This used to be a place where you could shop at. Now you have to order online. You cannot shop at their location. I had to order from their website and pay $13. In shipping although I only live 20 minutes away.

Ordered easily and got my order in two days! Quality of products were great! I will definitely order from factory direct craft again and recommend to family and friends. I ordered miniature hats for my African grey parrot. (He loves to put hats on) I searched everywhere and found them here, perfect size and I could but 1 or in bulk. Everywhere else, I had to buy 144 pieces. Thank you Factory Direct Crafts!!

I ordered pumpkins and they were not as big as I thought they would be and when I called they were very friendly and helpful in resolving this matter. I would recommend based on customer service alone .

Canadian customers beware! They advertise prices in Canadian dollars and then charge a converted rate in USD. It is very misleading....

Flimsy and cheap stuff. Extremely disappointed, couldnt even return it because the shipping cost was way too high. Got much better quality stuff off of Amazon sadly.
