A driver for this company nearly ran me into a semi-truck on I44

My first communication with Southwest Audio Visual was great. We had several emails back and forth deciding what products with fit best for our setup. We finally ordered the products and they arrived a week later as promised. When I went to pick up the products one of the devices was not what I expected. When I brought up that the product was not as expected the gentleman became very defensive. Telling me it was my fault and he could go pull up the emails to prove it. The employee was extremely loud and disrespectful. He then said he would send the product back and get the one we wanted.When the second shipment came in with the corrected product I received an invoice for the product for shipping and a restocking fee. There was not mention of it costing more money when he was raising his voice to me and blaming me at the front counter. We paid the full amount for both shipments and asked for the owners email so we could let him know what transpired. We were never given his email address but our information was taken and given to the owner so he could get in touch with us. After two weeks of waiting the owner still had not called us back. Im beginning to think since we are not a large client that the owner doesnt care. Even if it was our fault the employee should have never raised his voice and been that disrespectful.Southwest Audio & Visual has the products you need but if your not a major client then I would be cautious to work with them.

These guys are great. If youre looking for a legit Control 4 dealer, look no further. Thomas was great. He was on time, on budget, and was very clean. Thank you, sir!

Never actually used them but their drivers are horrible. I was driving to work and they were weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off. That’s a good way to get people hurt.
