Dimes sets the bar high for butcher shops. Best steaks Ive ever had. And you will never find a nicer bunch of people than the ones that work there. Springdale wouldnt be the same without Dimes.

Great place! We go by weekly. The prices are fair and the service is outstanding! They have bulk packages, local products, deli meats and cheeses and dum-dums for the kids.

Today was my first visit to Dimes but theyll get all of my business from now on. It was one of the best customer service experiences that Ive ever had anywhere, it was exceptional. Told the butcher what I wanted,he cut it, trimmed it,and tied it up nice and neat with butcher string. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone in line was raving about their house made brats so I grabbed a few of those too. Cant speak for those yet but Ive got a strong feeling that theyll live up to the hype! They really make you feel like youre their best customer!

Dimes has Never disappointed! I was so excited to see that his grandson reopened the meat market! They also accept EBT which I think is so Awesome! That allows anyone to get quality meat! The only place I purchase my meat! They will even carry to your car! Love that Steve is still around some and Always treats you like family. I can never say enough good things about Dimes!

Dimes just recently opened back up after an extended downtime and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. While browsing their selection I had multiple people offer to help me or make recommendations. I ended up purchasing two healthy tenderloin filets, one pound of their center-cut bacon, two potatoes and a jar of the million-dollar pickles.Once I got home I created a weave with the bacon and wrapped the filets, prepared some cheesy potatoes, and by the end of the night it was all gone and so were the pickles! The selection was great and the service was even better.I would highly recommend Dimes to anyone looking for a great cut of meat and friendly service.

Ok I come from a top 10 bbq restaurant in Texas, which I worked at through high school with my uncle. Yes that was 20 years ago, but yes still rank in the top 10. The Best quality of meats offered. Since the reopen they have started offering more items; including now the hands down best bratwurst I have ever eaten. Handmade in shop. Not to say I am a professional chef, but I do cook all the time, thanks Papa. You will never find the one on one customer service anywhere else. Its like Cheers. Incredible service and TONS of options. I have AGS and I am allergic to all mammal products. (Lamb, beef, pork etc). They were so kind to clean their slicer so I have peace of mind that the turkey I got was safe.

Dime’s has reopened and has kept the same warmth and charm as the previous owners! As a matter of fact, Mr. Dimes was there this morning working with the new owners. Meat is coming from the same suppliers as before which is great and the inside has been spruced up a bit with a fresh coat of paint. Go see Tyler and he will cut you a great piece of meat! You will love it!!!

This is the only place to buy meat. We love everything we buy at Dimes. They are always helpful about trying different cuts, and all of them are excellent. We have monthly grill meetings with our family. Everyone wants Dimes and those who are absent expect a take-home. Our son says that coming home is like feeding the lions. We have been shopping at Dimes Meat Market since the late 80s,. ALWAYS had Great service, Best products, and Wonderful friendly family atmosphere. Recently my husband had back surgery, can not drive yet, I cant see well, and both of us exhusted, Brad was kind enough to make sure we had our regular order. The Dime family are a Blessing to us in good times and bad.

I love to visit the folks at Dimes. You wont find better people anywhere.You might find meat at comparable prices at Walmart or other stores, but you dont know what youre getting! At least at Dimes you can trust they are selling the best for the most reasonable prices they can. If you happen to get something that isnt right, they will make it right.I trust this meat market for the quality meat I feed my family and friends.

Ok... so I loved the service. Loved the product I got. I got 4 steaks, two rib eyes and two strips. I requested inch and a half cuts. I paid a pretty penny but they turned out FANTASTIC. only complaint would be that they dont take credit or debt. Cash and check only. I havent had a check book in years... I dont normally carry cash either but they do have an ATM there. I was very impressed with place.

This is the most wonderful place in Arkansas. The meat is top quality at really good prices. They nake amazing sandwiches. The family who runs dimes have made my husband feel welcome in Arkansas when others have been rude. They are the nicest people we have meet in arkansas. We love this place.

I went in looking for meat for my husband to make Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches. I asked for a certain meat, but they suggested another. Not only was it less expensive, but the meat was absolutely outstanding. Our sandwiches were perfect! They also gave us a sample of munchey cheese (not sure how you spell it) and it went perfectly with the sandwiches. This is what service is all about. They were not about selling me the most expensive meat, even though that is what I thought I needed. Instead, they wanted to make sure my experience was great. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you all for your service for so many years.
