These folks are super helpful and very professional. If you need to ship anything via FedEx, this is a great choice. I was very pleased to see that masks are required - and the employees are wearing them (over both their mouths and noses).

We took a package into mail it and they wouldnt take it cuz it had brown wrapping paper on the outside and said if it gets ripped off they wouldnt know where it was going. I thought dont get crazy with it.why does everything going to ca. Cost so much?

Very poor customer service experience. Im sure the majority of the employees are courteous and helpful, but an individual female employee that assisted me was clearly having a bad morning and was very rude to me while she was processing my package. Everyone has bad days, but in the customer service arena you cant take them out on your customers.

Impossible to reach. Delivery guy for them has delivered 4 packages to my house within 2 weeks that were not my package. The last one was 90LBS hurt my back on that one. I could not reach anyone to come get the package or file an injury claim Worthless!!!!

Employee Preston Poindexter was the most helpful person I’ve ever met at a shipping company. He came out to help carry in my boxes, he typed everything into the computer super fast, and all while making us laugh. It made a normally annoying part of my day great. I have only good things to say about the customer service here.

On 1/27/2021 at 6pm, an employee named Barbara at this location lied and said we werent allowed to drop off packages that contained ammo or firearms and that we were only allowed to request pickup of these items. This is false information. After asking to speak to a supervisor she wouldnt allow that either.

I got a quote on shipping an item and then returned the next day where I waited in line for 15 minutes just to be told they dont accept cash. After driving across town to my bank, I returned just to find out they wanted more than what I was quoted for. Im currently crippled and am fed up with their service. Now I have to go deliver the package myself.

This location is the BEST in customer service. Highly recommend this service for ease and how helpful they all are.

I went to FedEx Ship Center to pick up an item I couldnt pick up at home. I gave the attendant my receipt and she was very nice and helpful. Even though I was supposed to pick up the package the week before she never complained about it and look everywhere to find it. She could not find the package and looked in the computer trying to find more information, but nothing. After probably twenty minutes she gave up and gave me an apology. She didnt have to because I saw she did everything she could. It ended up being the senders fault and O had to send a message to the senders letting him know that he send my package to the wrong address. They had to send me another item because the one that it was supposed to be sent to my address and got lost were picked up by a different person. This person signed under my name and kept the item! Just crazy! At the end I received my item, FedEx shipped the package and this time I was home lol. Thanks to the working staff at FedEx Ship Center for being very helpful and nice to me, thank you to the lady that helped me resolve my problem.

This locations customer service and delivery is honestly trash. I have had two experiences with them. A few months ago we had a package that needed to be delivered. Several days in a row they said attempted delivery but noone there to sign even though we were home all day and noone attempted to knock or ring the door bell. After several days of this, the package was finally delivered but again no knocking, no signatrue obtained, just left on our doorstep.Currently I have a package with a wrong address on it. They called me, listing off the toll free number and my tracking number off so quickly I had to replay the voicemail three times and they still got the tracking number incorrect. A voicemail that was delivered today was very aggressive in saying that there was a completely different problem as to why it had not been delivered, and again super quickly reading off the tracking number, but this time the correct one.The person on the other end of the toll free number was super helpful and awesome once I got the correct tracking number. I just hope that my package will actually be delivered when I ask for it..... if its no it will be the fault of this branch, not FedEx as a whole.

I had not used FedEx in a long time. Upon entering the store the employees made you feel very welcome. Took time to answer all questions. And walked you through their procedures. Thank you for a great experience.

Not much to write home about here. Standard shipping office. Office can be a bit hard to spot from the road and parking is limited. Staff is helpful but depending on how busy they are there can be a bit of a wait as there is usually only one staff person providing customer service.

Clerk is very knowledgeable and nice. Will help with sending your packages or envelopes. Small parking area but Ive never had to wait for a parking spot.

I had something shipped to me, but the shipper put my Po box and express doesnt deliver to Po boxes. I called center in Springdale and Barbra did an outstanding job taking care of it. Great customer service.

I hate if someone uses fed ex, they say a package is delivered to my home and it is either delivered to a neighbor, the post office or if I’m lucky I can stop the guy as he is headed the wrong direction. They never ask for verification of whose house they are throwing the package at, they don’t understand express / priority mail, they all around suck!!!

They dont always deliver to the proper address. My neighbor was honest or I wouldnt have received my package. When its clearly addressed, there is no excuse!!

They refused to package equipment I needed to ship. Nothing special about equipment, just a few electronics, router and a few WiFi devices. FedEx is supposed to offer packing service, at least thats what tech told me when I called 800 number.

I scheduled a pick up from this location because it required a signature. The lady who helped me basically had no reason as to why it was not held for me and told me to just go track it myself. Then also told me they return it after 5 days which I was completely unaware of. Not the best customer service experience Ive ever had.

The majority of the people I have to deal with a rude cant seem to give me an answer. The last time the were delivering I had ordered a vary expensive part it was shipped with them I called and asked them to hold it because their driver had left the last two packages at the end of our drive way behind a rock. Needless to say I went to pick up my package they said it was on the truck on the way to my house even though I asked them to hold it. Then they said they couldnt get ahold of the driver not that he wouldnt answer a phone but there was no possible way to get ahold of him. Today I received half of my order no big deal honestly but I called they said they had it and that it would be here for sure today by 4:30 but it did t arrive I called again they said it was still in Memphis I got transferred to someone else and they said no it left mephis yesterday and could still possibly be delivered today. So Im sorry I absolutely refuse to use this company unless they r the only way to get a package and even then Id rather drive to go get it.

Haven’t received my package that said it was delivered 6 days ago. I have also called multiple times to place a claim and every time I do they say they will call back before end of the day and never do. One person said they dropped my package off at the end of my drive way, the other person said they delivered to the wrong address. I don’t care where you delivered to either get me my package or my money that I spent on the stuff I ordered
