Authentic ingredients if you want Mexican food. Not cheap,. But good.

They are so pleasant in there and the man help me find all my ingredients for my menudo. I love this place. I will be going there often and talk about meat they have meat Galore.

I only gave one star because it is the only way to leave a review. First off thw cashiers are very pleasant and they helped translate. They lady kind of heavy set where the hot food is is very rude and no one even acknowledged me when I walked over. This is my second time here and both times were the same. They just look at you. The taller kind of heavy set lady finally acknowledged me by speaking Spanish. When I told her I didnt speak Spanish she replied in clear English I dont speak English and turned her back on me. Only reason why I bought the taco was because I was rushing to get back to work from break but I will never go back her. The people in there act like black people dont eat Mexican food. I felt so discriminated against. Never will go here again.

Went at 7:10am for menudo.. Menudo was served cold and it definitely was not washed and cleaned before in was boiled and cooked. Took the first scoop my teeth were grinding on dirty menudo.. But did let them know yall must do a better job to clean the menudo before you serve it to the consumer..

Absolutely love the prices and selection of their meats, our new first choice for grilling!! Produce was also beautiful!

Food was average but the way they service is horrible.

The apples were pricey as well as some other items vs other brand name markets like Kroger or Aldi. Those little bread buns were moldy. Unfortunately! I found out after I got home. Just didnt assume a store could sell old bread. Staff were friendly.

Absolute best food and meat you can buy I would suggest shopping there theres another one right down the street called La hacienda they have an awesome foodIf you see me there Ill be happy to give you prayer find me a burrito or a taco okay I have to go love and respect all my Mexican friends men and women the Lord is with you and has heard your prayers please translate this for everyday thats why Im here

Need more help in the meat dept. Lines are long and it takes awhile for them to fill orders, then you have to wait in line again to check out because they normally have only one register open. Make sure youre not in a hurry if you visit.

The service was great.... their popusas however were the worst popusas I have ever tasted. I have never seen popusas prepared with chile, tomate, n cebolla added to the chicharron and cheese. I suppose you can put anything but I was expecting regular popusas with chicharron n cheese.

Great place to pick up meat options for your backyard BBQ. I also recommend picking up some of the hot food items while here... my favorite is the Carnitas Plate very affordable and delicious👍🏼😋

I like this place sometimes more than others. They cook nopales very good, but no are available all time.And the staff is very helpful. But some days no is like this.Fridays and Saturdays when is more busy, the employees are exceptional friendly.

A complete letdown on the pork rinds I specifically drove there from Tomball to buy. They were so stale hard and chewy that I threw the entire pound away. From now on I will buy them prepackaged from H.E.B, they are fresh every time.

I ate @ the steam table, and can say its really good. They are limited in their English but never the less they are friendly and fast. Would recommend and I will be back.

Clean and well maintained, one of the best Hispanic markets in the area. Fajita marinada and al pastor are always delicious. Even if you are not Hispanic, dont be afraid to come explore this amazing store. Employees are always friendly and welcoming and can help you find what you need.

I got some barbacoa here and it tasted a bit weird, perhaps it was old. I dont recommend the cooked food, but the other products are ok. The people are friendly and helpful. The meat is excellent.

Great place to buy authentic hard to find Mexican sweets and pan dulce. Their tacos are pretty good too. Groceries? This place is the place too.

I visited the taqueria for lunch. The food was delicious! The meats were moist and fresh. Prices are excellent and portions are generous. I ordered a lot of different items but they have got to have the best frijoles charros in the state! I was looking for someones grandma to step out from the back. The staff is friendly and helpful, as my spanish is no bueno. I will be a regular here!

So dumb..Why do i have to pay for my order before i even know what i want?? You make a line to pay at the register. Then you have to stand back in line to pick up your order.. So if you decide you want more stuff, you have to go back to the register. So so stupid! Not cool. Is there a -negative star??

It would helpful if the employees spoke English. Ì would shop there more often if I could ask questions in English and if all the signs were in Spanish & English.

Overpriced to the MAX. PLEASE READ.If you choose to buy seasoned chicken, DONT. That goes for any store. Im not kidding. The same day I purchased their preseasoned split chicken leg quarters, I smelled something foul when I got in the car. I ignored it, but when I got home it really was the chicken. Freshly picked that same day, was rotten. So its true, those rumors of reusing meats. They just use preseasoning to mask the flaws of it expiring, to save money, overpricing you at the same time. AT EVERY STORE. so dont trust any.All other cans, spices, etc overpriced. Go to Walmart, Aldi, Foodtown, Kroger to find cheaper same quality.The only thing I buy here is plantains, cause they usually have some ripe that day or 50c ice cream for my girls. Thats it. Steer clear for the most part.Hispanics are all about saving money, my Gma, mom, aunts all can agree lol they wouldnt shop here.

A little taste of south of the border with every visit! Visited this location with Maria from Chiapas Mexico. She was feeling a little homesick so I brought her here for some of the flavors of home. She loved the seasoned meats, the homemade moles in verde & poblano, and more. The store is clean and neat and the vegetables were fresh - and I noticed some were less expensive than my favorite gringo grocery chain. It is not a big grocery store like Fiesta, but for some quick items I would avoid the lines of Fiesta and go here instead. And did I mention it is so much cleaner? Tonight we are having huraches with fried beans & carnitas topped with Chiapas cheese and cream. And with the exception of the Chiapas cheese we got it all at La Michoacana!
