An employee ordered the wrong part for me after I gave a detailed description. These employees don’t care. That wouldn’t be so bad, but it’s been 2 months of hell, getting the runaround and getting them to find the right part and make it right. There was no refund but only a useless store credit, when I definitely will not shop here anymore.

I purchased a few parts and tools from here and, I was told that one particular tool I purchased could be returned for a full refund if it was undamaged. I went to return it today and Jaime working the counter today, refused to honor that promise. And, was rude, unprofessional, and should not be working with customers. I told him that if they didnt honor what I was guaranteed when I bought the tool I would never purchase anything from them again. He said that didnt bother him. I would recommend not using this parts store for your parts and tools because they can not be trusted or care about their customers!

Before ordering a battery for my Thunderbird, I called to verify free installation. Yes sir, if you buy from us well install it for free. After I purchased the battery from their website and it arrived, I went to the store to pick it up. The staff refused to install my battery. Against policy for trunk batteries. This was despite mentioning the name of the employee who promised installation and knew the year, make, model, and battery location. There were 4 employees in the store and I was the only customer, but we cant be tied up in a 30 minutes install in case we get busy. Just wow.After that I asked to return the battery. It takes our system about an hour to process cards. Well need you to bring the physical credit card back here at that time to refund your money. I somehow didnt break the door on my way out.

I went there and there was a very pretty young woman working the counter she smelled very good but she had not any knowledge a vehicles she could not find 1 spark plug she asked another gentleman he could not find the plug he proceeded to the back to look for the plug I had no time and asked if you cant find it Ill go to another place he was happy to do so gave me the plug and I left I went to AutoZone just up the road I put the plug on the counter guy pulled it up brought it right to me I was happy needless to say my truck needed a tune-up and the next day I need at 8 plugs I drove by advance Auto parts and went right to AutoZone the cost of doing bad business.

I am sitting in there parking lot right NOW!!! ITS 2:54 PM I have my two toddlers with me ages two and three, I suffer from chronic illness and severe chronic pain! I called my mom and her boyfriend which thankfully was at boost mobile to help. So I went in with to advance auto parts to see if I could borrow it purchase a jug to get water so I could fill my truck up with water assuming my thermostat was bad. However they informed me they dont do that. I said seriously I cant have water? He repeated we dont do that here. I said what the hell is wrong with you? You can give me water?? I then said I will not be needing any parts. Walk out!!Thomas my moms walked next door to AUTO XPRESS LUBE WHO HELP SO MUCH FOR FREE!!!! Amazing amazing kind people!!! HE EVEN OFFERED INFORMATION ON HOW TO FIX IT. TURNS OUT NO thermostat needed just a little bit anti-freeze the water.

Pleasant experience. Got in and out with what I came for.

I needed to borrow a 36 mm socket and i only had 20 bucks. They broke up the set and let me use a socket for the 20. I got my truck fixed thanks to these guys and got my 20 back. That says alot to me. Says they care. My new parts store

New manager not helpful. Stopped in after work to get brake pads. My vehicle showed two different types of pads. The manager told me I would have to pull a caliper off first to see which pads I needed. I asked if he could show me images of the two styles or if he had them in stock. The images were no help. I then asked if both style of pads were in stock and if I could see them. He again said I needed to pull calipers to be sure. I told him to just pull the pads and let me see them, I have changed the pads before and might recognise them. He went and pulled one set and I again had to insist on seeing the other set. Bingo. I recognised the second set and finally got the pads. This kind of customer service is horrible. He would rather me go pull parts and make a second trip to his store than walk to the back and let me see the parts. I choose where I shop as a convenience to me and apparently this manager does not understand customer convenience. Think twice before going here.

Tom and Jose went above and beyond for me last night when I had a problem with my battery. New battery and free install later, I was back on the road! If your battery is under the front hood sitting on top, they will install it for free if you buy it from them, and a lot of their batteries come with a 3 year warranty.
