Brian at Gietl Bros fixed another shop’s inadequate repair when I was traveling in town on vacation. Really appreciate the hoops the shop went they to get me back on the road safely.

Gietl Brothers made every aspect of my repair easy for me. I thought working with a repair shop in Springfield was going to be a daunting task; until I spoke with Brian Maloy. I didnt have time to repair the peeling paint on the hood and roof of my 2013 vehicle, before my road trip from Texas to Illinois. Im forever thankful for the excellent workmanship, great price, and quickness of the repair, within the limited time I had available.

Will never take my car here again the hood was not right after waiting over a week for my car had to call them back and tell them about it he said o yeah forgot to tell u about that when u pick your car up then had to wait other 2 weeks for the hood to be done after they already got paid for it. The lady behind the desk is very rude. This place is not a good place to bring your car if u want it done right take it to Kim auto body. Dont let your car insunce company talk you in to going here run away fast u will be ripped off and car will not be done right.

Brian is very personable and am happy with the work! Car looks good as new and reasonable prices compared to other places in town!

The work was done very well and on time.

Not a good place to work for . After 16 years of service I complained about not getting paid for work in a reasonable time, State Law is two weeks . I waited as long as 18 months to get paid for work . After filing a grievance about the issue I was told by Brian Maloy that he just didnt have time to pay me in a reasonable amount of time . Three weeks later I was fired after I asked that we do a job according to the estimate, rather then commit insurance fraud as I was told to do .
