I have a G70 with complementary valet service. I scheduled service through Genesis of Springfield a week out. Time of pickup time comes, and goes. Two hours later I call in trying to get to the service manager provided on the confirmation page. I get bounced around internally a few times before I get a voice mailbox. An hour later I get a call from someone else explaining that they dont have my information. Theyd be happy to schedule again, only itll be two weeks later because they dont have enough vehicles. Taking my business elsewhere.

Salesman Bishnu has a real attitude problem its really sad. He basically had a temper tantrum, because he wasnt getting his way with my husband and I. Customers have the right to want the best deal possible. He wanted to give us $8000.00 for a 2010 Acura TL with 72,300 miles on it. His sales manager wrote numbers on a piece of paper. He balled up the piece of paper and threw it on the ground. 2018 genesis 5.0 sale gone down the drain, GREAT WORK BISHNU!!
