I came in about 2 months ago after my car was totaled & was looking for a new vehicle. I wanted something pretty specific and Tobie was able to find me exactly what I wanted!! He was patient with me & made sure I understood everything I was signing! He wasn’t pushy when I didn’t understand things & even called me back a few days later to follow up! Great experience today at Kerry Buick GMC purchasing a 2019 Buick Encore. Really felt I got a great deal and really encouraged by the attentiveness and care of the staff. Blake was an AWESOME sales rep who went out of his way to help me, communicated clearly, and expresses genuine care for the people he serves. This was a great car buying experience that more than made up for a terrible one I had at another dealer a week ago. I bough at 2012 Buick Enclave here in March 2021, I drove it for about a month and the engine blew. It was in the shop for three months and then I got it back and after two weeks another part of the engine went. Back in the shop it goes. I got it back a week and half later and I’ve had it for about a couple of weeks and the check engine light is back on. They sold me a lemon. Do not buy a car from here.

Great experience with the sales team. My salesman (Raymond) was knowledgeable and helpful. Purchased a NEW truck and had to have service after 1 week, (No fault of the dealership). Was told it was fixed, had the same issue a 2nd time, brought it in and the service manger told me they were not able to pull the code (My $100 Harbor freight scan tool was able to) This time i was told that they Hope it fixed Same issue happened the next day. Took it to Jake Sweeney Service department and the issue was found. The sales team was great, but I wouldnt bring anything in for service.

I went in there today and noticed everyone was pretty young so I thought to myself they’ll be very energetic and ready to make a sale. So I went in because nobody wanted to come outside and finally got so much attention. When I started talking to the gentleman they asked what I needed and I told him I was looking for a pick up truck used for around 10-15k they kind of chuckled and just said good luck and when I asked if they could check the inventory they said there’s no point. That they had in stock anything that cheap. Needless to say I just laughed and walked out to help with this place.
Pulling into Kerry Buick, we were greeted with a smile and spectacular customer service from an individual named Nick. The team was ready with the vehicles we were interested in with keys in hand. My husband and Nick searched for the perfect car to fit our needs. Having two kids in haul to search for cars isn’t always an easy task. However, once inside there was usb hub available to entertain the kids and cozy couches to keep them entertained. Nick had such a great personality and was willing to listen to my negotiation skills. Overall, the experience was exceptional! I’m extremely satisfied with the process!

Do not buy a car at Kerry! Especially from Raymond or Bud!! It was a rainy day and I went to look at a Great Deal car with no pictures. Had the car but someone was going to be there in 10 minutes to look at it (wink wink). Test drove car with salesman in passenger seat. Went in and sat down while Raymond went and got the dollar sheet from the mysterious back room. Total was over $300 higher than it should have been. Surprised, he went and checked with back room. Oh ya, thats the hidden fee for antitheft window etching that we put on ALL our cars. If its in all cars (not mine or any in the showroom btw) why isnt it disclosed? And why were you surprised? Back and forth ensues, Bud the closer is brought in and we make a deal. Closer reminds me that I cant get a big discount $500 because thats old school and dealers have to be up front with pricing because of the internet. Apparently taking advantage of great deal algorithm and not disclosing major defects isnt old school. Fast forward a couple days, I find the hail damage that wasnt in the ad or pictures and couldnt be seen on wet car and the defective blinking seat belt light that was masked by salesman sitting in passenger seat the whole time. Call and they say As-Is. Run away from Kerry, Raymond, Bud and the mysterious numbers man!

Bought a 2010 ford escape from nick today he was very informed about car offered me a car fax report worked with price for me with finance guy. He was very professional and made sure I was taken care of had car washed for me so I will be fresh for the road. I had exceptional service from the Kerry Buick GMC Service team. I was from out of town and my vehicle all but quit running right in front of the dealership about mid day. When the Service Advisor ( Jeremy) found out my situation, he had a tech start on my Equinox and found the problem, then had the part picked up, and got me on the road so I could make it home that evening. What a great team effort rom the Advisor, tech and parts department to take care of me. I wish you were closer to home!

The man that called for the loan was very rude to me. He talked to me in a very belittling way. I am the one that has to make the payments for the car. He told me it was not like a marriage and it shouldnt be that hard of a decision to make. Well when I have to make sure I can pay for it then it is a large decision. I felt that was very rude and uncalled for.
