So they made me a great deal on the next one up, that was In. Stock! Beautiful storm doorThank Home Depot for your. Compassion! So I wouldnt have to make another long trip!!A replacement storm door. Even with amatuer skill, even tho it was 70 lbs door I did bearly managed to get the 1st screw in, but it was challenge! It fit perfectly. Even all holesI had to drill, were perfect. We placed an order on line, and it was ready to go! Very Very Fast service. And the order was correct.

Clean well lit store. Helpful staff without being pushy. Even had a door greeter which was super sweet and a nice change from other chain hardware shops.

A large portion of my purchases here are online pickup for work and Everytime the employees here are eager to help and always make sure I have everything I came for. It can be busy at times but theyre always willing to take the extra steps to help if needed.

Got oil lamps for $1.30 . And their christmas display looks great

I love that home Depot has not only a lot of products but they also ship directly to you. And if its going to be late theyll send you an email letting you know the new date that youll be receiving your item. Prices are fairly reasonable too.

Shopping in the garden center very nice selection you can definitely tell they take care of the flowers the staff was very nice I have no complaints

We went today to order a washer and dryer set. We got an excellent deal and Crystal went above and beyond and made sure we got all the promotions and incentives offered this holiday weekend. She was really friendly and patient with my somewhat unruly 3 year old. Thank you so much Crystal for your patience and for explaining everything so thoroughly! All the staff we spoke to and worked with were exceptionally friendly!

Home Depot is always been my go-to place recently went to Mountain Home and couldnt find anybody to wait on me there which I understand the need for help in the retail world is unbelievable. Was in Springfield the other day and needed paint waited 15 minutes to be waited on and then was told with a pointed finger its down that aisle theres one can down there thats what you need she couldnt walk down there and grab it for me and show me and I had no idea what I was looking for I left went to my small Hometown lumber yard and I guess thats what were going to have to start doing

Staff was friendly. Especially the young man that helped load our gravel and stones. Love how they have they checkout in the garden area at the gate. Clean. Also have a better selection of potted plants than a lot of places right now. Only thing I could say is that the plant could be a bit better kept, but still was better than most places too.

Customer care at paint section is very energetic and prompt.

The employees in the lawn and garden area were very helpful in helping me find the bags of decorative stones I was looking for. They loaded them on a cart and took them all the way to the parking lot and loaded them on my truck. A big help thank you!

Good selection of hardware for your construction projects at a reasonable price. The staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. Whether you are looking for a new lawnmower, needing wood for a building project or just looking for some low priced LED lights this is the place to go!

There are rarely people to help you in each department, but they have a good selection of materials when we are in need of an item for a project. You just have to walk around and get a worker to call someone from that department to come help you find the item.

While the items are generally fine, the online order, store pickup is beyond awful. The absolute worst.When they say your order is ready to pick up, they havent pulled the items. Or when they say they hold items in the locker for more than 7 days, they really mean theyre gonna send it back after 5 days, neglect to put in the note they swore to that it would be picked up on the 7th day, and not even bother providing a notice that they have done so.

We always go late and last minute it seems, but the closing crew are all really cool and dont bug you like your going to steal stuff. my man is an electrician and often gets servicecalls at odd hours and were are so grateful for them being open so late and i highly recommend getting in the pro program if you have a business like ours . management of items is awesome and makes exchanges a breeze and our customers appreciate the extra reciepts documentation and so do we . plus home depot wil beat competitors prices by 10% most tomes with the program. *☆☆☆☆☆

I shop online and have stuff delivered through Roadie. I feel so sorry for your drivers. They are all always late because your customer service desk that takes care of internet sales. Every driver tells me the same thing. That the customer service lady that takes care of it hates it and makes them wait forever on purpose. She won’t even start the orders until the drivers get there and make them wait for an hr. And the whole time saying how much they hate online ordering and orders that come in after hrs your just going to have to wait a while. What? I use this in Kansas City, And St Louis and it’s nothing like this. I order driver shows up it’s ready it comes to me. Not I order and it may or may not show up the next day because your sales assistants that are doing online sales hates online sales. Makes a lot of since don’t it. I feel sorry for Home Depot. Spending millions and millions on this delivery service to have employees trying to take it down just isn’t right.

Didnt match price from Best Buy? after they said they would on a call before arrival. Salesperson great. Manager not so much. No empathy. Not friendly. Took $100 off only after i was told no match and had to chase him down. Disappointed.

This Home Depot is better than average, in my experience. Location is great, off of Glenstone and James River Freeway. The store is always well stocked. I have been here many times after working on my house, and the staff has always been helpful. The selection is good, pricing is on par with other competitors.I enjoy their selection of house plants. They have a nice lighting section with a variety of styles. Parking is plentiful. Checkout lines are rarely long. Great paint selection.

I went for a walk inside Home Depot. The people who work there are so friendly and helpful. I went thinking about how to spend my husbands Christmas gift cards. I may wind up with a new doorbell and a refrigerator. I have 3 options on the fridges... I have to check measurements and for wiring before I make a decision. Really nice experience.

Very nice store for home improvement, Halloween decorations, Christmas decorations, & more. Easy to get in & out of large parking lot. I went in the store to get a specific item & one of their employees directed me right to it. Talked to 3 employees while I was their, and they all were polite, helpful, & made my visit to their store rather enjoyable & a whole lot easier. Very pleasant experience!!

A young lady named Haley helped us and she was so sweet and helpful. We need more ppl like her there. Instead of making us feeling like we are bothering them.

After calling and asking for someone to be paged we waited 30 minutes for assistance for lumber to be cut. The last associate I ask to help me get someone - said ‘ i guess’ when I ask if he could call or page someone. We waited a bit longer and left. I only saw 3 associates at the front of the store and none in the back the whole time we were there. So We went to Lowe’s for our purchase

Not enough customers wearing masks. Picked up flower bulbs. Was happy to plant my bulbs for next spring.

Customer service has went down hill in the biggest way and now we have to deal with self check. Im very disappointed. Im not sure even about a three stare.

Found two beautiful Yellow Pockers for only $10. Nice selection of plants. Only problem with the garden center is finding anyone who can answer a question about the plants. Just have to goggle it and find out all you need to know

This is the only place I go for tools or any household repair items. Its good quality that other places dont have. Its a tad bit more expensive than other places but it worth it.

Employees would rather you buy from online than to help ya find products in stock @ the store itself....but if ya search long an hard enough...... you might find it. Prices arent bad except for wood. Thats ridiculously pricey

Friendly staff and a lot of cool stuff to look at and drool over.

Previously it was difficult to find someone to help you. This time there was a person at the front door who told us which aisle the product we were looking for was in. When we got there, a person climbed up a big ladder and got the item down. Things have changed, it was a much better shopping experience.

I got a couple pieces of dryer vent duct, had to attempt to ring my own items up self checkout I dont remember home Depot training me as a cashier but Im looking forward to a paycheck, since I have to work there to purchase their items. But the pieces I had didnt have the stickers on them, so after several attempts to get their attention, the 2 cashiers that were just standing there by the old register finally came to help as they fumble through the item lookup trying to find out which category it would be in, and one of them has NO IDEA what a dryer vent is, literally looked at me like I didnt know what I was talking about when I told her what I was looking for. After several minutes I went all the way to the back of the store and got brought the whole case that the lot had come in and return to the register to find it these 2 STILL thumbing through the item look up like its their insta-snap feed. Barely noticed me find a different machine and ring it up myself.

Staff is helpful, some are not wearing mask but most are. I felt comfortable not wearing a mask outdoors. I visited the garden center and the plumbing isle. I found everything I need for the gardens new water system.

I have called 3 times. was told each time that the rest of order had shipped. STILL DO NOT HAVE FULL ORDER. Last call - was told someone would call me in 24-48 hours . It has now been 6 days. NO CALL. Case #24772328. You billed my credit card. Sent Bill. And still do NOT have full order. POOR CUSTOMMER SERVICE. Just received Lip Service.

The staff here is super friendly and most of them are helpful. They have never run out of stock on anything weve needed either. They do need more people to help load big items. People should not have to wait over an hour.

I went there for top soil and some blocks. No one was in the garden center to help load the soil. I did it myself and pulled my back. I did get help to load the soil bags into my car. I like Lowes better. There you pay for the soil and then drive around to have the bags loaded into your car. It is much easier.

We ordered a range while there at the store and picked it up a month later. We opened the box inside a box and our item was incorrect. Upon further inspection there was so much damage it was not worth the 558 dollars I spent. The associates made it right and refunded the money and understood entirely why I was upset. Overall great experience.

Went here to get a new washing machine. The store manager helped us out we left very happy. Delivery was great also. The young lady that first helped us needs help interacting with people that know what they want . Only reason they didnt get a five star...

I some hydrangea plants through the mail which were half dead and went in to return them and there was no line and the return took maybe 2 minutes. I asked if they had any in the store and the garden manager came up to the desk and showed me what they had in the garden center which I really appreciated. He didnt rush me and he showed me a good variety of hydrangeas but not the ones I wanted.

The customer service was shotty at best. No one asked to help us. It took us tracking down 4 different people to assist with a bad habit of leaving and never returning the most helpful was a young kid named Nick who had only been working there for 2 weeks. When it was time to check out with our $1,000 order. It took was 3 more times and staring to get loud before anyone would help us load our pallet of tiles. Very disappointed with the whole experience except for Nick he was great.

Very poor customer service. Had to go in for a return and there were 4 or 5 people working back in the customer service area. Only one of them was actually doing the job of taking returns and handling service issues. Took forever for 5 people to work their way through the line. Lady had a bad attitude. I use to love Home Depot because of their founder but their politics have taken a turn toward the radical leftist now.

Service at the store was excellent. Item was delivered but had to be returned because it did not work. Took several phone calls to set up replacement delivery.

My husband and I met with Serena in kitchen appliances. She was great. She provided us with helpful information and was very patience with us while we made decisions on purchasing kitchen appliances for our new home. One great lady! Home Depot should be proud of this employee.

Love home depot always my go to store. I used to be a Lowes store girl all the way in my previous area but after moving home depot is so much better. Wonderful staff, helpful loaders, and great customer service! The main managers will usually go above and beyond to help you resolve any issue or help you find exactly the right deal for you. I know for a fact the springfield store managers are amazing!! I didnt need one in mountain home but I bet they are just as good. All locations are clean with well stocked supplies of all kinds for any DIY project you have in mind. Thank you home depot for making every trip no matter where I go a great shopping experience!

Very rude and unprofessional employees. Texting on their phones and hand picking customers out of the pickup line rather first come first serve. Wasnt thrilled about being discriminated against just due to my hair color.

Called several times to try and get connected with someone to simply ask about a countertop. automated system is as stupid and useless as the employees answering the phone. Was told one moment each time then hung up on. needless to say Ill be shopping elsewhere for my countertop needs.

I have been very loyal to Home Depot (spending $40k+ on at least 60+ visits over 3 years) but the customer service over the past 3 weeks has become absolutely intolerable and a major source of stress and frustration. Expect at least 5-10 minute hold times before being answered and then expect being transferred and HUNG UP ON nearly every time. I have a few very important projects (countertops and cabinets) that have deadlines approaching and calling on the phone has been an absolute waste of time Ive spent easily more than an hour on hold over the past week and then when you finally do speak to someone they have no clue know whats going on - no one seems to take ownership. Multiple times Ive left messages and was told someone would call me back which has not happened yet within 5-7 days. I am now being forced to travel across town to get to the bottom of this in person, which is not how I should be spending my time. Absolutely terrible service of this level will make me think hard before I ever buy an order from Home Depot again! Ill go to Menards or Lowes!

The isles are always messy and narrow. The staff is really nice, but look very overwhelmed.

I was so grateful for the help I received at the home Depot in Springfield today. My fiance wasnt able to come Christmas tree shopping with me even though he really wanted to because he wasnt feeling well today. He didnt want me to buy the Christmas tree without using his veterans discount since its a pretty big purchase. I felt disappointed that they couldnt make an exception to let me show them a picture of his ID so I could use the discount and take the tree home to him. But the manager of the store ran after me when I was leaving and told me they would make a special exception so I could bring home his favorite Christmas tree right then and there instead of having to come back later after he felt better. I wouldnt have been mad if they hadnt done that, I totally understand the rule that the veteran needs to be present to use the discount. it really meant a lot to me that they would make an exception though. it was really meaningful to be able to take the tree home to him and it really brightened his day!

I got the things I needed to hopefully become a successful plant mom.

Thus is my go to for all that is diy / home improvement. I usually go in the mornings, and most of the time its the same lady working the register at the contractor side. She is so awesome! If I see that shes working the register, I make it a point to go to her, rather than the other registers or self-checkout.

I ordered a rug, it shows delivered but we didnt receive it. I tried to reach out to Home Depot for help. They told me to contact my bank. My bank said Home Depot could refund my money or issue a refund. Home Depot has refused to do either. I will never shop with them again!

Prices are higher than Lowes and Menards.Idont like self checkout.
