Bought a 2012 Chevy traverse in February. Still dont have a title and can never get anyone on the phone I almost always get a voicemail. When you do get an answer its the same responses and Im over it! Poorly managed office when it comes to titles and getting them sent off.
I would highly recommend this place. The People are very Friendly. And easy to talk too. Overall outstanding service.
We bought a 2008 Nissan Frontier from them. Within a month, we had to replace the timing chains and gears. Drove it for another month and it spun a rod bearing. It was drivable a total of two months out of the six months we had it. Two weeks ago, we traded it in to a reputable dealer. We took a loss on it, but at least we now have a dependable truck.
Friendly staff. Always willing to help. I only had $700 down and I left with my 2014 Cruze. Thank you!!!!
Just want to give a friendly reminder that you should not trust the sales Frank. He told me 4 LIES when he sold me the car, Chevy Impala, which cost me more than $1000 to fix after.1st Lie : Engine light is on because the sensor is old, replace for $12Both Chevy and Firestone tested and told me timing cover of the engine is leaking oil, which could eventually cause engine run out of oil, fixed for $745.2nd Lie : Water in the trunk because the detail guy forgot to take it out. Trunk is heavily molded and it is ACTUALLY LEAKING, getting flooded after every rain. Chevy dealer took bumper apart and resealed for $200. Cleaned the mold that can cause sickness for $100.3rd Lie : We are selling the car cheap because we had it for 3 WEEKS. Price drops every week. We also drove it for a while. The title shows that they bought the car 2 DAYS before they sold it to me. And $9000 is really not that cheap for a 140,000 miles car.4th Lie: We can fix the starter of your old car at our mechanical shop today.Never got to it that day. After all, Im giving a 2 star review instead of 0 star because sweet Alma helped us out by giving us extra $300 when we face the problem. I would say buy cars from here but make sure to take it to a different mechanic shop to check because FRANK LIES. He would also tell you that mechanic shops would tell you things that doesnt need be fixed simply because he doesnt want you to take it there.
Greatly satisfied. Great family owned car business.

Nice place to get a Car! Good deals!
Great service and prices
Smooth! Nice family making business
Cars are nice but to over priced, guy says he bought them for the price he sells them for so almost makes little to none if he discounts the price I like to compare where I go but this place is not a place to go for a fair priced or first car purchase.
Nice
Very bad attention and never sends the titles n recommend diler
Here I bought my first car and I loved it and at a very good price !! And they offered me a 20% discount on anything in the workshop for simply having bought it with them !!!! 100% recommended!
I found my ideal car, with good price and ease of payments. Highly recommended
Easy payment plan! Very kind the whole family !! They worked with my itin number !!
I loved my car and more than anything I left it in payments respecting the price in cash for a month since I did not adjust to pay everything in cash. Super friendly !!!!
