Picked up a trailer today and everyone was very helpful. The ladies in the office got me in and out quickly even though they were extremely busy. The guys in the back were very knowledgeable. I will be coming back for all of my trailer needs.

Quality not there. Wiring shorted out and burned my trailer fuses. They worked on the lights got them working I had to go replace my fuses. Before I got home lights grounded out again.

Worst customer service possible!!! I found a trailer I wanted to buy on their website, I started calling them at 9 am almost every hour to confirm if they had it in stock so I could come get it (calls went straight to voicemail). Somebody finally returned my calls at 3pm and tells me they do have it in stock, ready to be picked up. I drove across town with cash in hand to buy it, I got there at 4:30. I walked to their office and there is a girl standing at the door, blocking the entrance. I told her I was there to buy a car hauler, she interrupts me before I finished telling her that I had already picked one and points me to where the trailers are and says thats all we have, if you are going to check them out you better hurry up. I said, Im sorry? She replies I said HURRY UP we are closing already..... I said, no thanks. And she even has the guts to say ok, bye bye. All this happened 20 minutes before 5pm ( their closing time)Im a business owner and my biggest fear is having employees like this girl, I have no idea why somebody would turn down a person with cash in hand because of being lazy or wanting to go home early . Showing zero interest on doing business.

Bought a trailer back in May. Have had good luck so far. The trailer made a 2,500 mile round trip to Colorado with no issues.Staff is very friendly. Had a pin hole air leak in one of the rims (not the tire) at about 2 months. Took the rim in and showed the owner. He replaced it immediately. Couldnt have asked for better customer service.

If you are looking for Quality, I recommend looking elsewhere. Obviously there is no QC during the manufacturing process. So many poor and incomplete welds. The whole underside is not painted and the exterior where theres paint is very poor with little metal protection. The price is right if you just want to pull it around and not too concerned with how long it will last or if it is going to fall apart. I care about my safety and the safety of the general public will have these items fixed. Dang shame they could be so much better with taking a small amount of time to fix and add a full coat of primer/paint. Have a little pride in your workmanship.

This is the second trailer I bought from them, 12 years ago the first one they painted the wrong color and didnt even sand it when they re painted, kept coming off. However, I decided to buy another a few weeks ago because they have the best price, BUT, you get what you pay for. I was told they are using a new builder, it shows in very poor workmanship, no QC. They welded the strips on to hold the boards in and just left the weld open, no paint or smoothed out, burn marks and slag, already rusting. When I asked the guy he didnt have anything to say, didnt even offer any touch up paint. Bottom is lacking welds and paint. Safety reflector stickers were falling off. Then the ramps dont fit correctly because they welded the track too high and they are short. Very disappointed.

Absolute Horrible Service! If I could give zero stars, I would!-Ordered trailer with two optional items to be installed and documented on order invoice.-TTS called me week later saying trailer was ready...when I arrived, both items were not installed. Their response was, well....we can order the parts to install them onsite, but unsure when we will receive the parts....as if it was an inconvenience for them. I let them keep the trailer to install the two items I initially order.- TTS called me two weeks later saying trailer was ready.....when I arrived, only one of the two items were installed. Their response was, well....we can order the part to install it, but unsure when we will receive the part.I understand parts are taking longer than normal considering events stemming from pandemic, but they told me my trailer was completed when it was clearly not...this after driving 50 miles one way from my home to TTS twice bc they said the trailer was completed.Why tell me over the phone trailer was completed when clearly not!?...TWICE!!??Thinking this was a sales tactic to buy the unfinished product.

Ive bought 3 trailers in total with them.The first was 2016 if I recall correctly.No issues with any, still have the first two. Never had any issues getting one. Just now though April 2021. It took about a month to get the trailer I had ordered even though they said 7-14 days. Although its due mainly to all the orders they recieved at once, as demand is high right now with landscapers needing trailers.This explanation first and not theyll call you when its ready would have been much better after I asked why it was taking longer than usual.Customer service over the phone is not the best.Best to go in person to get answer.

Quality is not a priority! Incomplete welds. First time I used trailer without razor on it to block air on tailgate, latches didnt hold incomplete weldingand tailgate fell on freeway.

Went to buy a 5x10, they said 7 to 14 business days, was there in 5 so that was great. Customer service was good, they answered all my questions. The trailers here are the best price in Houston, no comparison at all, however you will get what you pay for, the paint job isnt as nice as other builds and my tire had a wobble (they replaced it right away no questions asked so that was good at least) but the trailer itself is of adequate build quality and I am satisfied with the finish. The welds could be better but I didnt see any pitting or missed spots, and it still far better than the trailers they sell at Northern Tool while being nearly the same price. Lets get real if youre shopping based on price instead of need then you are probably expecting all that anyways. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Pulled up, there was a guy who had just hooked up a trailer someone bought, asked.him about the trailer we were interested in, his reply go down there on the right those are there, a couple of guys someone will help you and we were pretty much ignored and everyone worked around us. He finally came down and said yeah these are the ones....and so how do we purchase one? He said go back up front and someone would get one....which did we want? The office staff was quick and efficient by the time they got the trailer up she had pretty much finished just waiting on the serial number.

Worst built and handling trailer Ive ever owned, and Ive had and used many.I was looking at used trailers and decided I really didnt want to deal with all the headaches that can go along with them like wiring issues, wheel bearing/brake problems, rotten wood, bad tires, etc. So I decided to buy a new trailer from here... What a mistake.This first time I go to slide a ramp back in it catches a taillight wire that was hanging down and rips it, then the bare hot wire starts rubbing on other metal, blowing out fuses as Im trying to drive home at night. I look under there and theres wires all over that are not secured and just hanging down everywhere with poor quality connectors that are not sealed whatsoever. By far the worst wiring job Ive ever seen on something new... In. My. Life.I would be very surprised if I have put over 3000 miles on this trailer in the last few years and the tires are already completely bald.Breakaway box worked for maybe 6 months.Even with the trailer sitting level and the correct drop hitch being used the ramps in the back drag and scrape on dang near EVERYTHING, even with light loads or empty. You will not get in and out of barely ANY driveway that isnt dang near completely flat without scraping, hard and loud. I asked the salesman if this was an issue before I purchased, he assured me it was not.With the correct tongue weight and not anywhere near max capacity this trailer is usually trying to sway all over the road anything above 60 mph, sometimes less. Pretty sure if you ever had to or accidently jerked the wheel for something towing this trailer it would be off the road and probably take you with it. Like I said, Ive owned many trailers and have been towing for over 20 years, Im not new. This trailer is really just horrible, theres other way to put it.Staff was decent and had me in and out in a timely manner, no surprises on their end that I remember.

I purchased a trailer for my new tractor from the Spring location of Texas Trailer Supply at a great price (83x20 on 2 x 3500lb axles). The staff was great, paper work was easy and the guys hooked my trailer up and made sure all was working. They treated me great. I was happy with my purchase. However, a few days after my purchase, I realized I should have purchased a heavier trailer. Since it was now a titled trailer I wasnt sure how I could get out of the current trailer and into a different trailer. The staff referred me to the owner, Marty. Marty was understanding and said He Wanted me to be satisfied. He offered to allow me to return the trailer and pay the difference on a stronger trailer (83x20 on 2x5200lb). Marty and his team did everything possible to provide great customer service and a quality product. I recommend Texas Trailer Supply whole heartedly. Good old fashion customer service!!!!

They never answer the phone. When I try to talk to them about previous trailers Ive bought, with them, I need to have alot of information because they have a horrible filing system. They dont record names or anything logical. You must stay on top of them about your order because they are incredibly lazy. Their prices are...ok. not great but not the worst. If I could go to someone else, I would.

Had a friend coming from Georgia to buy a trailer on his way to hunt with us in Texas. He had placed a deposit on the trailer. He called and said that because of weather, heavy rain and traffic he might be a little late. He was told if he was not there by 4:00 they would be gone. When I get home to Houston in two weeks I was going to go there myself and buy a bigger trailer. Now there is no way. You not only lost his sale but mine as well.

I went in on 08/06/2020 and instead of putting the required $100 deposit for a trailer I went ahead and paid it in full... Its 08/24/2020 today and I still havent received my trailer... Theyve been rude every time Ive called them and still have no idea when I will get my trailer... Its been 18 days already and Im a little frustrated with the entire situation.... I would definitely recommend going elsewhere to anyone looking for a new trailer.... I normally dont put reviews online but again Im pretty upset with the way this is being handled all around....

Ive bought 4 trailers from TTS first gooseneck was in 2015 and is still in great working condition in 2020.

Pretty satisfied. Took awhile longer than usual but worth the wait. Need a spare and well be set. Cant beat the price either. Looked around and no one was within 300 bucks so Im happy.

Not too happy with these people. I bought a trailer from them almost a month ago I drove 6 hours bc the price of the trailer was priced very well. 2 hours after getting the trailer I stopped to get gas and noticed the trailer had a low air. I went to put air in it and heard air coming out. I took the tire off only to find out that they sold me a brand new trailer with a tire that had been plugged. Called them the next day to let them know. They were very nice about it and was wanting to fix this. They told me that they were gonna figure out something and call me back. Never got a call I waited 2 1/2 weeks for a response. I called them back they didn’t answer. I texted them threw Facebook and the number I have from them. They sent me a picture of a road side assistant thing via text message. Called the number in there they couldn’t help me so I tried calling them to let them know but they won’t answer my calls or text now. I would not recommend these people. The prices are good only because the trailers are cheaply made. And not all the trailer lights work either

I have bought trailers from here before but they were much better quality after getting home my 20 ft x 76 was 73.5 so I had it for a month and now its rusting every were and dont forget to spend about 8 hours fixing the wiring underneath the frame its horrible and needs hours of painting upside down . Im a 20 year customer Im surprised that the weldsso bad whats worse I have sent people here in the past now I feel bad about if you want a great trailer go to lonestar in Montgomery TX it what trailer supply use to be.

I had a great experience purchasing my trailer. The staff was super friendly and courteous. They custom built me a trailer in about 3 days, then didnt complain one bit when I didnt pick it up for about a month. I knew I was taking up space on the yard, but they didnt care. These guys do it right, and they treat you right. In my mind, its all about customer service, and these folks know what that means. From the gal at the front desk to the guy in the yard that helped me understand what them chains do I was so impressed with how friendly and kind they were.

They were great, there were lots of trailers to choose from in every size and the paperwork was done in 15 min. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly with prices better than I could find anywhere else in Houston. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone interested in purchasing a trailer.

Going to buy my third trailer from here soon. Ive bought 2 5x8 utility trailers in the past. They track very well and are durable. The wood deck will need some care if you want it to last, and I use any paint Ive got to throw down on it. I did have to replace the deck on my first trailer after about 4 years, but oh well at least its replaceable. Service on previous occasions was not up to to par, but I dont go for the service, I go for a well priced, durable trailer.I will say the last trailer I bought was a 5 x 10 and when I left the lot, it created a hell of a wobble through my steering wheel that I took it back and swapped it for a 5x8. They were reluctant to do a swap to a different size trailer, probably because of the paperwork, but they begrudingly did it.Theyre just around the corner from my house so Im going back again soon.

Bought a 14ft enclosed trailer from these guys about 6 months ago. Friendly guys and I was in and out in 30 minutes. We work the hell outta this trailer and anytime I have any question or if I just think I have a problem, I call them and they are very helpful and always offer to bring it to them to look at it and repair if needed. When I’m ready for my next one I will definitely be buying it from them.

I bought from these guys last July. no issues till I needed a part. One of my guys lost a retaining pin to the ramps. I went back and asked them to purchase the part. They sold me a lighter pin used on another part of the trailer but it wasn’t the correct gauge. I returned and asked the lady at the front desk to see if they have the other one in and she acted all put out. She then went to the shed and pulled out the same pin that she told me originally and told me it was a different part. She seemed adamant that I was wrong but all the trailers on the lot had the part I was telling her about. Now that I’ve bought from them there is zero concern for service. I’m buying seven other trailers for my company this year and I won’t be from them. (Because of attitude) I’m not even upset that they didn’t have the part needed. I am rather amazed at how they treat somebody that’s not buying a brand new trailer at the moment but is a past customer. Lady at the front desk. Your attitude is wrong...When YOU have a company on the road and a have to lose 1/2 a day and drive 50 miles back to the supplier AGAIN because you have the wrong part that’s not rated properly then you’ll get it.

There are a number of things wrong with it.-Poor wiring. The wiring is done with squeeze crimp connectors. These are non insulated, and prone to failure by coming apart, rotting, weathering and improper installation.-No conduit. Trailers are advertised to have all the wiring in conduit that runs the entire trailer, but they are not. They are run through 1 square tubing that has not had the ends grinded or deburred and are as sharp as a knife, defeating the purpose of using conduit in the first place. Your wires will be sliced open and will short out then blow fuses, or worse, cause a fire. Which almost happened in my case. because of the issues mentioned above, the trailer brakes shorted out and burnt up the breakaway control box. While this tripped the trailer brake fuse in the truck, the trailer brake controller had no fuse and its own battery so it was able to destroy itself.-Underrated jack. the jack that was installed was underrated at 2,000 pounds for a 7000 pound trailer. But its not a simple swap out either, it was welded in. BUT the tongue came with a cutout and bolt holes ready for the same size jack. So now I have to grind this jack off, repaint, AND buy a new jack.-Paint. There are several issues with the paint. It is obvious after a couple months of ownership, this trailer was not prepped in any way for paint. It is already flaking off the majority of the trailer, the fenders were peeling on week 1, not to mention THE ENTIRE UNDERSIDE OF THE TRAILER IS UNPAINTED OR EVEN PRIMED. Its just raw steel with mill scale on it which will cause huge rust issues in just a year.-Structual integrity. They were clever in how they welded spots that were only easily viewable. I should have gotten on the ground and actually looked at this trailer more closely before buying it. There are so many unwelded spots that are crucial to the structure of this trailer that were just left open. I now have to go back and weld them all up myself. I have welding experience, so the only issue here is the time and work for me to go back and fix it, but to the average Joe, it would render this trailer unusable.Overall, if I had to do it again, I would pay the $1k more and go to BigTex or Nationwide and buy one of their trailers. Yes, its alot more money, but their trailers arent so terribly made that they most certainly would on the road, possibly killing others. Theres nothing they can do to have me change or remove this review, even if they fixed my trailer because others need to know what they are buying before they do.

The three stars I am giving is the quality of the product I am purchasing. if I could give some advice on customer relations, when I was at the location I witnessed unsatisfactory customer service greetings with a customer that showed up after I did, the gentleman that was in customer service actually walked by this customer without even an eknowledgement of them being there..however I will say my visit with them was pleasant.

Great price on a Lark cargo trailer and pleasant staff to deal with. Made a deposit over the phone and picking the trailer up took less than 30 minutes including hooking it up to my truck.

Stopped in to buy a trailer yesterday. Despite being the only customers in the place, we were completely ignored. We finally got tired of waiting for someone to pay attention to us and went down the road to Trailer Connection. Price was slightly higher at Trailer Connection, but their trailers were of higher quality, so the slight price adder was fair.Skip this place and go to Trailer Connection.

I bought a 12 by 76 inch tandem axel trailer for a move to Illinois 1090 miles one way and the trailer work perfectly. Coming back with the empty trailer and all the potholes from the snow plows in a 13 to 18 mile an hour crosswind the trailer didnt bounce around much at all. I was pleasantly surprised

Bought 5x8 trailer in July, already rusting by November. By this time next year it will be solid rust. Paint is VERY thin and cheap. Is it worth $900? Gets the job done, but disappointed in the finish.

I purchased my trailer a few months ago and get more use out of it than I had originally thought I would. Good trailer for the money. The wood deck is not treated lumber and there is no loom on the wiring but these are small issues when compared to the low price. I have loaded down the 14 tandem axle utility trailer with lumber and also use it to haul my suzuki samurai with no issues. The trailer will handle more than what I care to tow with my truck. My only regret is not buying a spare tire at the time of my purchase. Maybe they should offer this at the time of sale.

I bought a 7x16 lark from here ive had it 1 year and the floor is buckled already other that its been good.

I bought the trailer 1 year and 1/2 ago. 2 months later as I was driving, I run over a pothole and dented frame on top of axle. Went back to store and they told me it was not covered even though I filed for extended warranty. Been very disappointed with this purchase. It’s not a durable trailer. I been having a lot of issues.

Customer Trailer was 2 months late, Owner would never return phone calls. They push me off onto the manufacture of answers. Customer service sucks, they didnt stand behind anything they said. Will never use them for any of my trailer needs again.

Prices are different online and there. All I wanted to do was buy a 16 ft pipetop and the lady there kept trying toSell my angle iron. Had to take my business to another place. When I told them I didnt want to purchase the trailer they look at me like I was nuts and I felt extremely threatened and had retreat back to my truck. Wish it could have worked with this company.

Put down a deposit on a used trailer on Nov. 4. They needed to redo some wiring, replace broken tail lights and side markers, and some welding to strengthen a rusted tail light bracket to make the trailer road worthy. Called my salesperson several times the following week with not much luck. Still waiting for the trailer. Will post an update.

Cheap yet overpriced trailer for what you get. Supposedly they are new, but the paint is peeling after 1 week, there is overspray on the chains and cables, and it looks cheaply built. I would not buy another trailer here.

Searched all over the internet for the cheapest but well built trailers in Texas, all my search efforts lead me to one place “Texas Trailer Supply “ in spring Texas. Drove from port Arthur Texas to the establishment and was more than pleased apon arrival, they had more than I could of amagined and they also told me they could build me one to my specs ! I settled on a prebuilt 18x83 tube bull dog hitch trailer, couldn’t pass it up for the price ! I will be back next year to buy a enclosed trailer!!!! Thanks Texas Trailer Supply

My name is daniel ploof bought a trailer on12-4 got it back to galveston county and the lock holes on the trailer dont line up so i cant lock the trailer up called and was told to bring it back from galveston ya ok not happy ill pay to have it fixed i guess down here ******MADE IN CHINA
