They refused to mix a small amount of paint for a sample.They claimed a gallon was their minimum.I will take my business elsewhere.

The customer service theyre far exceeds any of my expectations. Theyre always very friendly and like to talk and explain things when you have questions they make you feel comfortable to ask them.

These guys are just paint pushers. They told me they couldnt match a paint sample I brought in, and didnt even try. I was trying to buy touch up paint and had been dealing with the Fayetteville store, unsucessfully, so many times, and thought Id try my luck at another branch. They suggested I buy additional paint and repaint the wall because Sherwin Williams didnt make paint in this sheen. I went a block or so down the road to Lowes and they matched the paint almost perfectly.....wait for it....with Sherwin Williams paint. The Sherwin Williams stores are useless.

I think the guy who helped us was named Aaron, he was great. He was the only person working and he was friendly and informative and took the time needed to make sure we got what we wanted even with a full house of customers. Thank you!

The store is typical of SW. The guys at the Fayetteville store are a little bit more knowledgeable about paint. I felt like I paid a little too much for a quart of stain even if it was a custom mix my contractor had already gone through the trouble of blending

Ok...So about a month ago me and my boss went to this Location to order a quart of paint for a job we where Doing at La Quinta hotel. It was a color match. The worker proceeded to tell us that It will take 3 days for them to match the color...Something we never heard before from any paint store or Sherwin Williams...It was regular paint...nothing fancy. Its been 3 weeks and we never got called for the paint as he said they would Honestly the demeanor of the employee denoted racism...Thankfully the Hotel had some left and we where able to finish what we went to do in Arkansas.

I have been so impressed with this Springdale Sherwin Williams store. I have gone in multiple times within a 2 week period and have been beyond satisfied. The customer serice is wonderful from being greeted, by name, each time I walk in the door (so yes, I have been there many times☺️) to helping me get it to the car. We are going through a whole house paint project and they have continually helped me get my paints in a timely manner. All the employees have been friendly as well. A shout out to Aaron who always helps with a smile. Thanks and will be a returning customer.

Its not just great paint, but they have great sales that put the pricing on par or better than the big box stores, the help actually KNOWS what they are talking about, and you get to support a LOCAL franchise.

Jeff the manager at Sunset Avenue location in Springdale Arkansas is amazing and so helpful, knowledgeable. You need one of him in every store! 👍🏻👍🏻The store itself is a little older but well kept and very organized .

The manager at the Springdale Sherwin Williams store is so knowledgeable and helpful with years of experience. I would go the extra many miles to shop there again just because of his willingness to share his knowledge and expertise in a most congenial way. I usually go to the Rogers store but did not find the same quality of help there as I did at Springdale.

I dropped off paint samples at 7 a.m. and they didnt have 3 gallons of paint mixed up until 2:30 p.m.. I called and asked him what took so long and they said that they took our samples but if other customers come in they have to take care of them first. Kind of funny how that works. I came in and they tell me to wait to get my paint mixed up but then take care of other customers who walk in the door and dont have them wait? Asinine!At least he said it with a smile....
