I’ve gone here before and never had a problem until today. Spent $100 on a toy that didn’t work for me at all. Called the same day I bought it and refused refund or store credit. Adam and Eve’s website has 100% satisfaction guarantee, but apparently the brick and mortar stores have nothing to do and are not associated with the official Adam and Eve site at all. Their policy is no returns, no refunds. Nothing was ever said about their separate policy except for their little letters on the bottom of the receipt. Never coming back here to waste any money on any items again. I’d rather buy from somewhere else that has a reasonable return policy.

Their texts are child friendly, so dont worry if even the teen grabs your phone.Yesterdays text was 20% off any red, white or blue. Coupons and texts have to be specifically for that location.Find the store on Google and click for that store website, you sometimes get a good store coupon that away. But dont go to the adam and eve website directly.

Visited Spring,Tx store and purchased a $100 item, not clothing. Called the store the next day as I was unhappy with my purchase. The store refused a refund or credit. Days later I saw a website for Adam and Eve offering the item I purchased for $50 cheaper. I just want to exchange my purchase for something effective for my needs. I know better than to purchase another item from Ada and Eve store, Spring, Tx in Montgomery County Texas.

Went in to get handcuffs with my boyfriend. They stared us down the whole time, and when checking out the male employee slammed the pin on the counter and had an attitude. Horrible customer service, Ive never felt so uncomfortable.

I always go to this store for all my toys and lube. Every time I go I am greeted with happy employees that seem to enjoy their job and make you feel comfortable. I had a mixup with a jock strap recently the size I paid for was a small to medium size and when I got home and opened the package it ended up being an XL and we called and explained the situation and they handled the situation perfectly and their manager McKensi was amazing and she gave me the right size and a slightly better jock strap since they didn’t have the one I previously bought in my size. On top of that she gave me a 20% off card for the next time I came in. I am impressed and satisfied with my purchases and the employees that they have working at this store and would recommend anyone to shop here.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at this store! The staff are super lovely to me each time I stop by, always taking their time and making sure that I am not only knowledgeable on anything I have questions about, but that I leave with everything I was seeking and possibly a bit more. The store is neat and smells of aromatherapy, everything stocked well and such, prices are what youd expect... but its really the awesome staff that make this place my go to for all of my fetish needs. This store has every toy you can imagine and the staff is very courteous and friendly and helpful I recommend this place to anyone wanting to spice up their love life and bring it into the 21st century with all of the cool accessories here to choose from.

They told me they needed my ID I’m 26 I sat my girls car and saw that another couple came in without being ID so they pick and choose who they want to ID mabye it’s because I’m not white, because I saw another couple walk in and the let them look around without anyone pulling out ID... I understand them doing their job with everyone but they were biased towards me.

I was talked into buying something much more expensive then I normally would have because the sales associate said I could return it if I was not 100% satisfied.based on the item, I thought that was odd but took the sales associates word because she seemed to know what she was talking about.I went to return the item along with a couple of other things that I bought there and was told that I could not have a refund on anything. Buyer beware of dishonest and misleading staff. I went down the street to Cindis where I was treated much better but honest employees.

Great selection of toys! I found a french tickler that drove my boyfriend crazy! If you need a a pick me up in the sack look no further they had a wide selection just pick what size fits you best.

Cleanest toy store in the area, friendly staff. Prices are competitive with other stores. Of course they cant beat internet prices, but that should be common sense. Ill never understand how people can compare a price at a store to a price online. You pay for the convenience of being able to walk in, buy, walk out, play. No waiting.

Had such a wonderful experience today at this location! I went in to buy a pair of pleaser shoes unsure about the sizing and the girl that was there was so helpful and kind. I found the perfect size I needed!

Went in to find a pH balanced lube. I asked the girl where to find lube and she pointed me to the lube section and when I asked her about pH balanced ones and she was incredibly unhelpful. I was trying to get more info from her and she straight up just walked away from me. We wont be coming back even though there were a lot of products I was interested in purchasing.

Husband and I went and bought a couple of things from there. $64.99 for a swing we couldnt even use, because it was so uncomfortable. He tryed to return it. I had pants on the try it was told cant return it because it touched sking. My hands the only skin it touched. Wouldnt return it or store credit. So he told them to get rid of it. And we bought one off of Amazon $23.00 has padded sitting, place for feet and hands. Horrible. Waste of money.

Even assisted with past purchase by retrieving old receipt and explaining in-store warranty which was still in effect apparantly! Will definitley continue shopping at this location.

Disgusted with the service I received today.I tried to return something that was brand new that I couldn’t try on at the this location and they flat out told me (NO) without any reason why.Won’t be returning.

I hate this place they are much more expensive than Amazon. They play she said he said. I just want my money back I dislike the toy. Im not satisfied with my purchase. If at least they gave me store credit I would take that. But no they tell me to go through the company then the company tells me go to them if I want a refund because they only send new toys. Im never buying from here anymore such a waste. Such a bad first time experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They dont care about their employees and if they want to fire you, they will deplete your hours to one work day a week and will treat you like crap until you decide to quit. When you try to tell them something, it goes in one ear and out the other. And on top of that, they have opened so many boxes and messed with toys before properly cleaning their hands each time. And if they oh so decide to wash before touching, Its hands covered and sometimes still soaked with hand sanitizer. If anyone ever decides to work there, please do think again.

I should have read the other reviews....absolutelty the rudest trashiest people I have ever met..my mommy owns the store so I can be rude and stand out front talking dirty to my bf itching away the coke from my nose....im a trust fund kid from oc CA and ive never seen entitlement like that anywhere...rude staring and making extremely disrespectful comments.ordee online and save some money....they were super friendly to the strippers in the back that were shoving clothes in thier purse...but super rude to the white people who were respectful....formal complaint filed on this store.

I have purchased a pair of underwear from Adam and Eve store,, and they were not in good condition and by the time I noticed that they were defective and not usable when I had made it home,, about 275 miles away,, I imeadeatly called the store that same day,, they was nice about it then,, informed me that the mangers of the stores was not to be back till Monday,, and they would call me then,,, well no call,, so I have called every day and all that I have got was the manager is on the way in and I will have the manager call you back ... well it must be onr hell of a drive because they have been no call yet,,, ...After all they are in the sexual type business,,, and at this point I am feeling like I an getting screwed good out of my money and products,,,, ...Maybe I can do a review to update the way they are doing the customers,, and they are going to be honest and screw the customer in the future. ..
