The staff is top notch and can help you with any project big or small. They have helped me with nine projects, including three from the ground up and I have plans for many more! To have a shop like this in NWA is truly amazing!

Give me a moment to tell you about this extraordinary business . First I sent my a Glock to have a cerakote Wonder Woman theme I seen on their website. I sent the weapon from Georgia and received my weapon back so quickly, I didn’t miss it . The cerakote was better than the pic they display . Perfect! Then I had a second Glock that I had made arrangements for SLIDE CUTS w another company with plans to have ARKY cerakote this weapon. After 4 months of holding my weapon without service, Taylor from Arky was able to help me get my weapon from the other vendor and sent to him. Did you hear me?!! This business owner, TAYLOR got involved helping me retrieve my weapon from another poor service unprofessional business. Arky had SLIDE cuts performed and then they Cerakote my weapon is less than 2 weeks…with a new GLOCK bag as a gift. This business is top quality and exceptional customer service(during a pandemic). Don’t go elsewhere, these guys are the BEST! Highly RECOMMEND .

Went it there looking for a couple of guns and they had terrible service. They were not friendly and very dismissive. Spend your money some where else.

Went in looking for some accessories and they didnt have anything close to what I was looking for. Thats understandable before the election, amidst a pandemic. Basically told me I could install the wrong parts and make it work. Probably not a good idea when dealing with firearms. Their redneck regular customer was quick to make rude remarks about owning a Russian firearm with no recourse from any of the three attendants. One attendant was standing behind the counter racking the slide of a pistol over and over and looked stoned. Ill never go back. Save yourself some time and head over to Ozark Armory if you want to go to a real gun shop.

Great place, great owners, and great service. Went in looking for a gun they didn’t have I walked out with a hellcat, my buddy bought a gun there too. We will be back often to buy and get cerakote work done.

I am impressed. It’s a great little store- not a lot of space but merchandised very well with great guns and accessories. If you are interested in a suppressor this is the place to go. They make the process a lot easier with their kiosk - fingerprints and photos are done right there. Very cool technology to make an overly complicated process much easier. Customer service was good- staff seemed very knowledgeable.

I love this place and spend quite a bit of money there. I won’t shop anywhere else for what I need for my builds. If they don’t have it, they can get it and ship it to you.

You could go somewhere else, but why would you? Taylor has always been about customer service and making sure I was taken care of. Always enjoy stopping by for a chat, and letting him convince me why I need something new (doesnt take much convincing).

The guys and gals are great. Taylor is always helpful and I can’t help every time I’m in there to find something or a couple things small to buy because of a great selection and good deals. I bought a rifle through a manufacture they are vendors for and it was sent with some loose parts, I took it in there and Taylor fixed it in about 10 minutes....again great people and I’ll continue to do business with as long as I’m in the area!

Great shop. Nice, clean, professional. I came in for a Glock sight swap, and they had me fixed up in half the estimated time. And at 20 dollars less than anywhere else. Ill definitely be back again.SADLY I HAD TO RETURN FOR AN EDIT:I took the gun to the range for the second time. I had the set screw on the rear back out, and the front was loose also. ITS CALLED LOC-TITE! The devils in the details...and two drops lost you a customer.

They advertise they have things and after a two hour drive they dont have it, havent had it in a week or two, YET ITS STILL ON ARMSLIST?? takes about ten seconds to correct that, lazy sob
