Ive been here twice and they diagnosed correctly both times, thats the most important part. Had a fuel induction service performed and the spark plugs replaced on a 2006 Ram. Service was quick and competitive while the rest of the world was having supply chain issues, these folks took care of me. That vehicle was back up and running within 3 days. Took my Chrysler 300 to HCS due to the power steering, they got me in as soon as possible and checked it out. The rack and pinion needed replaced besides the electric power steering took a few days to get the parts but they kept me informed. They did my oil change checked my fluids and my tires. Got an alignment and I’m happy with the work.

HCS gave me a second opinion after being quoted a $7000 repair by the dealership. HCS took the time and care to take a closer look and found that there was a much simpler fix that only cost $400. Because there was water damage involved, HCS went above and beyond to clean the carpets and ensure there was no mildew smell. When they weren’t satisfied by the first treatment, they asked to keep the vehicle another day to do a second treatment with a different product. This worked and they returned the vehicle to me in great condition. They were professional and thorough communicators. I recommend them highly.

Ive only been here for an oil change and tire rotation, but we did that for both of our vehicles. Both times the desk staff have been very professional, friendly, and helpful. The deal they gave us (my wife being a Springdale teacher) was exceptionally good. I also appreciated how the staff took the time to figure out the specific oil our newer-model hybrid needed (a really weird type of oil) and they discussed with us both what it would be like to get the weird oil, the extra cost, and the consideration for using an alternative weight of oil.My only complaint is that theres no weekend hours, so arranging a time to get our vehicle there and get the oil changed (my wife being a school teacher, myself working for DHS) has been difficult to manage. But their system of leaving it overnight and picking it up early worked for us (since I can get to work a little late and its OK).Overall one of the best car shops Ive ever dealt with and I plan to go there for future needs.

As a woman i am often afraid of being taken advantage of bc of my lack of knowledge on cars, but Derek specifically was incredibly helpful, kind and did not make me feel belittled for not knowing anything. Class act!!! We stopped in for a general question (without appt) on our way back home to MN, & Harold found & changed a burnt out tail light, put air in tires, checked transmission fluid & oil, & to top it off he washed our truck! After all this (over an hour of his time), we were charged minimally!! He went above & beyond for our safety as he knew about our 12 hour trip ahead of us. You definitely dont find this service & caring at every automotive/garage. Would highly recommend! We were immensely grateful to him!! Thank you!!

I waited for the service and felt it was done in time. A reasonable price (I used and on-line coupon). Friendly, efficient personnel. If I have any complaint, it is that my settings on the dash are changed to reflect their work done, rather than to leave my settings alone. I am happy to do business with HCS.

My check engine light came on and I hooked up my code reader (an inexpensive one) and it gave me a pretty good idea what the problem was. They were able to run some tests and they properly diagnosed/fixed the issue. I was very happy with the communication throughout the process. Even though they looked super busy they took care of my car in 2 business days. I couldnt be more satisfied. Ill recommend this place to my friends.

I showed up hours late for an appointment and the guy at the front desk, Jordan Snyder, was really helpful and understanding. Solid customer service. They took my car in an hour before close and he said they would get it back to me asap dispite my lateness.

Took my truck there for its 100k maintenance. Dropped off at 0700 and called at 245pm to inquire about it. They hadn’t started and if I didn’t call I felt like it would been forgotten. There were a lot of inspections required on a 100k maintainence but this didn’t get completed. I asked them to look at a noise that the right driver tire was making and they didn’t do that neither. They did the 3 main things in the maintenence and I feel like they ran out of time and cutout the rest. Mixed feelings about going back.

(Updated) a miscommunication between the service advisor tech and the vehical owner. Derrick refunded 90 percent of what was paid offered to refund all. I dont expect people to work for free however a major miscommunication occurred and well to be honest Im still on the fence about it all however they made it right and thats what matters!!(original) 590$ for a diagnosis of a bad transmission we just wanted to confirm we already knew it was bad but wanted a 2and opinion and installing an o2 sensor we provided they are terrible in my opinion and took advantage of an individuals lack of knowledge I myself am an certified mechanic and didnt have time to do the diagnostics on the transmission 120 was quoted for the the diagnosis fair enough but 380 for a rear bank o2 sensor is ridiculous do not recommend if you dont know anything about cars this is blatantly someone taking advantage of a young girl the going rate usually is around 60$ an hour shop price for flag hours and I find it hard to believe it took 6 hours to install a o2 sensor

My daughter’s car recently broke down and they were quick to get us in and evaluate. We Initially thought it was just the broken belt but ended up being quite a bit more after further inspection.Jordan did a great job keeping us updated and charged a fraction of initial estimate since they didn’t unnecessarily replace the initial belt (car ended up being salvaged for parts).I would definitely recommend this shop and their team

The people at HCS Auto were fantastic with their services. I had some electrical work needed on my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. The gear shift was stuck from park to reverse. They told me they would run a test and they found the issue that day. They said I could go to the dealership and it would cost greatly, or I could let them fix it at a much less cost. They ordered the part and fixed it the day the part came in. The people at HCS stayed in touch with me via text and kept me in the loop of the status. I appreciate their professionalism very much. I will definitely go back to HCS Auto if I need my vehicle needs attention again in the future.

Took it in on a Thursday morning,I called them Monday at noon, they had a diagnostic ready and the exact price on the quote. After I told them to go ahead and do the repairs the truck was ready the next day by lunch, very happy with the service! Very friendly staff and fair priced. Would highly recommend! We have an older Honda Accord that HCS repaired 2 years ago. It needed new front rotors and brakes and the brakes in this older model is way harder to do. They gave us a 3 yr/ 36,000 mile warranty. It had been about 15,000 miles and 2 years and one side was shot. HCS stood with their warrenty and quickly replaced both sides, brakes and rotors at no cost for us. Thank you HCS.

More than exceptional service experienced with this shop! They saved what could have been a disaster of a vacation when our car broke down on the side of the road on our way to Branson. They worked with the dealership on our warranty which is not always an easy task and then worked as hard as they could to get the repairs completed by the time we had planned to head home. So thankful for their support and passion for ensuring we had a great customer experience. Highly recommend these guys! They are upfront, honest, and reliable. This was the second time they’ve done some warranty work for me and they are awesome! Its hard to leave a good review when you are seeking a service because something bad/hard/expensive has happened. But these guys earned there 5 stars in plenty. Harold was patient with all of my questions, my concerns, and willing to keep me informed during the process. Its always hard to want to pay for repairs and the experiences are always hard. But, HCS made the experience as good as possible. Its hard to fulling trust mechanic shops especially when you dont have any experience with them. However, theyve taken a big step to earn my trust. I hope to not see them for a long time (Ha!), but if I do, I trust that theyll do a good job.

This is without a doubt one of the best mechanics Ive used. Not only are they knowledgeable but they are honest.I took an old truck to them to be worked on. They had worked on it before but I needed something else done. They not only fixed the problem but realized a minor oversight from the previous visit. They voluntarily told me about it and fixed at at no charge. I would have been none the wiser if they hadnt told me. We will be using them for all of our work in the future.

I had just moved to the area when I found out that my Subaru needed a head gasket repair, so I looked on Google to find a repair shop; I was impressed with the frequent mentions of great customer service at HCS. I was initially disappointed when I took my car in, as their estimate was higher than the local dealership, but when I told them this they quickly matched it and the final bill was actually around 10% less than the estimate. The customer service guy, Harold, was very responsive to my questions and kept me in the loop about what was happening with my car. I would have given them five stars but when I picked up my car (at the weekend when they were closed) the idle speed was messed up and I had to take it back in (something I know from reading online that can happen after this kind of repair); Harold instantly got me a rental and I was able to have my car back later that day. What I really liked about HCS was that they ALWAYS answered the phone - they truly understand the value of great service and taking the time to talk to customers and explain what is going on with their vehicle. I was away on vacation while they worked on my car, so I cant say how timely they would have been if that hadnt been the case, but I will certainly take my car to them again. Great friendly honest people!

My daily driver finaly broke down after driving it into the ground from Missouri to Fayetteville for work every day. By the grace of God I pulled over on the freeway and the closest shop around was the best shop I have used to date. Not only did the guys bang out the job of my messed up engine by the next day at noon without a appointment to say the least. But the guys also chopped it up with me about non car related topics my loud mouth always goes off topic on like doge coin and my game stop stock story. These guys need a raise. Im the guy with the white 2005 Honda. And all I can say is best mechanic shop I have used in the tri-state area. I highly recommend these fellas that worked quick and professionally. 5 stars. The whole team from the front to the mechanics exceeded all expectations with excellent customer care. 👏👍

I have already left a review for this place under another account, but I can’t live with just one good review of this place. My wife and I have have been bringing our ‘85 Chevy short-wide to HCS for a while now. In the beginning, there were some issues with the technician they had on staff at that time who was working on it, and things were not being fixed properly. They were quick to make things right and corrected everything that was wronged at no extra cost. That is true integrity and one of my most desired and valued qualities of a business. Harold has been our service provider for about a year now and he always goes WAYY above and beyond for us! He ALWAYS makes sure that we are taken care of and makes sure we don’t venture into unnecessary projects in attempts to save us from breaking the bank. He has always worked to no end to make sure the right thing is done, everything is taken care of, and that we are 100% satisfied; he truly cares about his customers and the reputation of HCS. Harold has been the best service advisor we’ve dealt with at HCS and one of (if not THE) best service advisors I have EVER dealt with. He also made sure that they strictly utilized their new technician, Gaylon, to service the very special needs our old Chevy requires, for he has proven his worth. To finally find a technician who actually knows his stuff and can speak the language of an old Chevy, is worth every penny to us. The diagnostics were thorough and the technicians took the time to walk through what they found and identify what was critical to address vs what could wait to help me stay within budget. If new issues were discovered as the repairs progressed, they notified me by text complete with photos and, again, gave me a chance to make a decision on how to proceed. The work was completed on time and the final invoice matched the quoted estimate. Im very happy with the service I received at HCS Auto Repair!
