I was absolutely stressed about having to buy a new car, Lilly worked some serious magic for me! She got me in an SUV just like I needed and at such a good price! All for Zero down. Some guy hit me about a month and a half ago and I literally had nothing to start with again. LUCKY I CANT GIVE A NO STAR REVIEW!!! LITTERLY RUINED MY LIFE FOR A PARKING SPOT!!!! Worst experience of my life. Brought my 98 Acura CL there to be serviced due to three recalls from the original vehicle including ignition the interlock and the airbags. Originally brought it to be serviced due to failure to start. After attempting to fix myself going through the basics battery plugs wires starter. And coming to the conclusion it had to be something more I looked online found out it had an ignition recall so I called. And found out that none of the recalls have been replaced on my VIN number. So I brought it to Acura Springfield. They never notified me that the work had been completed. Only called and told me to move my vehicle or it would be towed when I made it up there to check the vehicle not only was the battery dead but the car still failed to start. I came back the following Monday to find out my vehicle has been towed and impounded. Now after trying to contact the dealership on multiplications Ive lost my vehicle for failure to pay the lot fees and towing bill caused by a company that never even fixed my vehicle great job Acura!
We purchased an amazing Mustang GT at Frank Leta Acura. I can honestly say it was the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership. Chip, Jesse, and Adam were great! Broke down at midnight in I44 heading tonChicago. Got to the dealership at 8am and they worked me right in. They were able to diagnose my transmission issues and fixed my car. While waiting they gave me a ride to a local restaurant so I could have breakfast and had the car not only ready, but washed when I got back. I was able to be on the road and wasn’t to late for my meetings in Chicago! Super friendly staff!

Was rushed into buying a vehicle that we test drove and said we wasn’t in love with but apparently that particular vehicle was the only thing that would work for us. I don’t believe that because it was the first and only vehicle showed to us. A few days later we realize we hate this vehicle and contact the dealer in Springfield they say come up and we will try and work something out and get you into something that suits you. Once we got there we were completely ignored for the better part of an hour and was told by the guy that was there who is extremely rude and unprofessional by the way bye bye you own it. So we contacted the St Louis office to see what our options were and no one seems to care. So the car is currently sitting unregistered until the bank comes to repossess it.I will absolutely ruin my already not so good credit just to never have to deal with this company again.

Got a certified used 2020 here, they took care of almost everything. Paperwork and contract did take about 9 days, and had to return car for 2 separate warrantied issues that should have been caught. BUT the price and sales staff were on point. Nice location too, midtown south. Would use again, for a new SUV.

Jean Luc and Adam were both very professional. Jean Luc actually went over the vehicle with me. He didnt hand me the keys and wish me luck as others have. He was upfront that he didnt know everything about the vehicle I purchased, but was very willing to look up and figure out any questions I had. Even at the the end he offered to come out and set up my phone to the car. I know that isnt really a hard process, but the fact that he offered spoke volumes about how much he cares for his customers. Keep up the good work!

So will start off with Rick was great. Chill laid back and upfront. The bad is the credit amnesty is the same old lame dealer speak. I know my credit is not great and wouldnt have even bothered with the 45 minute drive and hour at the dealership if they had been straight forward about the program. The sales people were all friendly though and like I said Rick was pretty cool.
I got a car from this place based on the dime down its a lie, and we explained we just wanted to see what they had. They was very pushy could hardly look at the details of the vehicle, the sales person was super pushy and rude. Next thing you know after sitting there for 6 hours still had to come back the next day for another few hours.. we are signing paperwork for a car we end up not wanting or liking at all. Tired to work around it they said they will will us and call us back never did. Sales manager said he would look around to help never did. I dont recommend at all!! I wont be back for any reason at all!
Chip Kidd got us exactly what we needed. He had no thoughts of buying an RDX, but after taking some time to understand what we needed, he found the right car and we bought our 1st Acura. We have a Lexus and considered another, but found the Acura to be a better fit. If you need another ride, ask for Chip.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Ken, Rick, and Chris in finance. Each one to them did an outstanding job in making our car purchase a truly enjoyable experience.Ken was more than helpful and willing to make sure we got the car we wanted, and took care of all the paperwork and leg work so that when we arrived from Little Rock, AR, all we had to di was just the formalities. When he found out we were driving 200 miles to get the car, he was sure to take care of everything up front.Due to us picking the car up yesterday, and since Ken was off, he made sure we were going to be taken care of, and Rick definitely fulfilled that promise. From the time we arrived, Rick met us at the door and treated us like we were actually people, and not just trying to rush us in and out. He took the time to talk to us and get to know us in the short time we were there. He made sure to ask lots of questions so that he could make sure we left with totally understandability of how the car worked. He was very detailed oriented and that is a huge plus in our book, and made the trip all the more worth while.We wrapped up our day with Chris in finance. This is usually the part of the car buying experience that I and my wife cringe over. In the past, it has always felt like a high pressure sales job. Chris on the other hand, made this the best finance experience I have ever had. He went over all the traditional items and his upfront persona was like no other finance manager we have ever had. He was a joy to talk to and that will help you keep a lot of people coming back.To sum everything up, we couldnt be happier with our purchase from Acura of Springfield. Everyone always says its the people that make the business, and I will 100% back that up. If the rest of your staff is as outstanding as these three gentlemen, there must be a lot of happy customers. Kudos to Ken, Rick, and Chris for a outstanding job. They deserve a lot of praise.

Oh how I wish I could leave a no star review for this place. Today I went in with hopes of taking part in the 10 cent down program. After 3 hours of bad customer service we finally left without a vehicle. Pushy sales people who after you dont qualify for this program then could care less if they wanted us to be their customer or not! I would never recommend this place for a car, new or used!I went down the road to Reliable Chevy and walked out with a beautiful car that I can call my own!!! Reliable Chevy is the way to go!
Nice place not a super selection on cars. We went there specifically to buy a used car we were looking into, It took awhile to get a response when using the web method of contact, literally 3 days went by before we heard back. Now we did end up buying the vehicle we were interested in. The process was pretty quick (we pre-qualified through our Credit Union).Just could have appreciated a call back sooner once interest was made.
We were in a difficult spot when we went looking for a car. Our current car was during and we weren’t sure if we were in a spot to get something new(used). We were greeted quickly by Tanner who walked us through the process and was really good at putting us at ease. The staff was friendly in a way that wasn’t hounding or aggressive. I wanted a simple yes or no answer on if this dealership will do a deal without binding arbitration. I called and left 10 messages with Ken and he returned none of my messages so Cassandra scheduled me an appointment with the dealerships GM. I received an email and phone call that the GM does not handle contract inquiries and I had to speak to Ken.I finally found Chip who answered my question. Acura of Springfield will not do business with an consumer without binding arbitration, because a jury is more likely to side with the consumer than an arbitrator. If Acura of Springfield is concerned about going to court to settle a disagreement, then it makes me suspicious about the quality of their inventory.The previous owner of Acura of Springfield were terrible, but, they did return my phone calls. Having called 10 times with no call back, inexcusable.
Tanner done an amazing job of helping me get into a reliable car. Tanner was not pushy and very understanding of my situation and worked hard for me. It was easy even with my two year old with me.
Completely unprofessional. The dime down offer is a scheme. The credit amnesty is a ploy to get you in their doors and then they hit you with the classic used car salesman pitch. They tried to get us in a Cadillac SUV that had been in a major accident, then almost put us in an MDX with oil and transmission leaks, and gave us the ring around on everything else. I would recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere. They will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear but it will be a waste of time and money. Tanner Stephens is a puppet, Leon doesnt know how to look you in the eye, and Ken has no idea about cars. You never get a straight answer out of anyone. We will take our money and business elsewhere.
I have to say, I was skeptical on getting a car from a dealership. However being in desperate need after just flipping my mini cooper the night before, I went in without high hopes.... my credit isnt the best and I though it was a for sure no on the car. I wound up walking away with a 2016 Cruze, affordable payments, and a sence of hope that things will be ok. The sales and finance team did everything in their power to make this happen for me and for that I am so grateful. Thank you so much.
My Step son purchased a used vehicle from these folks. Even though he paid cash it took more than 2 hours to complete the process. Then he got the vehicle and it hasnt even been detailed....no apology, no bring it back Monday and Well take care of it, nothing. I get that it was only a $12000 vehicle, but seeing the look on his face, tells me he wont be back when its time to trade. Neither will I, my wife, our other children, etc....and Ill be happy to let everyone know going forward. Ive never seen someone treated this way at any dealership.

Car shopping is NOT my favorite thing to do. I’ve had some bad experiences and hate the “game playing” of negotiating prices and the lengthy paperwork process. Tanner was amazing in making sure I didn’t have to deal with either. During a really busy week I stopped in to look after narrowing down a couple cars I wanted at a few dealerships. I let him know right off how much time I had. He was very thorough and knowledgeable with the car I was inquiring. His follow up was great and never felt suffocated at any point. He went above and beyond meeting needs and my time crunch. Be sure to ask for Tanner if you purchase from Acura!!!

At first when you hear one dime down it sounds inticing until they say $350 a week..and when you add that up its $1,400 a month or $1,750 depending on the month..not many people in the Ozarks can afford that and paying that much money for a pos Acura..bottom line with these ads are they are misleading to the consumer and if I could give your commercials and this review a zero I would !

This was my second car buying experience. The first one was down right bad and I went into Acura of Springfield with very low expectations. The wife and I have mild credit and didnt expect to be approved for anything or even have time spent on us after the initial walk through with a sales person, as we have at several other dealerships in town. Brooke Harvill met with us that day and walked us through some great vehicle options and had pretty good knowledge of what she was showing us. There was no pressure to try and sell us, but she did try hard to get us approved and taken care of and get us in a car we would like. I was surprised when Brooke told us that there were some option we could look at as her financing department approved us for. So $500 down my wife and I walked away with a very nice car, with warranty and the price range we were looking for. Needless to say I spent the whole day being negative and saying no way they would accept us, but in the end Brooke and Tara Getman and their team got us approved and driving off the lot that day. I will recommend everyone to show up to this lot even if you think you cant. Worse thing they cant accept you at that time, but they will try very hard to get you into something affordable and nice.

Fantastic service on sales and for servicing the vehicle afterwards. Their staff is not only helpful but go out of their way to make you feel like part of the process instead of just another customer. The service department is top notch. Knowledgeable and fast. The waiting area while your vehicle is serviced is accommodating and pleasant. They even have a staffed concession area for snacks and coffee. The dealers here did all they could and more to get me in a vehicle not once but twice and at a good finance rate. Couldnt recommend more.

We were extremely disappointed with the service department at Acura of Springfield. We took my wifes MDX in for an oil change. Our appointment was at 10:00. As we waited, the service tech came to the waiting room and told us the tires were at a point they needed to be replaced. We agreed and asked how long it would take. We were told about 30 minutes. Because of the short turnaround we decided to let Acura of Springfield sell us new tires and replace our old ones. We were given a loaner and told they would call us when it was ready. We left at about 10:45. At 1:45 we called to find out what the problem was. We were told they were behind and were short of help. Why is it there was plenty of help when we had the vehicle serviced, were told we needed new tires, but after they had us on the hook for around $1,200 they suddenly dont have enough help. No one ever bothered to call and let us know why we were waiting over 3 hours for new tires. We finally got our vehicle back at 2:30. Someone needs to look into the practices of the service department at Acura of Springfield.
Bought my RDX here five years ago. My car has been in different Acura dealer/service in other states and Springfield, MO has the best service I have had. The showroom as well as the costumer waiting area is clean and organized not to mention they provide Starbucks and panini!

We came in for a 3:30 appointment to test drive the 2014 tdi Passat after test driving other Passats all day and much prior research.Chip was warm, engaging and professional. We had our little ones with us and he was impressive with them.Due to company recently being bought and no longer under Jay Wolf management, things like tags and GM signatures were a little hard to come by after 5:20 p.m. necessitating our return after the weekend. On Monday we were informed the computer lost our deal, and had to be rebuilt. So we waited on tags and more paperwork for 1 hour 20 minutes.This actually worked out for us as the Passat had a bad heater core and needed replacement as we learned on our first drive after paperwork was completed.We are grateful to Tim, the service technician, who listened to us describe the heating issue, recommended it be looked at, and I believe gave up his lunch break to do so. 5/5Chip worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond. For only being part of the Acura team some 22 months, he has a wealth of customer service experience to dip into that other salesmen cannot match. 5/5Adam in financials assisted us in finishing our paperwork and was the most trying individual to work with. We paid in full, by check. He did not give directions to his office to meet him.Adam had a hard time even pulling out a chair for me. I was holding a little one and paraphernalia. I had to request he do so after he began sliding paperwork across his desk, requesting signatures and never making eye contact with me whilst knowing I was still standing, unable to pull out a chair for myself. In addition he was critical of my efforts to ensure my spouses information was included and correct. 2/5We stated our price point and Acura met it. Chip and Tim were exceptional. Heater core was fixed properly without a charge to us. We left after 5 hours on Monday without our vehicle but Acura fixed it and Chip personally delivered it to our home Tuesday evening. A 45 minute drive. We highly recommend Acura of Springfield overall, whether car shopping new or used. 5/5

I love how prompt and complete Acura of Springfield is with tending to customers. A notification popped up on my driver display screen yesterday that the battery in my key fob was low. I called the dealership to find out what kind of battery I needed to replace the low one. The amazing lady that answered the phone told me that if I brought my key fob in before 5, they would replace it. FOR FREE! I was so excited. I was able to make it in around 440. With it being 20 minutes until closing time, they still made time for me. I appreciate that service so much!
Had a battery issue recently and had to visit them on a Saturday. They completely replaced the battery and took less than 30 min. I appreciate how quickly they were able to resolve my issue. Easily the best service I have ever received at any dealership.

They will force you to wear a mask to sit in their lobby; or tell you to wait for two hours outside during a mere oil change. I guess they don’t keep up on real data and just believe fake news, then pressure customers into unhealthy habits like weird silly surgical masks. The box says it doesn’t protect against viruses but they will tel you to wear one.

Yes, its dealer pricing but the caliber of service is well worth the extra cost.

Excellent customer service!! Ty is great and goes above and beyond. I live in Jefferson City and they gave me a loaner while working on my car. They brought my car back to me when they were done. I had my car in KC twice for the same problem and they couldnt find the problem but Springfield in 1 visit did!!! I will always do business here!!!

Made derive appointment. Got there and the parts werent in stock. Granted wasnt an Acura product, but when I called they said no problem. Changed price on me when I arrived.
We had such a great experience at this dealership (Acura of Springfield). Wade met us at the door and immediately asked what we were looking for in a vehicle, even though I told him what I was there to look at. I really appreciated that because I didnt know what all Acura had to offer, or if what I thought I wanted would even meet my needs. They had one of each model inside the showroom, so we were able to spend the amount of time we needed checking out the vehicle and learning about it without getting cold or wet outside. After he gathered information about what we were wanting, he went and pulled it up to the door for us to test drive. We never walked through the lot, never tried to pick something out from their inventory. He just went and got it for us. It was SO EASY and fun! Wade accompanied us for the test drive, and taught us about the vehicles features as we drove along. BJ in finance was great to work with, too. Highly recommend! They made the potentially stressful experience of purchasing a new vehicle so simple and enjoyable.:-) I laughed on the way home because this experience was so extremely different from any other that I just couldnt believe it.Megan and Ryan
Very well run! Showed up a half hour early and it wasnt a problem. We were directed to the lounge and treated to complimentary Starbucks coffee and fresh cookies. We expected to have an hour and a half wait and even with showing up early, they got right on it. We were also informed of another recall on our car and they did that work too. They completed all of the work in an hour and fifteen minutes and even sent us on our way with a new battery in our key fob. They also offered to wash and vacuum the car, but it was raining and it would have just been dirtied on the drive home so we declined. Will definitely use them again. Very pleasant experience.
Called to get a quote on a part with labor. I was transferred three times before I got JUST the part cost ($90 for a door actuator?!), then I was toldI’d have to be transferred AGAIN for the service quote. Transferred to a voicemail during work hours (Called at 3:30 pm on a Friday). Hung up. Bought the part for under $50, had another shop replace it for $95. They were able to quote me over the phone for the labor in under 20 minutes, and I found the part myself for $40 less, OEM. Never trying this place again.
AVOID AND GO TO TO ANOTHER ACURA DEALER.They employee under experienced sales reps. Their sales management team is shady and lacks customer service. Their prices never align with N.A.D.A values. If you like awful experiences in car buying go here otherwise just visit a different Acura dealer.
I am not a fan of going through the process of buying a car. I know what I like and dont like to play games... If you are like me, Jay Wolfe Acura in Springfield MO is for you!My husband and I visited the lot on a Friday night and knew with certainty the car we wanted. Jesse, our salesman, was curious and informative, but didnt pressure us into making a decision on the spot. They allowed us to take home the car for the evening and promised when we arrived back the next morning they would have numbers for us on the new vehicle as well as our trade in.We arrived back the next day and, as promised, they provided us details on how much we could get for our trade in and the price they could do on the new car. We negotiated back and forth for a bit - not my favorite part, but they made it tolerable - until we agreed on the terms. As a business owner (and female) I resent any salesperson that talks down to me - and Jesse and sales manager Lucas did everything RIGHT! They were awesome to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Springfield MO area! Great work Jesse and Lucas - keep it up! You set yourselves apart from the others for sure!
Jesse is a true professional. We were made very welcome from several staff members. Our purchase was small but we were treated like we bought the model off the showroom floor. This dealership understands the importance of repeat business & referrals. They offered us water, Starbucks & even paninis...Never had a dealership do that.True Class!! Its been a long time since an automobile dealership has treated me as well as Acura of Springfield has. And my experience during my recent visit isnt an isolated one. EVERY time Ive been there, for no matter what, Im treated like I purchased the most expensive car on the lot. Very pleasant experience. I was greeted immediately to get my car into the service area. It was clear what was going to be done. I went to the customer lounge, with some complimentary coffee and waited in a pleasant area while my car was being serviced. My car was ready to go in about 1 hour.
Very prompt and courteous service from Laura. Reasonable cost for full synthetic oil change. My brake rotors were wearing unevenly, but she assured me that the resurfacing would be at not cost to me (thank you Acura warranty). It was a 2.5hr repair, and they still offered me a loaner. Could not have been more pleased!
