Got into an accident and this guy showed up on a 4th of July Sunday exceptionally fast to tow the other vehicle. My sister and I are single mothers with 4 children in the hot vehicle and didnt have money for a tow or any tools to bend our bumper back out of the way to be able to drive out of the accident. Thank God everyone was okay and all the kids and the van was able to drive. He went out of his way today and he helped us so much by bumping the bumper back into place and out of the way of the tire so that we could get the kids out of the heat and out of the road so that we werent stuck. I really dont know what we could have or would have done if he didnt help by the kindness of his big heart. This guy is an angel and helped us so much today and he didnt have have to, he was flexible and considerate and understanding, kind, knowledgeable, and beyond one of a kind. Not only does he know what hes doing very well, he evaluated the situation and thought of the children and it was a miracle. For sure we will only ever recommend and call him for help in the future.Highly recommend

My motorcycle wouldnt start one morning on a trip and these kind folk did a great job bringing it right home to me! They even have a clever wheel dolly that helps them load and unload it easily and safely.

Chuck at O&E went above and beyond for me. I hired him last night to tow my vehicle from a shop that I did not want to work on my car any longer, and when he arrived, my car was blocked in. He was very understanding and agreed to meet there in the morning when the shop is open so we can get the blocking car moved. He arrived promptly, and dealt with the misogynistic shop owner for me, after they refused to unblock my car. He was courteous, very careful, affordable, and quick! Highly recommend calling Chuck if you ever need a tow.

These guys fixed my Kia after I was in a wreck. Timely and efficient.Currently they are restoring my 1966 Dodge Dart. I cant wait to see her when shes done.They also towed a fifth wheel for me. On time and super skilled at getting it in a tight spot.

I had my Mustang GT painted last week & it is beautiful. They were very helpful & friendly. They did an excellent job. I would recomend them to everyone. I give them 5 stars & more if I could. :)

Terrible work. Replaced my rear bumper and didnt reinstall my receiver hitch. When I noticed they said it wasnt possible. I found a video online and had to show them the video as proof on how to do it. In the process they broke my reverse monitor and admitted blame and said they would order the part. When the $250 part finally came in a week later they refused to fix it saying it was already damaged. Bubbles in the paint by my gas door. Installed the decal wrinkled, so I being nice, told them to just take off the other side. Which they charged me for. Couldnt figure out how to make my aftermarket taillights work. Had my truck towed to a different shop without permission, and charged me for the tow which accomplished nothing as the lights still didnt work. Still have my original broken taillight installed even through was charged to be replaced. Fender flare came off and I had to reinstall. Trailer lighting harness fell out and I had to reinstall myself. 6 weeks later my truck is still not done because of very minor damage. DO NOT GO HERE! SHOCKED THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS

I had a dent in the driver side of my door. I am very glad I brought it to O&E. First they quoted me what I feel was a very fair price. Additionally, after I dropped my car off, they finished the work way faster than expected. And was able to pick it up he next day. When I went to pick up the car, I couldnt even tell there was ever a dent, and the paint job blended perfectly. To top it all off, they even texted me a picture of the progress. Couldnt have asked for more.

Took my girlfriends bmw there to get front bumper and rear bumper painted and installed. was quoted 500. we did discover more damages that i opted not to fix.. they made alot of excuses on parts not being correct when bnr verified they were direct fit.. shop adamant they werent even after bmw cross referenced they were direct bolt on . was told today car was ready to be picked up . get there and pay and find out diffuser wasnt painted... told to come back at 5 after everything was paid for... at 6 pm given a diffuser with dirt and that wasnt dried properly..bumpers both have poor paint, orange peel and dirt... i have photos and text messages to back up that not only are the unprofessional but misleading and poor quality of work... maaco is a 5*** outfit compared to them... owner has anger problem... the lady and front desk guy are super nice and honest ... removed my fender liners and never put them back on.. no profesional shop lets painted items leave wet and not even wet sanded or dust and dirt removed... left parts that were painted out in rain and other parts... spend money and go to a properly staffed place with quality work..please look at screenshots to see what lies they use .. wasnt done at 5 and told come at 6 see screenshots to see who keeps getting caught in lies
