I bought my wedding dress from Violets and it was a fantastic experience. The bridal manager is the NICEST person I have ever met. The girl who was helping me let me rummage through basically every single wedding dress they had. I am a size 18 and honestly I felt so welcomed. They never made me feel like i could only look at specific dresses. I only disliked the fact I had to pay extra to have length added to the dress because I am so tall, but that is in now way the salons fault 😂 the bridal manager also helped bring my veil dreams come to life by helping me customize a double layer veil that perfectly matched my dress.

My visit to Violet’s was wonderful! The bridal team was so helpful and friendly! The appointment setup was very easy and I felt like my visit was very personal and geared toward my wants and needs. The dress selection was very unique and broad, and they helped me find the dress of my dreams within my budget! Their team was also very good about reaching out and calling to make sure I didn’t have any further questions regarding shipping and other dress details.Overall it was an absolutely fantastic visit!Thank you!!!

I had such an amazing experience at Violets. Josie was my bridal consultant and I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She was so friendly and inviting, extremely knowledgeable about all of the styles they had in store, and took the time to really get to know me, my style, and what I was looking for in a dress. She made my experience so much fun and I cannot recommend her enough! There were also other consultants who would walk by and compliment or give opinions during my time at the store and they were amazing we well! So glad I picked Violets as my bridal shop!

The consultants were very rude from the moment we walked into the shop. Whenever we first walked in and checked in we had said that the rest of the bridal party was on their way in and the girl at the desk said obviously with a very rude tone. They did not seem interested at all in the bride. They told the bride that she needed to lose weight in order to fit into their dresses because they couldnt get her size in time for her wedding. Just not a very pleasant atmosphere. Definitely would not recommend going here.

Violets is a beautiful store with an amazing staff. They are knowledgeable and kind. We have bought numerous gowns from Violets and will continue to come back to Stephanie and her fabulous team. From pageant to prom, they carry an extensive array of beautiful gowns.

Hands down one of my favorite dress stores in NWA. Im a wedding photographer which means Ive seen a lot of wedding dresses. When I got married, I knew I wanted something fully unique. I had an incredible experience at Violet’s Bridal! The atmosphere is beautiful and they have a wide variety of styles and price ranges. Hanh was extremely helpful in the wedding dress process and I ended up purchasing my wedding dress which I love! I would recommend Violet’s to anyone looking for bridal or formal gowns.

Violets was our first and only stop! The staff was fabulous. We were greeted at the door by the owner Stephanie and instantly felt welcomed and she hand picked 15+ gowns that were all absolutely gorgeous and kept them coming until we found the perfect dress! Literally left in tears, SO SIZE EXCLUSIVE!!!Stay away if you’re bigger than a 14 because they will have a whopping 10 dresses in your size, let alone a specific color. If you’re a size 2 I’m sure you’ll love it there but bigger girls are obviously not welcome!! Not cool!!! Definitely Just gonna have to find somewhere with a better atmosphere towards big girls, and certainly somewhere with a bigger selection

I had a very good experience finding a beautiful dress for my daughters wedding it was when I picked it up the sales person was straight to the point and cold, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough I felt like I had leprosy or something anyways they have beautiful gowns if you don’t mind possibly getting a crummy sales gal 😉

This was my first wedding dress shop. Even though I was very impressed with the selections and prices, my mom, sister, and I were truly disheartened by the overall experience. My appointment was changed twice, and then I got a call on the day of to see if I could move my appointment up due to snow. Sure, no problem but my mom was traveling from Russellville so we had to hurry to get there. Once I got there, there was only one bridal sales associate who was still helping another bride. We barely got any customer service as I was trying on dresses. When asking questions about certain dresses, the associate would be appear to be looking up the answer on her phone, but she was definitely texting. I had to redirect her search twice from answering text messages. At the end of our appointment, it was like an afterthought to write down what dresses I liked to keep a file. I would not have trusted this sales associate to order the correct dress I needed--she seems very disinterested and I was definitely upset since this was my first experience. I ended up going with another bridal boutique--even though I paid more for my dress I was fine with this because of the service I received elsewhere. I am giving my review an extra star because they do have a wonderful selection of dresses and prom dresses at a great price. Experience was just not genuine.

My daughters first prom and she is extremely picky...went to at least 8 other dress stores throughout AR and OK, these ladies stepped up on our drop in with no appt (covid) and the lady there knocked it out the park. We walked out of there with my girls dream come true dress and it was the first one the lady brought after asking the right questions. Wish there were more stars to give!!!! Thank you from an eternally grateful mother, have already sent a bride their way telling everyone I know to go here. They have amazing dresses in all price ranges from consignment to new!!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have NEVER been treated so poorly or talked to so poorly by the owner of the establishment. She actually told me she didn’t need or want new business. I will go somewhere that has an owner that acts like an adult not a toddler.You stated your policy was every where I was simply telling you it wasn’t and that it would be very helpful if you changed your google photo to reflect your policy. I don’t see that as being rude or negative it was good advice after I drove so far to shop there. Not every one goes to social media to research stores before they shop. I did not speak to you or your employee poorly. You my friend could use some anger management if me asking you a few questions puts you out to the point that you loose your cool with a customer...... I also see you did take my advice and update your google to reflect your policy like I mentioned it even says you updated it 24 hours ago so just after we spoke I’m sure that will be appreciated. It would have been nice to see it before I drove so far and would have been nice if you would have taken my advice with out lashing out like a child because I pointed out your flaws. This was not for my daughter it was for me, I was not yelling I heard her say that she could see me but she had already been so rude I didn’t want to come in. She also stated that you could not put appointments only on google which I see you figured out that you could I was literally trying to help you and was not yelling at all. When I said she had been rude to me she lost if very unprofessional. Even in the worst case ( which this wasn’t even close) there is never justification for a customer service based business to talk to someone like that. Expecting a customer to read every review to find out your information is absurd I have a photo I’d be happy to share that says you just updated it to state appointments only 24 hours ago... again just after we spoke. You also stated on the phone you didn’t have the ability to list by appointment only on your google just the hours which was a lie because you have listed it now. If you want to preach kindness you should try practicing it. Posted the photo on your Facebook and above showing you just updated it.

Unfortunately, I did not find a dress I absolutely loved. (The dresses were all so beautiful, just not one that I felt comfortable in)Before leaving, I felt saddened that I didn’t find my dress but the owner Stephanie was absolutely amazing! She asked me what styles and colors I liked and ordered tons of dresses in the styles & colors I liked! She even let me go into her office and try on a dress she had in there. She got my phone number and has texted me to let me know the dresses she ordered are in and I made my appointment for this weekend! She is so passionate about making every girl feel special and strives to find the perfect gown for everyone. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! 100% recommend Violets for all your glamour needs❤️❤️I cannot remember the girls name who helped me but it was her first day there and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and genuine. They’re not the pushy type of shop that makes you feel like they’re just trying to sell a dress. They genuinely care about making you feel beautiful! I don’t mind making the hour trip to NWA again because the environment at Violets is better than any other dress shop I have been to and this is my 5th prom so I have been to allll the dress shops!

The owner or owners daughter should not discuss their profit margins while customers are in the store. Thats not a good look for a boutique dress store wanting to survive in this day and age. We chose to not purchase anything at this establishment since the prices where out of this world for the quality of the dresses. If we would have read the bad reviews we would not have even made the 2 hour drive there. Very unprofessional!!!

I’m so thankful to Violet’s for helping me find my dream gown!Funny story: when I was in the shop trying on dresses, I took the sample veil off my head to look at the label and it read “Jennifer Leigh.” Now that’s my first and middle name (spelt exactly the same way too). It was a total God wink and a great accessory to have for my day! It was completely perfect! Alterations were priced well and quick! They made me a reservation and shut down the store just for me (during the virus) so that we were all safe and had plenty of room and were within guidelines! They did everything to make my look perfect and MAN did I feel great on my special day! Thank you ladies for everything!

Before you purchase a dress, beware of the no return policy that states even one hour after buying an item, you will not be able to change your mind and there will be no refund of any money put down. Also, the only way to find this information out is by looking at the receipt after a purchase is made, unless one asks about it directly. However, other than this, the dresses are decent and the staff is very friendly.

PLEASE dont consign here. Im extremely heartbroken. I took in a bridal gown for consignment that has never been worn (I had changed my mind about) and had been in a dress bag for storage. I get a call the next day from Violets that while they were steaming the dress, it created big long lines in the satin. They offered to clean the dress in house for an additional $20 or offered for me to come pick it up. But if they cleaned it, it would have to stay there for the full 60 days. Naturally, I went to get my dress from further damage because I didnt trust that something else wouldnt happen to it. Of course they arent liable for damages while on consignment at Violets. If you saw streaks while cleaning.. WHY keep going? It hadnt even been there 24 hours so it never even made it to the rack. I had initially brought it in with the dress bag and they handed it back without it. I had to ask for it and I got some random dress bag with purple glitter all on the inside and in the bottom. So now I get to try to get purple glitter off my dress as well as long streaks. I asked if there were any recommended dry cleaners in the area and all I got was Not that I know of I just get mine done here. There was no resolution and all I got was sorry about that as I left on the verge of tears. I was really looking forward to shopping for a different dress here but I guess I will look elsewhere. Now I also get to find a dry cleaner and PAY to have it cleaned. Please be careful where you consign... Honestly Im not one to raise a stink about something but Ive never had anything like this happen before.

The girls who work here are amazing from the time you come in the door, throughout the trying on process, to the alterations and completing the sale. Very professional and knowledgeable. I just cant say enough good things about the awesome experience that I had at Violets! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. So refreshing to visit a boutique that still values excellent customer service. I went in to Violets on Friday to have a few pairs of jeans altered. I was immediately greeted and offered assistance by more than one of the young ladies working there. Even though I did not have an appointment, they got me right in. They had the pinning taken care of in no time and I was in and out in a flash. In addition to how nice they treated me, the pricing for my alterations was very reasonable. I actually felt like I should have paid them more. To my total amazement, I received a text the next day that my pants were ready. When they asked me how soon I needed my things done, I was just hoping they could have them done by the end of the following week. I honestly felt like that was a lot to ask. I mean.. jaw totally on the floor yall. I cant remember the last time I was blown away by service like this. I just wish I had a reason to purchase one of their gorgeous gowns that they had in there. If/when I do, I know the first place Ill be going!

Came here to shop for wedding dresses for my sister in law and had a great experience! Amazing prices! And we actually ended up picking a prom dress that came in white, beautiful dress that was everything we were looking for and came in about half of what we were planning on spending! Ladies working the place were so helpful, welcoming, supportive and made it a fun experience :)

It was clustered and when we came in to the store there was nobody there to help us. But the people there where nice. Dress sizes were small and hard to tell the sizes.

Recently took our future daughter in law’s wedding dress in to replace the zipper. It was hanging up. In a tight spot with the wedding in just days. We were so thrilled that the dress was ready for us the SAME DAY! You guys are a life saver! Thank you so much!

What a great dress shop!! I was there with my sister and my niece who was looking for a Colors Day Court dress, which she won Queen in, so I got to just sit back and watch how everyone in the store works and they were all great! They were very helpful and nice to everyone who came. They also explained the layout of the store so everyone knew which section of the store they needed to be in to find the perfect dress for themselves!!

Although they had beautiful gowns, I did not feel welcome. As soon as we walked in the girl behind the desk greeted us and then told us we would probably be better off checking the sale rack outside. Nice, but we wanted to look around. Then she proceeded to follow us around the store. It felt very awkward like I was Vivian trying to shop in Pretty Woman. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I have consigned several of my dresses here and each time there has been an issue. Most were minor, and honest mistakes but after this, I will never consign here again. I bought a prom dress in 2016. I wore it for a few hours, had it cleaned and put in a clear plastic garment bag. At this point, the only damage the dress had was a snag near the bottom where it got caught on my dates shoe.When I cosigned it, I was told that I can call and check to see if it had sold at any time. So naturally after several months (post prom), I called to see if my dress sold. They couldnt find my consignment slip or the $500 dress that I had left in their care.....after a few very upsetting phone calls they found the dress and the slip. Thank goodness....Fast forward a year or so, and I get a phone call saying that they have decided to no longer consign my dress out. No big deal. I undecided that instead of donating it, I would try to sell it on my own. I went in today to pick up dress and I was mortified. My dress is completely ruined and the value of dress is gone. The lace is pulled and tattered, the beads are literally falling off and the clear garment bag is gone. How do you expect to sell products that you dont take care of? What happened to my garment bag? Why wasnt my dress kept in the garment bag like others I saw throughout the store? Im very upset and I will not be returning to consign my dresses.

Weve been here many times and always come back. No other boutique compares. The service is beyond amazing. No matter what the drama, and with two daughters, I promise we have drama, they always stay clam and do whatever it takes to make eveythig perfect. They make every girl feel special, like shes their only customer. The alterations are always spot on... you cant even tell the dress was altered. And they have something for every type of girl and every body type. No judgement, they just want to make your best features shine through. I cant say enough about how great they are.
