t know about them sooner...would have never gone to Best Buy! Justin and Tony were awesome! So knowledgeable and helpful! When Justin found out what my husband was installing, he sent Tony over to help out! Who does that?? Now THAT’S over and above customer service!! Wish so much we would have purchased our system from Define Audio Video. They have all our future business for sure!

I stopped in Define Audio Video to check out the space and see what they had to offer. I was greeted by Justin and his team upon walking in the store and was met with a very friendly team. Justin was extremely helpful and demonstrated some of the systems they had set up. I was blown away by the performance of their systems. Justin and his team are extremely knowledgeable and take the time figure out your goals and tailor their offerings to you budget/goals. I must admit, I recently came in to some NHT speakers, which I had no Idea what I had. I have brought them home and I hooked them up to my receive but, the sound was not as I thought, I looked up a place to take them and Define audio came up. so, I took them there and met Justin. Justin, he had me bring my receiver also and we learned that my receiver was not powerful enough to push these speakers.. Justin took his time and showed me what was needed in order to get these speaker to work as they should. That is what I call customer service. He even sold me an amp that would help with my receiver and I was smiling ever since watching movies and listening to music.Than You Define audio and Justin

Let me start by saying I went to Magnolia Home Theater(Best Buy) and purchased a system. After nearly 3 months, it was still not installed. I met Justin through a mutual friend. Thus I decided to give Justin(Define audio/video a try).Define was out in days and not only had the screen up that Magnolia seemed to not be able to do, but also corrected the projector that was mounted incorrectly, tuned audio system to perform at the maximum level, correctly programmed my savant home automation remote, and did this for the cost of hanging the screen. They took time to walk me through how to use my equipment and settings. They were the upmost professionals. They did not down their competition, but just showed me how things should be. I was astonished to realize that I could have actually saved bout $1500 if I would have started with them. DO NOT USE ANYONE BUT DEFINE!!!!!They actually care. So rare to interact with this level of service and knowledge in todays world.

Define did excellent research to find a set of projectors that can operate at 15 x 9 and 4 x 3 format. Superb brightness and incredible clarity. Work was done quickly and safely. Our users were thoroughly trained on the new system.

The folks at Define Audio Video did a fantastic job installing and configuring all of the A/V equipment throughout my house. They went above and beyond to correct mistakes made by another contractor and provided a top-notch work product. Services they provided included pulling wires, mounting speakers and televisions, connecting all of the components, and configuring everything to work with a single control system. Let me start out by saying, if I could give Define A/V 6 stars, I would. The problem they helped solve was my Home Theater got hit by a recent lightning storm, which reeked havoc on my system. The issue when this happens is trying to figure out whats not working and how to fix it without replacing everything. The first thing Justin did was listen to me when I called. They were very responsive and although it took a couple of trips and a few hours to solve, now everything works as it did before (actually, even better!). Justin saved me thousands by helping to find low cost solutions to fixing the problems, and he was very careful to not overcharge for the time it was taking to figure things out. Besides that, they were very patient with me over the phone, because Id call between their visits with information I was finding out by doing my own troubleshooting. Justin also provided me a detailed technical report I needed to submit to my insurance company. Besides Justin, Mike (who works in their office) and one of their lead technicians, Kenny (who came to the house) were very knowledgeable and great to work with. All I can say is, if youre looking to get some home electronics work done at your house, Id highly recommend calling Define Audio Video. They are great to work with!

Justin and his team helped us upgrade our theatre room, including speakers, A/V equipment, projector, screen, furniture and even carpet. They know their business and even though a part of the project was delayed due to the Chinese tariffs they responded always very truthful and straightforward. After the delay everything works great and know I’m enjoying it watching every episode of The Mandalorian every week with my family.... I was in market to upgrade my audio/video system and Define were the only ones who seemed interested in helping number one. Mike in the store was very knowledgeable and introduced me to some of the new technology. Justin came to the house to see what I had and helped me put together a solution that met my needs but also incorporated some of what I already had. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and educating me on how everything works. He made sure he understood what my priorities were and what i wanted instead of trying to push me in a predefined direction. Define Audio (Justin) came to our home to do a walkthrough of our then current home theater/AV system. Justin made some very reasonable suggestions that would result in very nice sound improvements while using some of our existing components. Not a complete system replacement, but a few tweaks made all the difference.This is how Define Audio works. They will absolutely try to use existing equipment, when possible, rather than just suggesting a whole new turn key AV system. This is what impressed me. I felt like these folks were there for me, not just to make a few bucks!The installation crew is just as impressive. Workmanship and knowledge of how it all went together was top notch! Justin willingly tackled the mess and expertly fixed it. Only someone with his knowledge could have done so. He is very pleasant and professional. I was interested in planning a home theater installation 6+ months in the future. Knowing full well I wasnt going to buy anything that day, Justin was more than willing to show me all of their demo rooms, including some very impressive setups that were still well below my stated budget. Extremely nice, very knowledgeable in everything from super budget options all the way up to $50k+ rooms. Never tried to up sell, never made me feel out of place like many of these Home Theater stores will do if you dont have a huge budget. Would recommend, and I will be purchasing my equipment through him when the time comes.

Justin saved me at least $10k worth of mistakes I was about to make when building our new home. Justin is a wealth of knowledge and tells it like it is. I am impressed with his straight forward approach and never got that “pressured sales tactic” feel like I did with the other 4 well known audio video companies in the area.

I truly recommend Define Audio for all your home Audio Visual needs. I have had problems with my system installed by another outfit for years. I was frustrated with it to the point of wanting to replace the entire setup. Audio Visual wisely simplified my system (multiple video rooms, audio zones, house lights and 5 comfort zones) to run faster and smoothly without having to expensively replace everything. I subsequently asked them to come back for some additional programing and they reply promptly (i.e. not only looking for the large calls but also taking care of the followup).

We used them to resolve and replace a more complicated, unreliable system in our home. The system works great and my wife can use all the TVs and music without using a cheat sheet. They were courteous, professional and most important knowledgeable in improving our system. We will use then again for any future needs. In fact, we did months later to resolve our WI FI issues in the house and for outdoor signal strength. They are a great company.

Define Audio Video, went above and beyond to design and install my dream home theater system. Most local companies were a step behind the industry trying to offload last year inventory. Define keeps its current getting access to the latest home demo of equipment and being one of the first to install the new JVC true 4k projector into my system. These guys can do it all when it comes to home and commercial installs. I know because I have used them for both!
