My spring broke on my garage door. Before I called Overhead Door Company, I had contacted three other companies before them. One never returned my call, one told me if I was shopping for price he wasnt the one for me, and I also called Precision. I chatted online with the lady at Precision and confirmed what it would cost to install my spring and double checked to make sure the price of around $170 they quoted me included labor. The technician came out and gave me a whole detailed lesson on why I need more work done on my garage door and then quoted me over $800 for a partial rebuild and over $1000 for a full rebuild...keep in mind all I needed was a spring. They even informed me they work with a bank if I needed to get a loan. Precision then informed me that it would cost me around $430 to replace both springs and that the price I was originally given didnt include labor.I found out my parents had used Overhead Door Company of Springdale so I called them. The lady who answered was so nice and they were able to send someone out to me that day. David the technician (who has been doing this for over 20 years), came and fixed both springs for me, didnt try to upsell me, and just did what I needed done. I couldnt be happier with the company! I normally dont leave reviews but after the week I had trying to get it repaired, I hope someone can learn from me and call Overhead Door first! Will use them again!

I recently called a different company called Direct Service Overhead Door to come out to fix my garage door issue. The guy immediately said that parts for my door openers have been discontinued. He had trouble programming the remotes. He informed me that the garage needed two new motors that would cost over $1,000 to fix. After opening the garage door and pushing a couple buttons on the motor. The door completely stopped working even from the wall button. He had actually sent it in default mode, but he said that he believes lightning struck it. At this point, I had less working on my garage doors after this guy came out. Thankfully, I called Overhead Door in Springdale who had installed the door originally. They sent out Farron who has been with the company 20 years. He was able to get everything working again in just a simple one hour service call. No parts were even needed. I appreciated Farron’s knowledge of the garage units and honesty unlike the other company. I highly recommend calling Overhead Door in Springdale for your garage service needs.

I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to. Our garage door broke. My wife called Precision Door. Two guys came out and gave her a detailed $2400 bid to fix. We were shocked. She told them we would have to think about it. Because we were not willing to have them fix it right then, they charged us $49. She then called Overhead Door. A man came out, immediately looked at it and said, oh, thats easy. I can fix it in 15 minutes and it will be $162. At that point, we felt tremendously decieved by the Precision Door people and wondered how many other people had they done that to. I left a Facebook message to the president of the company, but did not get any response. We would not call this group again nor recommend them to anyone. Please contact Overhead Door instead. They have been truly serving customers here in NWA since 1972.

Left a web request to see a salesman. No reply. Called a few weeks later. A nice woman took my info and said she would call back. Never heard back.Called Precision Door. Reached a live operator. Had a service man down the next dayJob done. Service was amazing. Great staff. Sorry Overhead. These guys rock

Work at a property management company and they are my first call for overhead door issues - about 10 per year. Usually same day service. Good prices. Prompt billing. Very happy with this company.

I was about to leave my home the other morning and my garage door would not open. I called Overhead Door Company of Springdale. It was about 8:30 a.m. By 9:05 the service man Jim was at my house ready to repair my garage door. He was very efficient and friendly. Shortly my door was working fine and I owed a very reasonable amount for fast and courteous service. I would recommend Overhead Door Company of Springdale highly.

I have used these folks several times, and every time the person who comes out, James Wood, is absolutely great. He knows his stuff and he is very fair and resonable--even when called on an emergency I rate them A+++++. I am not a relative or friend, nor do I have relatives or friends who are in the garage door business.

This is the worst company I ever tried to work with. They didnt confirm the install date and time and acused me of not having voice mail when they dont have voicemail. Haha never use them!!!!

Sometime back I built a shop and needed a garage opener installed. They got nearly done and guys boss calls says they dont do residential, so guysrips out the opener and they leave. Dont use them period gonna do crap like that. Dont matter if its residual its still a commercial building.

Overhead Door showed up within an hour of calling them to fix our door. They provided fast service, knowledgeable employees & great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door service/repair!

Do not recommend. Staff could care less to help their customers. They never call you back. Grossly overpriced. Plenty of other companies locally that will take much better care of you.

Unlike Chamberlain or Liftmaster, brands you can find at walmart, lowes, or home depot, if you ever lose or the garage remote stops working, you will have to spent $90 or more on a garage remote. Also, all of their parts are expensive as well. When I called them,.they said it would take a few days to come out.
