Dropped off my 40 year old Les Paul, picked it up looking and playing better than ever. Have had several other guitars serviced there since then.

The guys down at remix saved the day for my family and I! We were desperate to find a way of getting our son’s jaguar fixed and we only had two days to find someone. We went to guitar center because we didn’t know any better. Guitar center didn’t have any techs available, but suggested we check with Remix and I’m so so glad they did.I called ReMix and spoke directly to Ron, the owner. He said he was available to look at it right away. We drove right over and were greeted by Ron, Dave and the rest. Immediately we felt the love and kindness in the space. Ron took the guitar and went to work and Dave spent time with my son showing him guitars and inviting him to play and teaching him little things while Ron was working. My son loved this shop, Ron opened the guitar fixed the issue and even took extra efforts to adjust another knob that was lose even without us asking.We were In the shop for an hour, the whole time we were laughing and enjoying seeing our son enjoy the space. The team were helpful and kind. We bought a guitar stand and planned on paying who knows how much for the repair. Ron finished the repair and did t even charge us for it.We will be lifelong customers!Thank you Ron and the team for being a ray of Gods love today.

I bought my guitar about 10 years ago and had just pulled it out of storage so I thought my guitar needed a full setup. I brought it to Remix and Andy was super knowledgeable and helpful. He said I didnt need one and did some minor adjustments (Intonation and A minor bridge adjust) and then showed me some nice amps and books to help me learn. Definitely coming back here once I am ready to buy an amp and a new guitar. Thanks Andy!

Been coming to this store as my shop of choice when buying new gear since 2015. Love this place, and the owner is just awesome. Cool story...Back in 2016, when the shop was at their old location at the corner of Sunset and Gutensohn, I came in with the intention of picking out a new bass guitar. I’d never been in this shop before, but it was time to upgrade to a nicer bass so I thought “why not, it’s on my way home from work...”I played several basses, and finally settled on one I liked. I told the owner that this was the one, and that I’d come back tomorrow to pick it up when I had cash on me. So the next day when I came in to buy it, I arrived to find that he had given it a professional setup totally for free. It played even better than when I decided it was the one for me. I never forgot that, and since then remix has been my shop of choice. Love you guys! Thanks for being exactly what the music scene of NWA needed!

Well it’s been at least 23 years since I bought my last electric guitar. I’ve been playing acoustically for the past decade or so just for fun but been in a rut, not particularly growing.Recently, I started looking for a new electric, but something different than my old Strat. Something with twang either a Gretsch or a Tele. So I popped in Remix today and tried out both. I was leaning toward a Gretsch Electromatic 5420t that I’ve been eyeballing online. I chose it. “The Great Gretsch Sound” is real and unique. It’s been the most complete, well rounded guitar I’ve ever had for sure. And it’s a ‘beaut! Now look forward to taking lessons and sharpening up my game.A big THANK YOU to Andy at Remix for helping me make the decision. The 5420 was set up perfectly. The service is great and so are the prices. I won’t put it down for days I’m sure. I would recommend anyone in NWA to stop by Remix before buying online or at a chain store. It reminded me of being a teenager buying my first guitar from Backbeat Music in Jonesboro back in the 90’s. I love a quality local music shop! Thank You!

Horrible experience at this place, I was sold a Trumpet that was WAY over priced, When I went to go and try to receive a refund I was told I should of been charged a cleaning fee as well. The owner did not process my refund correctly and I was told go deal with it with my bank. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A HEADACHE OR TO BE RIPPED OFF.

The staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist! The selection of guitars and amps are different from the other stores in town which makes for a nice bit of variety. The prices are great and it’s nice to have a music store in Springdale! Remix Music is my go to store, shop local!

Been to Remix about 4 times in the last 8 months or so. Employees are always helpful and getting you what you need. Just bought some new mics for my church and an electric drum-set. Its nice to have a music store smack-dab in the middle of NWA.

Stopped at this store and found a huge selection of guitars and amps. Went back again and landed in the middle of a great jam session. Nice place friendly people and lots of great talent stops by!

Went in looking for DJing equipment to start a new hobby. Got laughed at and was told this store is for real musicians. Went in thinking I could get advice and assistance on starting up a new hobby and instead got pushed out with no tips or advice to start this hobby. Defiantly taking my business elsewhere.

Remix is a friendly, family owned local business in NW Arkansas. With high standards for customer service, they provide lessons for beginners, instruments to purchase and equipment for your events. Frequent jam sessions are open to musicians on a regular basis, as well.

This place is great. Customer service is great. There’s no stranger at this place, everyone is welcome. They have won our business.

As far as gear/equipment selection and variety, as well as overall customer service, this is probably the best music store in NWA. I’d recommend it over Musicworks and Guitar Center for sure.
