I ordered my supplies quarterly from Apria. They could NEVER get my bill correct with what the insurance said I owe. I wasted so much time trying to get it correct, it wasnt worth it. they also sent things I did not order and expected payment. I think their staff must be paid on sales totals so these extras kept coming. I no longer use them because of these 3 yrs of problems.

My CPAP machine has been recalled and Apria who sold me the machine has said they cannot help and they are waiting on Phillips. They should stand behind their product and they do not . In fact the customer service rep hung up. They do not care for their customers - TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently moved to Spring and had an unexpected issue with my concentrator. Linda provided the direction I needed to have my equipment transferred. Very helpful. Lewis called me before I had a chance to call him to take care of my issue. He was pro active in scheduling a tech ASAP. I have received good service from this branch.

It’s been almost 7 weeks to get a machine. Can not get any resolution. They will not call you. Is this really how Apria operates. It seems I’m forced to use them. If you have a choice do not use Apria in Spring Texas!!

WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not deserve a 1 star rating. Every website that I checked, shows a terrible rating. I wont bother to tell you how incompetent their employees are. YOU ARE WARNED.

My mother received a bed from Apria. A few weeks later I had to sign her up with hospice care. Hospice called Apria daily to schedule a pick up of their bed so hospice could deliver their bed. After a week of hospice calling, I had to call and was given a lame excuse of phone issues (not the first time they used that excuse on me). They finally coordinated with hospice to switch the beds. They said they would be here in an hour....well, almost 2 hours later, here I sit with hospice waiting . I have tried several times to call in and get an ETA but no answer. This company deals with medical equipment so obviously, sick people need it, and cannot get proper treatment due to the lack of consideration on Aprias part. I bet if it was their family member, they would be on the ball!!! Do not use this company!

The customer service at the corporate location is extremely poor! We had approval for a portable oxygen concentrator from our physician and approval through insurance. When the order was sent to Apria, we didn’t hear back so contacted their office. The first rep informed us of several documents they were waiting on from the doctor I order to process. We confirmed with the doctor they had sent and waited again. The next call to the rep informed they were waiting on entirely different documents. We played this game 3 times and finally contacted a supervisor. I’ll know by this afternoon if they were of any help because supposedly they got the order approved and we should get a call today to arrange delivery. You are never allowed extension numbers so you have to start over each time you call. Very very frustrating and a dangerous way to operate when you’re talking about an oxygen requirement!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Thats exactly the amount of value, concern, and customer service they show to patients. Ive been waiting months for my equipment, they dont return calls, and the representative I spoke with today was INCREDIBLY RUDE and then refused to provide a corporate number or allow me to speak to a manager. What a waste of space, shut it down already.

Very bad billing department. Do not do auto-pay with this company. They repeatedly charged me for from January through May of 2018 5 times . Very Bad...😲 Bad customer adequate. Foreign phone answering service that cant understand there customers and the customer cant understand them half the time . Or like I was told today it doesnt matter if your in-network or out of network . It will get paid .. By you if not the insurance company .That is a bad employee .12-27-18.Now they want $528.30 for months june,july,august,September,andOctober, months i have been paying for every single month since may.

This is by far the worst company i ever dealt with . Aside from having the minimum customer service, they do lie about their time, they say will be calling you back and never call and it took them forever to get you processed that is if you are lucky and got processed . My dad has a life threatening machine and it took them over a year to deliver and it is still not delivered . Finally i will change the company . Sorry to hear we do have such companies operating in our Country .
