I usually dont give more than 4 stars on reviews but since these guys went out of their way plus above what I was expecting, I wouldnt be doing them any justice if I gave them lower than a 5. Kanell started the process by returning my car and then Taz finished the deal by making sure I was able to get vehicle I wanted after Taz figuring out how to properly report my income.Ive seen several car dealerships and salesmen fill you full of bs (babbled sentences) but these cats were on the level and didnt ever push me to buy. They were upfront about how the company works in addition to the options available. The best part is my sales tax and filing was done for me. Now all I have to do is wait for the DMV to call in order to get my actual tags plus registration. You would be a fool not to take advantage of this companys willingness to make it easier to purchase a vehicle, especially in choosing or requesting a specific model.

Worst company I have ever experienced. They are extremely rude when you call. I called to make my first payment and the lady had a horrible attitude with me. Multiple harassing calls the day payment is due. They lied and told me I was buying a vehicle and would never pay the full interest amount if paid off early. Come to find out I am stuck in a lease with them and was not purchasing a vehicle like I asked multiple times about. I tried to get a 10 day pay off which I had to wait days for and it was almost $5000 more than what reports is owed. I went back to American car center and was told they did not understand the paper work that I had, Everyone who had worked there months prior was fired. I just received a letter in the mail stating their software update caused errors and they are changing amounts on my lease higher than what I signed for amounting up to another $1405. I have had this car since the beginning of July and signed it with the original amount how can they change that on me.

This was an awesome experience. After a catastrophic illness I never thought I would be able to have a newer car again but Taz was so very helpful and stayed with me after closing to make sure that I got my new car tonight this place is really wonderful to help those that have had some financial difficulties in the past I almost didn’t come but I’m glad I did thanks so much Taz you rock!!!

I had totaled my car and my insurance had gave me another check to go get a vehicle I was in my last week of my rental car and was needing to get into another one I called around I stumbled upon American car center through a friend and I drove up there 2 1/2 hours to make sure I can get a vehicle. It took from 12:30 to 6:30-ish to turn around and get me approved for a car when my credit score was 723. They told me I had an option of any vehicle on the lot but when it came down to the paperwork and the approval they said it was three cars then they turned around and said it was two vehicles and then finally they backed me into a vehicle that I am not in love with. The day after I get home with the new car the engine light comes on the traction button wouldn’t turn on or off that portion then the brakes started to squeal from time to time I was upset that right after I get this car but I told them wasn’t that great on being on the road it has all these lights and problems that occur in the car only has 63 to 65,000 miles on it. I felt like I have been scammed into a vehicle just to help someone else’s points system out so I contacted the company the next day and told them two weeks later I’m still waiting to get my car into a shop and serviced while they still request a 250 payment. I have the money to pay the 250 which I will but for two weeks are asked to have my car serviced and it has not yet to be serviced so that’s my experience.
