Sold me an open box item that they assured me there was nothing wrong with. The item did not work and their technician was also unable to assist. They paid for me to ship it back but wouldnt refund the initial cost of the shipping. Hmmm.

Pretty convenient when you need computer parts in a hurry. But since they closed the retail store up the street, the pickup has been quite slow, and they are only open on weekdays.

What business selling PC components closes their Outlet at or around the same time that most people that work on PCs normally get off work? Now I have to go to Microcenter which most certainly is open.. 2 stars only because youre an option when Im on vacation
