Everything in the start was great, body work/rust repair was done fairly quick and looked good, the guy that did the body work also trimmed out the truck and engine bay that part looked fantastic. It all went down hill when the paint was applied. Had runs in the paint, paint was full of dirt. Paid my bill off was told that was all repaired. Went to pick it up and it was far from repaired. Just kept finding flaws, chips in the paint, door latch bolt loose hitting the door jamb chipping paint, paint on the underside of the hood all scratched up. Had to communicate with an employee to get it somewhat fixed. Finally picked the car up not one person came out to check and see if if was repaired right. Absolutely no quality control theres more issues with it Basically i got a 20k paint job with touch up paint everywhere. Heres pics of what they sent out the door saying it was all ready to go
I needed to have a couple areas repaired on my car and Dave got me in very quickly. Work was completed in a very timely manner and my car looks fantastic. I only met 2 of his employees (Joe and Brad) and they were great to deal with. I would definitely let them do work for me again.
A heartfelt, Thank you! to Tessi, David, and Rex for helping us get the sway bar reattached on our 08 Suburban! I was afraid I was going to have to surrender my favorite family hauler to the salvage yard, but the great folks here assessed the situation and found the problem non-life threatening to our big truck. They made a new mount, welded and sealed everything to a like-new condition, and got it all taken care of in one day. Thanks again from the Iversons!
Dave gave a really good presentation when I came in to talk to him about restoring my car over a year ago. However, once I towed my car there for a complete restoration, everything went down hill. He told me he would have a quote to me in 2 weeks and I called every 2 weeks to check in and each time he told me he needed 2 more weeks. After 2 months he got angry with me for checking in so I called every 6 weeks until he just stopped returning my calls. I was worried about my car. It was very unprofessional of him to treat a customer like that. He had my car for 6 months and never even gave a quote to restore it like he promised. He also promised to have it done in 7 months, so, with a month left, I knew he was never going to do anything. I called and left a message that I would be by to tow it home and would like to talk to him. According to his employees, he left right before I said I would be there. Wow. Some place! It cost me $200 for each tow. So it cost me $400 for him to treat me poorly and leave me completely stressed for 6 months wondering what he was doing since he wouldn’t even communicate. I don’t know the quality of his work, but his customer service is horrible. I would never take anything to him. Dave, a sorry would have gone a long way. I hope you get better! You cost me a lot of time, money, and stress.
