Recently updated their pumps to annoying ad screens with no mute button. Wont be returning.

Ice cream was great and the service was pretty fast for how busy they were. But they were not enforcing people to wear masks and it was really uncomfortable when there was 5 or 6 people not wearing masks or having them down on their chin.

Just made eye contact with the cashier while she was on the phone. She finished her phone call before helping the line of customers. Its 8:30 am. People are in a hurry.

Great shakes and ice cream. Fast service and good coffee to boot.

Delicious, creamy ice cream. Great flavors. Usually just found in gas stations, but theres space to sit down. Worth your time!

Rating just on the ice cream, its decent. Customer service is a whole different story. Treated very poorly for not understanding their loyalty program and merely asking a simple question in regards to a promotion.

Customer service is severely lacking. If you are open until 1am then at 12:44am, I expect my Oreo cookie milkshake. Truly a despicable customer experience and I hope the rudeness that my friends and I experienced will be addressed by management.

Every now and then me and my friend walk over and get some ice cream. We love it there but usually the workers are pushy and impatient. But today when i went i had the biggest smile. I was served by a young looking man named Kai, he was very nice and patient and i really would go back MANY MANY times just to have his service, he deserves a raise.

Woof. Wait 20 minutes for watery milkshakes, even after they pour excess milk out. Pretty gross.

Lobe UDF. Always get my cold brew coffee here, and cant go wrong with a big scoop of delicious ice cream. Im new to this area, but since discovering UDF, I seek them out whenever I need a gas station or convenience store

Sometimes me and my friend walk up there and some people look sad and ask 24/7 are you ready, are you ready, are you ready, but this time someone named Kai was very happy, and was very patient with us and he was just awesome and made our day 😊😊

Milkshake was gucci. Lance was extremely unpleasant on both visits, no smile, very short, very slow and made a routine of slamming things shut. Needs better staff but otherwise not so bad

The girls on 3rd shift tonight completely ruinned this place for me! Rude, attitude, eye rolling and cursing about how many customers were there, and half made milk shakes! She needs to be fired!

So, how about turning the freezer temp up slightly. Every time I get a carton of ice cream from you, it is like granite. It cannot be scooped. Why so cold in the freezer? Really sucks. Makes a mess.

Very very helpful employees! mentioned they were out of blue gatorade and one of the male employees went to the back and found one for me without me even asking! :-)

Always friendly good food and although it is slow some days they always manage to make me smile.

All they had was green bananas and a month before that the girl put hot fudge in a banana split I’m done with them

Pay at the pump and leave never go inside in the summer after 4 unless your getting ice creamwith everyone else in Springboro
