Great experience yesterday getting new tires mounted on my Tesla Model Y. Ordered through Tire Rack to be shipped and installed here. Greg and his staff were very courteous and got me in and out within half an hour. They have experience working with Tesla’s. Just make sure you have a set of “hockey pucks” for their jack lifts as they do not carry them in house. Price was as quoted on Tire Rack for mounting and balance. Will go through them again next time.

I don’t have words for how great the employees are at Tire Tracks. I have gone to them for a couple of years to get a used tire put on my car and they have always been very nice but yesterday they went way beyond normal customer service and I really appreciate them. A special thank you to Mark and Greg and the nice gentleman that came to try and put my spare on (I didn’t get his name) but everyone there was equally helpful and kind to me. Great place of business just goes to show there are still good people in the world 💗

Needed an alignment on my wifes 4runner. Dropped it off and they were able to get it done quickly and I picked it back up by lunch. Friendly service and professional. I was told at a competitor I needed a tie rod and 2 new tires. Tire tracks did it just perfect

Great experience! There was a small wait as I had arrived about 9 on a busy Friday morning. But as soon as my truck was in they got right to it. Couldnt have been better. I am a retired Master auto technician, so I know how things SHOULD be done. These guys were excellent. Took great care to protect my car both while it was there and down the road. I KNOW that if I have a flat at some point Ill be able to get the wheels off! The tires are exactly what I wanted, and the price was great. The car rides smooth no more vibration at high speeds. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Tire Tracks is one of the few places in our area that can and will fix flats on mower tires. I took my 22 X 10 X 12 tire to them to patch a hole and get a tube put in the tire. The counter person was very nice, told me the exact total cost and said it would be about 45 minutes. I was in the waiting room for a little less than 25 minutes when he told me it was ready to go. My cost was $28.45 for everything. He then carried the tire out and placed it in my car. I would recommend them to any senior citizen that needs a tire fixed. They are fast, courteous, helpful and fairly priced.

The team could have charged me for the tire replacement and went on their way. When changing out my tire they found they were actually able to repair my tire. Was looking for an oddball tire size that no where else carried and would of had to be a special order. Tire Tracks had the size I needed in stock. The crew was also extremely fast and friendly, took them less than 30 minutes to have the tires installed and me back on the road!

While I had a pretty good wait time for installation, these guys had the trailer tires in stock that I needed immediately. I only go here for tire changes and alignments. No bull. They get the job done fast and right every time. Never once had an issue. Prices are decent too. Have bought used tires when necessary and they worked well. Always bought new tires online, so cant say anything about their pricing there. Very friendly too. No complaints.

I live in Bella Vista and choose to drive to this tire tracks in springdale for service. Ive worked with Eddie and Greg for about 5 years now and they have always taken care of my vehicles and gotten me in and out of there in a timely manor and they are fun to joke around with while your waiting. Took an ATV flat tire in for repair. By the time I got home tire was flat again. Had to take unit back in the following day. Burr on wheel punctured tube according to technician. I questioned how thorough the technician was on first repair and was told we double check every repair. Quality of work is questionable.

Took an hour to get my flat repaired, but they were very busy. Also took 15 minutes for them to acknowledge I was there, but all is taken care of and I’m back on the road.

Have watched them jack other customers cars in the air via the body not the frame, they find any excuse to not stand by their $90 warranty. Will NEVER take my vehicle back that and have warned all my friends and family of their trashy service/labor.

However anything thats not a tire to work on its a little pricey, but the work Mark does in that garage is incredible. Hes very quick and if you have anything with suspension or drive line problems. I ordered tires Thursday and drove all the way from okc on Friday and was able to get them mounted and on the truck the same day. I’ve now had dealings with Tire Tracks’ Fayetteville, Rogers and Springdale outlets. Staff is invariably honest and knowledgeable and the work is done right the first time. They get you in and out fast and prices are very competitive, even here in Walmart World. Can’t recommend them enough.

Got my tires and Alignment taken care of real fast Very happy with the service. I had a flat because of a bolt and I work nights so its hard for me to get in early. I didnt get to the shop till almost 4:30 they close at 5 and they still were able to get my flight repaired and be back on the road by 5 just updating my previous review wish I could give six stars

Basically I told the guy that if it was want allowing it to be aligned all the way to let me know and try his best and I would’ve expected a little pull here and there but whenever I actually drove my truck it pulled harder than when I turned it in for an alignment. 2/10 basically paid 80$ for someone to say they “aligned” it but probably didn’t
