Clean, friendly staff always multitasking to ensure quick service, but with stocked shelves. I usually visit the pharmacy, as I did today. All staff are wonderful. I have zero hesitation when asking questions about my Rx. I do wish, though, that employees still wore masks, especially in the pharmacy.
Outstanding service! Literally saved my life! Helpful and wonderful! Thank you!
They are so nice I switched from the walgreens across the street .. for the professionalism an kind speedy service from everyone here thank you all at cvs an your amazing staff!
The pharmacist, Tristan, went out of his way to fill my prescription from Florida. He was so kind, thorough and quick. Great experience. I highly recommend this CVS pharmacy.
Great people and service
Arlene Is Always Really Rude To Customers Specially If You Use Coupons!! I Went Last Week She Was Really Rude!! I Was Doing The Deal Of Buy Any Two Scott or Cottonelle And Get $5 ECB. So I Got To Packages Of Scott Paper Towels, She Told Me There Was A Limited Of One Per Customer. There Was Nothing In The Back Saying There Was A Limit.. So I Had To Go Back And Grab a Package of Cottonelle.. By The Time I When Back To The Register Theres Was Like 6 People In front of Me..So I Had To Wait For a Long Time!!
Unfortunately Walgreens and Wal-Mart was out of my medicine so I ended up going to CVS for the 1st time, the pharmacist REFUSED to have my refills from Walgreens (who didnt have a problem with it) transferred. Luckily I had JUST got a new paper script and dropped it off, not a problem picking THAT one up but went back for my refills and they couldnt find it in my profile.. Apparently the pharmacist changed my prescription from 90 to 30 AND to take 2xs daily instead of 3xs daily as I have been doing for 15 years! Not ONLY did I lose the refills that I had at Walgreens (because CVS would NOT transfer them) but I had to go BACK to CVS EVERY 10 days to pick up a 10 day supply.VERY incompetent pharmacists at CVS, Ill NEVER go back!!
I was using another well known pharmacy and really felt the professionals I encountered were not meeting my needs. I switched to CVS about 6 months ago. I am so glad I made that switch. Recently, the pharmacist at CVS in Springdale really went above and beyond to work out my daughters insurance coverage issue to get her the medication she needs to keep her lungs healthy. I really appreciate all of the extra effort Baltazar put into his job and communicating with me, her physician, and the insurance company to get the coverage problem resolved.
Love coming here to get my husbands prescriptions. Pharmacy techs and pharmacist are ALWAYS extremely polite and helpful
Becca is amazing - she searched for savings on our medicines. She saved us money on our prescriptions. Very customer service oriented. It is refreshing to deal with someone going above and beyond to take care of her customers.
This place is awful. There was only 1 open checkout and a sales associate was discussing immigration with another customer. I waited there for probably 5 minutes. I didn’t get her name, but the sales associate was an old lady with gray hair and had a medium complexion with heavy eye make up. When I walked up to her she said “sorry for the long wait” while showing absolutely no remorse. I asked if I could speak to the hiring manager and she said in the rudest way, “He’s in the pharmacy and he’s really busy, what do you need him for?” (Not exact words but close to it). I told her I wanted a job and that I had already applied. She said that he already got someone who transferred from another store to work at CVS full time. In my mind, I thought, where? There was literally only one cash Register open and everyone else was in the pharmacy. And if you don’t want people to apply for a job, I suggest you put down the now hiring signs that saturate the front of your store and online. I’m so glad I am not going to work there with that old hag, she is rude and has a disgusting personality. ✌🏽
This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a pharmacy. Dropped off a prescription over an hour ago and was told it would be ready in about 30 minutes. Came back 45 minutes later not ready. I was told 15 more minutes still not ready. 15 more minutes I guess we will see. Good thing for them my insurance makes me use them.
The staff here are so so sweet. I just love this pharmacy! Best cvs pharmacy staff Ive ever dealt with. ♡
So much better and cheaper than Walgreen.
The cashier was very rude and of no help. Every coupon I gave her, she found a problem with and kept overanalyzing. I think I even had credit on my CVS account and she didn’t even apply it. They said their items were on sale but they still cost more than Walmart prices. I believe Walgreens is a way better place to give business to.
Never answer the bloody phone. Has lost my sons profile 3 times I am switching been waiting on his meds for 3 days!! Horrible!
The staff take the time to care and get to know the patients. They have been there for me when I didnt have insurance and caught the flu. They found a coupon to lower the price and I was so thankful. More pharmacies should be this way.
Super upset about the encounter I had with the pharmacist yesterday. She refused to fill my script for multiple reasons, ok fine, I understand those reasons, how ever, she refused to explain what a few things meant. I asked several times and she kept shutting me down and started walking away from me. When all I was saying was I didn’t understand the abbreviations she was talking about. I used this pharmacy for a long time, now I will continue to use my new pharmacy who actually listens and cares. The pharmacist needs to regroup on her P. R skills.
This place is GREAT!!! Reasonably new, it is in direct competition with the Walgreens across the street. It still has that new look and feel about it.
Great makeup selection! The one in Fayetteville where I live was good when it first opened, but now its like most CVS : small shade range, takes forever to get new things. This one keeps up with new products coming out, as well as brands that CVS is just starting to carry, such as MUA, a great ELF selection, and one I hadnt even heard of called Nuance.
Two days in a row the pharmacist as well as pharmacy technicians had ZERO clue. My wife and I both asked questions about completely different products sold in the store and both times the pharmacist as well as the pharmacy technicians had NO IDEA that the products were sold there and claimed to have never heard of them (they were products that were actually in the store) and looked at us like WE WERE the unintelligent ignorami!!! Shame on the people with alleged credentials for treating customers WITH MONEY TO SPEND like theyre second class citizens!! I a white educated male so definitely no stereotype/racist treatment. The pharmacy staff just think theyre better than everyone else. They should learn what they sell. #productknowledge. Also RESPECT the people that keep the doors to your unfriendly, over priced, DUMP open!!!!
They always have the meds i need and if they dont they usually get it in a couple of days. They are fast on filling prescriptions and the staff is really friendly.
I wish they would train ALL Staff Properly. Some staff EXTREMELY RUDE, Others REALLY NICE. I have Severe Social Anxiety and I HATE coming in here because I never know how Ill be treated.
This store is very organized and clean, very friendly and helpful employees! The store is open 24 hours but the pharmacy is 8am-10pm
The Staff is RUDE. I LOVE using the cvs app to get rewards and coupons but the staff seems to mind. I was in there last night and the customer before me had coupons. Once she left the cashiers proceeded to complain about her AND the company for lack of training them. NOT something you do in front of customers!!!!
Slow service at the drive through. Allow 10-15 minutes for each car in part because they have low IQ people manning the service. I am moving back to Walgreens.
Employees are extremely condescending. Some people avoid walmart, but now, I would RATHER GO TO Walmart than step foot in this place.
One heck of an improvement to an important intersection in Springdale that once held a flop house motel. CVS has aggressively entered NWA to compete with market leaders, Walgreens and Walmart Pharmacy.
I think Its A Neat Pharmacy :))
I went in to the use the money gram and the manager on duty Ceerrie should not be working in customer service ever! First they had the money in the register for my services and then all of a sudden they didn’t. Then she pointed her finger at me like I was a child. I will be calling to speak to the manager tomorrow about my very poor experience!
Good service
Its A Okay
