I was a Buyer with an Oil and Gas company for 7 years and H & W Manufacturing was one of my best suppliers. Their quality and on-time record were excellent. I highly recommend this very professional machine shop.

Their website says they will do an order of any size. If you ask for a quote via their website they say they will contact you back in 2 business days.I sent in a request for a quote about a week ago, and never hear d back so I called them. As it turns out they are a production shop and do not do small orders. If you are prototyping or need something small dont bother with these people. They wont be nice, and wont even respond to you if your order is too small.

They have done quality work for us, they work with in our standards and tolerances, and are receptive to our needs.

I tried posting this on Glassdoor with the other bad reviews it wouldn’t post. If you are looking for a job Avoid this place! This is hands down a sweatshop!Pros: The owner is a nice man. That’s about it.Cons: The son Ryan is very rude and an all around ugly man. He talks down on you no matter what the conversation is about. You are below him! The machine are set up in a way that you can’t see or talk to anybody! It was like a jail cell with very fast run times! (Maybe 1 min parts, 2 if youe lucky)Back when I found this place I was a Manual machinist was told I’d learn to CNC. HA! More like push the green button and don’t ask questions! There was 3 “set-up” guys on the mazaks I spoke to the newest one and asked him how can I learn to set up? He laughed and said there was a line in front of me... he explained that he had been there for (at the time) about 4 years and he was the last one. Plus he already had a background in it.I remember when the mazak went down (first one in front of break room) I was told to clean it! Not a big deal work is work right? Wrong! Ryan gave me a wire toothbrush! This place down care about there employees! There is no Future for you here!

Outstanding company.... Their integrity and customer service are phenomenal.
