I had GNS install quartz countertops in early December, 2020. They look awesome! Installation was very professional and much faster than I could have imagined. I believe they can usually install within a couple of weeks which is amazing. I am including pictures of countertops, sink, and faucet all supplied by GNS. I did the backsplash myself. The countertops are not all white, (see picture of the Calacatta Veneto quartz). I am super happy and would highly recommend. I expect the added value to my home is more than the cost of the countertops. Well done!

Have been planning a kitchen remodel for a couple of years and have visited several times. Staff has always been super helpful but never high pressure. Finally picked out our granite and scheduled for measure in August. Everything from the initial deposit, invoice, measure, final payment, install and follow up questions was PERFECT! We got exactly what we expected and exactly what we were told we were going to get. Read your invoice. Ask your questions. If you arent sure, discuss it. Panna, Kevin, Sumi (sp?) and the installers have the experience, knowledge and friendliness to make doing business with Global Natural Stone a no-brainer! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! We could not be happier!

My new countertops from Global Natural Stones are just beautiful. Though they look wonderful, another wonderful part about obtaining them was dealing with the staff and technicians of Global. The sales aspect was pressure free with professional guidance and many samples and ideas to review. The friendly attitude of the sales and order team carries right over to their technical team for measuring and installation. The installation team was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Be prepared to have a lot of favorites. The selection is amazing, I found about 10 completely different options that I loved. Suni and Kevin were completely dedicated to helping me narrow and finalize my choice. Installation was fantastic their team was fun-professional- and FAST. I am trying to find other granite and quartz needs in the house just to keep working with them. Great experience overall.

The sales staff is easy to work with and does not pressure. We used GNS for two separate projects (kitchen and bathroom). The removal and install was flawless. The granite was beautiful and we have had no issues. The contractors who did the work spoke little English but definitely understood our concerns. The owner was friendly and noted our concern about a gap due to the change in height for our bathroom. He definitely paid attention because the granite fit perfectly. 10/10 would use again. Highly satisfied!

This was a thorough process from start to finish. Panna and Kevin were most helpful in providing options and explaining the aesthetic and cost benefits of those options. We were able to take our time selecting the correct countertop surface for our kitchen, even bringing floor samples to match in-stock options. The measuring and install process was well-done and any questions we asked were responded to quickly.

What a great experience with this company. From walking in the door and being met by Sumi who explained materials and pricing then talking with Panna in the warehouse about granite durability. Once we selected our stone we were given appointment for measuring. Denis come to measure and was very pleasant. I spoke with Kevin about scheduling and any additional questions I had, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Today are granite countertops were delivered by Denis and a helper. They were both so courteous helpful and efficient what a pleasure to have them work for us. This is a great company to work with I will recommend them to all my friends with countertop needs

Our counters were installed last week and they are everything I had hoped they would be! Everyone at Global was so helpful...special thanks to Kevin for putting up with all my worries. :) I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family!

Our bathroom quartz countertop was cut incorrectly (they cut the holes on site when they install) where the faucets were supposed to go- one 6 inches and one 8 inches apart. We did not know until our plumber put the faucets in and hooked everything up a couple days later. After notifying GNS of the mistake we asked for a refund of installation since they did it incorrectly and if we would have installed it ourselves the holes would have been cut at their facility and would have been correct with someone overseeing them do it. The owner refused, saying they installed the counter so why should he refund the money. We also asked to be reimbursed for our plumbing fees because our plumber had to come back to take the faucets and drains out and then come back again to reinstall the faucets and drains- all costing us extra money because if their mistake. Again, he refused and said we never should have had our plumber put the faucets in, we should have noticed the mistake before the faucets were in. He also wanted to try to do a cheap fix (cut the holes bigger to move the faucet handles apart the correct distance and fill in the rest with resin). Our contractor did some measuring and told us we would see the resin so we told GNS to replace the slab. They were difficult to get a hold of and did not return our calls twice so we had to keep calling them. For a company that made a mistake, they were not very courteous about making it right and were in no hurry. We understand that mistakes happen, but when they do, a reputable company would concern themselves with making it right ASAP and in a kind way. Finally, a week and a half later we had a new slab- cut correctly. Keep in mind, installation is usually 2 weeks after you order, so again they were not concerned with the time frame of making things right. Panna was very rude on the phone with my husband and not nice to deal with. We have a kitchen remodel coming up and we will NOT be using GNS. Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT use Global Natural Stone. If they make a mistake, this company is horrible to deal with. (I’m sure Panna will leave a rebuttal like he does on every single bad review trying to make ya out to be money hungry customers- read all the reviews and you’ll notice an obvious common theme when his company makes a mistake.)

I absolutely loved working with GNS. I visited many times (so many choices to choose from) before I made my selection of Quartz Calacatta Laza. My countertops are gorgeous! Installation was quick. Kevin was extremely easy to work with. I will be back soon to pick out my laundry room countertops next!

We ordered new granite countertops from here. Everyone there especially Kevin was great to work with. Everything was ordered/installed in just a few weeks and the workmanship was great. We would highly recommend them.

EDIT: There is a reason I was never a paying customer. When I came in to pay for our countertop after everything was agreed to, your wife tried to charge us an additional $500 for her mistake and I refused to pay. FYI I have the best luck because I dont cheat others. :)

Please do your research on the type of stone you would like for the room you’re installing in. We put in 7k worth of countertops in our kitchen and we were told the quartzite we chose would be an appropriate stone for that area. The stone is gorgeous, but upon arrival to our home it was already chipped in several areas. They did fix the chips, but in the year that we’ve owned the stone It has chipped in several more areas. I’ve reached out to the manager a few times via email and asked for him to send his guy out to repair the chips,(we would cover the cost) but he keeps blowing us off. I guess they have our money and that’s all they care about. Side note, the countertops also arrived ill fitting, so we had to change up our backsplash to make up the spacing difference ourselves. They also got glue all over our newly installed mill work and the corners of the stone were not consistent with what we requested. We wanted a squared off corner but they were all rounded off, well except for one. So they don’t all match which is annoying. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere more professional than this establishment.

Seems like a great local place for stone. I went in knowing what I needed to finish the remodeling I was doing in my master bath and they knew exactly where to point me and was able to give an estimate fairly quickly. As luck would have it, I have to wait until after the current issues to complete a purchase there, but once I can, I will be going back to get the stone I need and possibly even a cabinet as well.

Poor stone quality. Obtained counter top from them then starts to stain within days without any unusual use. Barely light use yet. they refused to take a true responsibility and refused even to give a stone sealer to stop he ongoing staining. . They did not apply any sealer to the stone when we bought it to prevent stain which appears to be standard in such counter tops works.Would avoid working with them again.

My quartz countertops are beautiful! I am very pleased with the whole experience. Everyone in the store was so nice and helpful. The guys scheduled to come out to measure and install were right on time and professional. Beautiful job! Highly recommend!

It appears that our experience is not unique with Global Natural Stones. The company’s responses to negative reviews on Google and Yelp are consistent with our conversations with Panna and Kevin. Essentially, unsatisfactory results are the responsibility of the customer. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with Panna and Kevin, we’re sharing our experience with potential customers. Readers, enjoy both sides of story and decide for yourselves.Great news: We have counters! The company delivered a beautiful product and they were on-time.Less-than-great news: The dimensions of our island top are significantly wrong. We followed the company’s process and heres what happened:1) We shared our initial size estimate with Kevin and paid a deposit2) The official measurement occurred while we were out of town, and we asked for a 12 inch overhang on two sides of the island for stools (this measurement should have been 8 inches less than our original estimate).3) We contacted the company several times confirming that they had no questions--12 inch overhang on two sides (as we relied on their official measurement). They confirmed that their measurements matched our requirements. Note: if the overhang is larger than this amount, it needs additional support that is installed before the counters are installed. We didnt install this support as we planned for a 12 inch overhang.4) The company delivered and installed material with the dimensions of our original estimate without any support (see picture). As we have an active toddler and an infant, this installation posed a significant safety risk to our family.5) The company charged us for the extra material and is not willing to cover the cost of support installation. Panna informed us that it was our error because of the original estimate and that he sent those dimensions to us in an email. After all, their expertise and measurements arent at fault.6) Oh, and there are multiple leaks from the sink that the company mounted—from the space between the countertop and sink. We notified Panna and he committed to sealing the sink. It’s been a week since his promise and they’ve stopped returning our calls.Unfortunately, after several unsuccessful attempts to resolve this we’ve lost hope in Panna and his company and are unable to recommend Global Natural Stones to our friends and other potential customers.

I absolutely love my new kitchen! Panna and Kevin were great to work with, answered all our questions and explained all that was going to done. After all measurements were taken and the order was placed, everything fell into place and the kitchen turned out even better than I had anticipated. I give credit to Kevin because we gave him just a piece of our existing floor and he helped us pick out colors/cabinets/back splash and tied it all in beautifully. When everything was installed, it was all a perfect fit and completed in a timely manner.I am so happy that we chose Global Natural Stones and will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a excellent company to work with!

Fair deals, fast service and a huge collection

So excited to find these folks again, the online source for the granite tiles I bought back in 2009. And last week, they were willing and able to LOOK UP MY OLD ORDER and supply me with the few extra replacement pieces I needed. In our era of incompetent, unmotivated or absent customer service, this caring team with reasonably-priced, top-notch products is a rare gem indeed. A million thanks from a lifetime fan!

We purchased granite for a small kitchen renovation. My daughter was home from college so she and my wife went to pick out the color. The owner was standing right beside them at the slab they picked out, and they showed him the corner they wanted for the island. I opted for them to install the overhang brackets for the island because I just installed brand new custom made maple cabinets, and if any thing happened during installation I wanted to be protected. ($150 for 3 brackets and another $150 for the installation.)Installers showed up the day before the granite install and heres where the fun began. I had to tell them HOW, not where, to install the brackets. They didnt have the required materials to do it correctly. No wood, tape, glue or screws. I then noticed a reciprocating saw in their bucket. No way I was letting anyone hack into my brand new cabinets with that, a hammer and chisel. I contacted the store and spoke with Kevin. I told him the installers didnt know what they were doing and that I would be installing the brackets myself.I asked for a refund of the installation cost and he said no problem.Next day granite installers showed up. They did a good job on the installation side of things.My daughter came into the kitchen and right away said thats not the piece mom and I picked out for the island I sent a picture to my wife and she said thats not what they picked out. Not only was it the wrong piece, but it had a 1 1/2 x 1/4 gouge on one of the edges. I contacted the owner and he said thats what my wife and daughter picked out because thats what HE wrote down. Unbelievable.I then asked him about my refund for the bracket install and he would only give me back half because the guys showed up and you should have let them TRY to install them Sorry, but I wasnt about to,let them hack on my new cabinets, especially because the brackets are visible coming up from the basement. He then told me that Im too particular I finally calmed down my wife over the island, and set up,an appointment for them to come repair the damage in the granite. They never showed up. I talked to Kevin the next day and he told me the crew ran over time on a prior job, but they shouldve called me and then he apologized. A few days later the owner (Panna) contacted me to set another time to come repair the damage. When I ask him why the crew never showed up, he told me that the crew lost my paperwork and that both guys had forgotten their cell phones. Ill let the reader decide which story is true. Funny how I wasnt paid any money for the no show on his crew. I guess only his time is worth money.Finally a crew shows up to fix the island ( 1 hour late) . They came through my house ( brand new flooring) with snow covered shoes getting water everywhere. He put a few drop of crazy glue on the gouge and then scraped it with a razor blade. Took him 5 minutes. It looks 10 times worse than before. Then he said thats the best I can do . It took me twice as long to clean up the floor as did the the repair.I contacted the store, but then my wife and I decided we didnt want any of his employees back in our house ever again. I gave them a chance to properly repair it once.Ill try the repair myself and if Im not happy with it, Ill have to hire a granite repair specialist to come fix it.( You know, a proper repair. Ground up granite mixed with epoxy, dry sanded, wet sanded, polished, buffed, then sealed.)In summary, if you dont have any problems, youll probably be happy with your purchase. If you do have any problems, youre pretty much on your own because you have to pay in advance of installation.Im sure the owner will retort my review and say we got everything we paid for . Youll have to decide for yourself because apparently, the customer is always at fault if there is a problem.

Great people, excellent quality cabenitsand countertops and can cater to your budget with honesty. I saved a pile of money going through them for both cabenits and tops. Absolutely will be coming back for my next remodel

They did very well until it came to install the bathroom vanity top. They cut the holes wrong for the faucets and after a back and forth, they replaced the vanity counter. The problem then was they damaged the wall where the back splash was, and they used the same back splash without properly removing the adhesive and the wall. This created gaps between the backsplash and the wall.They used clear caulking to fill the gap and that made it look like hell!! - Also they muddied the carpet in the process. If they cared, they should have come and checked out the mess, offered to clean the carpet and give money back.

Worst place in united state of America to do Bussiness. Only to make money. Make promises and grabe your money and then mess everything. Never complete there job if you trusted them and paid all in front. So go somewhere but never go to global marvel. So Again worst place you will loose all your money and work and your time.

Great customer service

I love our new quartz countertops from Global Natural Stones! A neighbor had gone to GNS for their granite countertops and they were very pleased with the results. The quality of the neighbor’s countertops also drew me to choose GNS. Another friend went with a box store for their granite and backsplash and they had to drive to Columbus to pick out their slab. It was very convenient to visit the showroom in Springboro and not only see the large number of granite slabs available, but also some marble and quartz. While the engineered stones (quartz) are not housed there, it did not slow the process of getting my new countertops. I was expecting it to be weeks, but it was 15 days from commitment of the project to completion, including measuring, removal of existing countertop, disconnect of plumbing, installation of new countertop and reconnection of the plumbing. We chose GNS services for removal and reconnection, but we also chose their sink, faucet and accessories. The schedule was arranged to cause the least disruption, which was very much appreciated. Each staff member encountered was professional and skilled. Sumi, Kevin and Panna all assisted with answering questions and offering an opinion. All were very helpful in the most challenging part of the process and that’s deciding what it is that ends up in a home for a long time. The tear out and reconnection was the part that made me the most nervous, but Steve was so careful that it quickly allayed any fears. The old Formica countertops were donated to Habitat for Humanity, which I thought was a nice gesture. The actual installation went very quickly. The countertops and sink are just beautiful. A backsplash is next, and Panna and Sumi have already been helpful in that decision too. I recommend this company!

My experience with GNS was terrible - from the beginning when they refused to give me a receipt, to the granite installation where they badly damaged my home, to the email from Panna Chorida that threatened to file a lawsuit if I publicly posted about his terrible business practices.I recently purchased granite for my bathroom vanity from GNS and when they came to do the installation, they scraped paint from two walls and punctured another. I immediately complained to the crew, and the only English speaking member from the team of three didnt take responsibility for the damage or even care.He told me that he is just a contractor and I had to contact Panna Chordia from GNS directly to resolve the issue. Mr. Chordia told me that I signed a contract which stated that they werent responsible for damage during installation, but when I asked for a copy of the contract I signed, he refused to provide it. After the call, he emailed me with an explicit threat: that if I contact Better Business Bureau like I had promised to do, he will sue me.To that, I say I dont care. No business should be able to damage your home, not fix it, and then make explicit threats against a customer looking for a fair resolution. You should not do business with a company like this one or youll face the same kind of issues.Lastly, I was forced to pay for the full job upfront, which I have never heard of throughout several home remodels. While the business claims to accept cash, check, or credit card, they charge a service fee for credit card payments. Nevertheless, if you do go ahead and do business with GNS, I advise you to bite the bullet and pay the credit card processing fee so that when they inevitably damage your home, you can file a payment dispute.

It gives me great pleasure to submit this review based on our recent purchase with Global Natural Stones (GNS). After shopping a few granite suppliers, we choose GNS because of their outstanding selection of top quality granite, their excellent customer service, their responsiveness and promptness in completing our order. We took our preliminary measurements to them to initiate the order and they took care of the rest, from template to complete installation, all within a 2 week period. We are 100% satisfied, very impressed, strongly recommend and will definitely purchase from GNS in the future. Much appreciation to Panna, his staff and installation crew.

The team from GNS were excellent! Each part of the process was a quality experience. On the front end, Panna and Kevin were attentive and thorough. Panna remained patient as I reviewed the contract with him, asking clarifying questions to ensure I understood and that we were completely aligned before the work began. The demolition, field measurement, installation and plumbing team members worked very hard and the process went well. As a bonus, each person was polite and acted responsibly. The service and variety of products are unbeatable. You cannot find the exotic granite anywhere else.

The project consisted of new granite countertops, breakfast bar, and tile backsplash. The building of the wall took a little longer than projected. The first scheduled day the contractor did not show up or call to cancel. The tear out of the old backsplash left wall repairs needed after the entire job was complete. These wall repairs where done by me, the customer. Counter tops came in and installed on time. Counter tops look good and the joints where placed at inconspicuous places, “Well done on this aspect of the job.”. Back splash took way longer than projected. Twice scheduled for install the backsplash contractor never showed nor provided a courtesy phone call as to why. Schedules where rearrange and time off work lost due to no show issues. Work was finally completed after a sales person of the business provided an alternate tile installer to complete the longer then projected project. Tile job went well but some issues did occur. The business never measured the walls to correctly calculate the backsplash needed resulting in new tile contractor having to come back to complete after an additional order had to be placed. Over all counter tops and backsplash look good but recommendations are to not go with store installations but hire your own contractors. The store will claim they are in a sales position and not responsible for contractors that do the work. However by paying a business to provide all work and that business then sub contracts work they are ultimately the ones responsible for the entire job. If they cannot provide reliable contractors then they should not provide installation options as part of their business.The overall rating is based on 5 star. Disappointed that the granite was not in one piece. Disappointed in the customer service. The plumber caused a leak that damaged my laminate flooring and the owner said its the plumbers responsibility and refused to fix it even though my contract with Global Natural Stones included plumbing and I paid extra for the plumbing.
