She made buying granite stress free, fun and a very smooth experience. Kudos to all that made my holidays a great one despite COVID-19!!!

This company is overpriced and their lack of customer service is unbelievable. In addition, they belittle employees for taking Covid 19 precautions and even recently fired one employee after they informed the customer service staff that their manager had been in close proximity to a Covid positive individual. NExt they fired the customer service person when she wore a mandated mask to work. If you need granite in NWA there are PLENTY of other reputable resources. I would highly recommend that you shop elsewhere.

The owner treat her employees like trash and they was looking for some extra help but after few days she will fire you for no reason and also she think she better then every one else don’t put a application at this place going waste your time she fired me with no explanation of why she let me go and laughed in my face when I asked why I was being fired

The showroom is very nice. They have a great selection of quartz, granite, and natural stones. I am SO happy we have this resource in Springdale. Hattie has exceptional customer service, she’s knowledgeable and great to work with!

Abstract Granite should be everyone’s GOTO for there granite, quartz, and Quartzsite needs. Residential or commercial, they can take care of you! Our experience was excellent from start to finish. They work seamlessly with the other contractors, are flexible with their scheduling, and provide a great deal of knowledge, excellent customer service, and patience for the homeowner doing it on their own! Their finished product is stunning and we could not be more pleased!

Horrible experience with this business. After the initial proposal and paying the deposit, which was half of the total quote, they increased the price on the original quote by almost 40% saying they did not account for tear out and removal as well as forgetting to include to quote for the backsplash. I spoke with the owner and we settled on a revised quote and from there it continued to go downhill. After 3 revised proposals, two re-measures, incorrectly sized backsplash, a job that took twice as long as what was quoted and me having to call multiple times to get the job finished, they send me an invoice over a year later for the remaining balance and threaten to send me to collections. Today is the first time I have even heard from them since the job was completed in 2016. I would definitely NOT recommend working with this company.
