Several employees walking around without a mask while assisting customers. Ladies at cashier/customer service eating very unprofessional talking very loud, also without masks. This is my first time here and not wanting to come back. Service advisor not friendly off the rip wanting me to pay $200 for service package. At this time with the virus raising its recommended that all employees should wear a mask as majority of businesses have their employees wear a mask for safety and keep the virus from spreading. Doubt Ill come back, although this dealership is close to me. Very disappointed
Just bought a car with Alex Flores help. He was excellent to work with - professional and courteous. And Kevins help with finance was very efficient. We were pleased with the experience.
Took my car in for a safety inspection and was told the headlights needed to be replaced. Normally I change them myself to save money, but since I needed to pass the inspection I had them do it instead of having to bring it back in at a later date. A few days later I drove at night for the first time, and couldnt tell the lights were on. I got out of the car and saw the lights were on, but seemed really dim. I called priority the next day to see what was wrong since they werent illuminating more than 2 feet in front of me. I was assured by my technician that everything was correct and they had tested the lights. Drove again that night and was very anxious because the lights still didnt seem like they were working and I knew something wasnt right. When I got to my destination, I opened the hood to check and realized that both lights were installed incorrectly and hadnt been locked in place. I fixed the lights myself and so that they worked correctly. I called priority back to tell them about the issue, but was not able to speak to a manager. The lady I talked to supposedly sent a message to the manager with my contact information and I left a voicemail as well, but was never contacted back. So in the end I paid $145 for a service that was done incorrectly and ended up having to fix myself. I am definitely disappointed in the service itself and the customer service in addressing the issue.
Aaron the Sales manager was personable made this a very pleasant buying experience and provided excellent customer service.Nester showed me how to operate all the bells and whistles on my new 2021 Tundra Limited Black package. He knows all! Will recommend Priority Toyota to family, friends, and colleagues.
Carlos Ayala was the sales associate. Nice, friendly man. Very professional and honest. We discussed the semiconductor shortage and its impact on car sales nationwide. We talked specifically about the vehicle I wanted, model specifications and the terms of sale. Everything was easy and I was genuinely happy to be dealing with him. When I came to pick up my vehicle I did the finance portion with Todd Carlson. Todd’s tole is to make me understand what I’m paying for in detail. He also has to offer me several extra products that supplement the standard 3yr/36k mile warranty. This is where he shines. Instead of painting a doomsday scenario to scare me into paying extra for service and protection packages, he explained in day to day terms what their absence could mean. He sold me 2 of the 3 packages the dealership offers because he made me believe I needed them. Not once did he talk down to me. That mattered. Overall my experience was extremely pleasant and my happy ending is that I drove away in my dream car. 🥳
The team at Priority could not have been more professional or more helpful. From the salesman, sales manager, and the finance manager, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the car that was right for me, and for my budget. They certainly made a life-long customer with me!
I went in the the service department with a terrible squeak in the front left of my truck, whenever I would hit a bump or pothole. My service tech DANA was amazing as always. She always has a smile on her face, no matter how her day has been. Within an hour I was heading out the door, and as always, Dana smiled and wished me a great day. Dana seems to make my day every time I bring in my truck. I appreciate the quality service I received on my vehicle as well. I have not had any squeaking sound since. Priority Toyota will definitely get my recommendation for quality service, with a smile...
The purchase of my new 4Runner was seamless and so easy. The team I worked with, Diego and Todd, were very easy to talk to, no pressure and knowledgeable. They made themselves very available for questions or concerns throughout the process.I had heard good things about Priority Toyota before and now I see why.My first visit was on Saturday and I was picking up my new vehicle on Monday (they had to find the one I wanted). Incredibly fast but quality service.Looking forward to years of service from them.
20k over MSRP no thank you, not a way to treat your customers.Edit after reply. If you don t want your customers too feel that way then stop inflating price. We/customer will remember which dealership tried to take advantange of us after everything settle back to normal.
I had a wonderful car buying experience at Priority Toyota Springfield. Wendell was very professional and a tremendous help in explaining the vehicle. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy vehicle right away. When I decided to purchase the car a day later, Wendell was a key player in securing the vehicle as we drove to the dealership that evening. Todd, in the Finance Department, was very thorough in explaining our finance options and warranty coverages. I had an excellent experience at Priority Toyota Springfield and would buy another car from the dealership in the future.
Dwayne greeted me and answered any questions. Super friendly and great service.
Sayed was very helpful. I started by doing an inventory search on the Priority Toyota website, got in touch with Sayed (sales advisor) after getting the Priority Price (e-Pricing). Sent a couple of emails back and forth, then switched over to Whatsapp, agreed on the final out the door price last night, and went to the dealership this morning to sign the paperwork. Very easy, smooth and efficient buying process! Thanks Sayed!
Everyone that I came in contact with there was very nice. Only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because no one could find my car. After signing all docs that was needed, I knew the brand new car had to be shipped in but instead of taking 1 day it took 4 😔 I was not pleased with that. And guess what.... payments stay the same
Pathetic! It was my first, but definitely the last time that I will go there for service.Service advisor couldnt give two hoots about the delay until I told him he could at least pretend to care. Took over two hours to do the 10K service. And while waiting, I noticed that all the Tacomas and Tundras were marked up $5K to $20K, because there is a shortage. Their greed knows no bounds. Did Toyota charge them more for those trucks??? Obviously not.ZERO stars and not recommended.
The experience purchasing a car has never been this positive. The dealership provided helpful information while we were looking at the cars and never pressured us to make any decisions. Once we selected the car they provided pricing in a timely manner and did not force us to haggle to get to the right price. I would recommend that anyone looking for a car contact Earl ion the online sales team. He will respond quickly and honestly and will help you get into the right car for you.
The parts department was super helpful in finding the right part. They also helped cut a new key for my car. Very clean, very nice and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
Do not get your car serviced here. Worst customer service experience of my life, from scheduling the appointment to picking up my car. I never received a confirmation email after booking the appointment, they were not prepared for me when I showed up for my appointment, and did not honor my prepaid Toyota maintenance plan and tried to charge me the full amount for service. The service reps did not greet or acknowledge me when I entered the service center. Based on the displeasure on their faces, I felt like I was inconveniencing the reps by asking them to do their jobs and work with me. When I was finally able to get one of them to talk to me, I was set up with Dana P. She is supposedly the best they have based on the employee accreditation plaques on the wall. I am very concerned what the other reps are like if she is the best. She showed no willingness to work or communicate with me despite multiple efforts via text, phone, or face-to-face and she carried a very negative attitude. She even seemed to be laughing at me under her mask when I was asking her questions about my maintenance plan. Bottom line: go to a different dealership or support small business.
It was wonderful experience buying new Rav4 with the help of Wendell Russell the wonderful sales person there. He was so helpful from test drive to buy a car. He explained each and every feature about the car and answered all our questions honestly. He was so help that we end up buying the car very same day. I would recommend Wendell Russell, if any one planning to buy Toyota car. I would also like to thank Ali and Johnny for making the entire process easy. The entire staff was very helpful and supportive. Altogether it was a wonderful experience.
I recently purchased a 2021 Avalon XLE Hybrid and traded in my 2016 Avalon XLE with less than 19,000 miles. The negotiations were difficult but never contentious. They had added $5,000 to the mfr listed price., which I refused to pay. We haggled for several days until I told them that I was giving my final offer which removed the additional dealer upcharge, my trade in increased from 18,000 to $21,400 which I had been offered by Carmax. I also agreed to finance thru their finance department which gave them 3 separate profit vehicles. Finally after a final attempt to get me to increase my offer they accepted it. The negotiations were difficult but not contentious. My salesman was Kirk Eller, an honorable, agreeable man, much different from the stereotypical auto salesman.
This review is mainly about Anthony Vargas. Anthony never disappoints. He always makes sure that the service gets done on the same day even if the service is not part of the appointment. Everyone needs an Anthony in their life :D. However, wait times can be a bit long, but they always make sure to get the service done on the same day which is a great advantage for busy people.
Thank you Dwayne McClain for helping me repair my sunroof on my Toyota Rav4.Thanks to Dwayne, I was able to save at least $1000 off the cost of repair. He was really sweet and nice to my mother too!I’d highly recommend Dwayne as a service advisor!
We spoke with and even visited no less than three other Toyota dealerships in the northern Virginia and Maryland area before contacting Priority Toyota. What we found were empty promises of 2022 inventory coming soon and nothing much if anything on the lot. We knew what we wanted and asked for the specific features. We were told to settle, to accept what was available because nothing else would become available anytime soon. Once we notified Priority, Earl was very responsive, proactive, and extremely helpful. He found exactly what we were looking for, and worked with Mo to set up the deal. Most of this was done via phone sending videos, pictures, text messages, and having phone conversations. When we finally arrived in Springfield (About an hour and forty five minutes away), they had everything lined up. They brought the car around, we signed paperwork, then Earl took my wife to the car to begin setting up the features and teaching her how to use them while I went back to take care of the financing portion. When we arrived, we were starving and Earl bought us both a sandwich from the snack bar. That was way over the top. This was the single most enjoyable car purchase I have ever done. Earl and Mo are the best. Once we finished and left, they still helped us out by catching the paperwork before it left the building and swapping our existing plates to the new vehicle instead of the 30 day tags. The dealership was comfortable, it had plenty of offerings for any waiting required, and we now have exactly what all the other dealers in Fredericksburg, Dumfries, and Maryland said we couldnt get. Those two get an 11 on a scale of 1 - 10.
Logan McIntosh reached out and offered very informative and friendly service. She was very knowledgeable and worked with us on finding a great car. We also had our two year old with us and all the staff was kind and incredibly helpful to help keep her occupied and eventually get a shuttle for her and my wife home while I stayed to finish the deal. I highly recommend this dealership and Logan to anyone who might be interested!
You should never use this dealership. We bought a Raw4 in 2017 from this dealership. They promised us life time free oil change and free safety inspection. However, our safety inspection was rejected twice even in the second year after purchasing. First time, they wanted to replace the tires with less than 15,000 miles used. Second time, they wanted to replace brake motor, pads, battery (less than 2 years), filters, and a lot of others. I am afraid that they may want use to replace the engine next year. They always look for reasons to overcharge you. We would need to pay $1000-$2000 in order to pass the inspection. When we took the car to other places, the inspection was easily passed. In addition, they always find a reason to postpone the oil change. We would have to change the oil in other places since we were not able to wait for that long time. Bottom line, there is no credit from this dealership. Never do business with them.
TERRIBLE Service Department. I bought my car from the Priority Toyota in Richmond (Now Loyalty Toyota) and come to this location for service since I moved to Northern Virginia. Ive brought my car here around 5-6 times now and every time I bring in my car for service, even just an oil change, the service techs have tried to get me to pay for some additional Recommended Maintenance for $500-$1,000 every 5k miles. When I refuse the service, the techs become rude and stand-offish. Unless youre getting something free - STAY AWAY.
The people are friendly and polite and they are very helpful
Great service Team, on time !Mr Paul great person to have!! On service Team.Paul keep up the good workI stopped by yesterday 03 /29/2021 to see for 2021 Rav4 Hybrid and I come out with the new 2021 Rav 4 Hybrid.I am glad I did . The new 2021 Rav4 Hybrid is a great performing car.I am a returning customer I had 2020Rav 4 LE .The service was so great, that is the one thing brought me back.Mahia, the sales manager and most importantly my loan processor from LA ! (sorry I forgot their names) all professionas. They treated me above and beyond. Thank you all..
If car buying these days is an agonizing experience, paying MORE than the sticker price, at least you should deal with pleasant, helpful, competent staff. So the lack of five stars is the price only. Great staff.
My experience with this business:I came to the service center because my AC had died on me during the summer. I paid 300 dollars and waited 2 hours for them to “refill my coolant”. I got into my car and my AC still blew hot air, so I asked why. They said that because I refused to repair my alternator the coolant leaked between the time they filled it and I got to the car, about 5 minutes.I would need to pay 1000 dollars for a new alternator and for them to refill it again.I asked for a refund, but their associate refused and hung up on me.I went to my local mechanic and he refilled my coolant for 45 dollars in 15 minutes. He said the alternator was fine and I was scammed. Several months later my AC is still blowing cool air.
Arrived early, was processed immediately. Inspection completed earlier than estimated. Everyone very congenial and smiling.
Dwayne is the Customer Service Manager and he is AWESOME! I had a little issue that I explained to Dwayne- he fixed it immediately! He was professional and made me feel comfortable talking about my issue to him. Dwayne, THANK YOU for being present and listening to my issue AND then addressing it when you said you would!! OUTSTANDING!Sincerely,Kelly Cole
I was so pleased with our service at Priority Toyota!!!! We brought my mils car in for recalls, an oil change and to deal with a rats nest problem. They were fast, honest, did an amazing job and were fairly priced. John S. was our service provider and he was just wonderful! I will definitely come here again!
They tried to over charge me $19,995 on a 2021 Toyota Trd pro with a made up charge of market adjustment they listed the truck for $77,046 when MSRP is $57,051 ... Very crooked dealership that only cares about screwing people over to make as much money as possible
My whole experience with Priority was 5 star. The process of obtaining a quote online and delivering the vehicle without any further hassle was great. The sales person Gideon was excellent. He gave us all the information we needed even our several changes of mind in color and trim level. The whole process went very smoothly and we would recommend Priority Toyota to anyone wishing the Lease or purchase a vehicle.
Quick work and responsible service representatives. Thank you!!
Excellent customer service!!! I always receive outstanding service whenever I go to this dealership. A special thank you to Dana P. She has always been patient and explain everything in detail whenever I had my car service.
Their service team lies all the time! Be cautious and double check with another dealer. Essentially, Ive caught their service team in a lie twice. The first time I was told that my battery was dying. I went to an Advanced Auto Parts to get it checked out and it was completely fine. The second time, they told me that my tire had 3 nails in it and needed to be changed as patching it up would be impossible. I checked in with Costco and there was only one nail in one tire and they patched it up. I say all this to say, if youre a young female, especially, be extra careful as they will attempt to take advantage of you. Every time they tell me theres something wrong, I have to double check because I cant take them at their word. The business owner does not care about running a dishonest business or Im not sure why he would continually allow this to occur. We bought 3 cars from them and are in need of 2 more but were certainly taking our business elsewhere. Be extra cautious with their service team. Im not sure if they get commission off of new parts but theyre willing to lie to get you to spend money unnecessarily. Its really shameful!
Just got our new car from here and it was an amazing experience. It was easy and stress free. We worked with Kirk for our sales and Todd with the warranties and financing. Would recommend. They were easy going, great talking to and ensured we are all good to go.
The staff at Priority have customer satisfaction ask top priority!! They are friendly, knowledgeable and work hard to ensure a fair deal is made and customers leave happy! We have bought multiple cars from them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy new or used.
Priority Toyota Springfield does a great job taking care of my Lexus. And Paul is the best service advisor I have ever known. Great service!
Real top notch place. Appreciate the Military Rebate Program and discount...more places should value our veterans. They always take good care of my Tacoma when I bring it in for a service and the priorities for life are great...free oil changes forever.
My husband and I came here a few months ago to buy a used Acura. Our salesman, was a young man named Alex who was super friendly and very patient with us as we looked at the car and asked many questions about it! I appreciated that he was not pushy in trying to have me make a decision about it, when I was indecisive. He also asked good questions to make me think about why I was uncertain, which helped me think of pros and cons (I’m type-A).Anyways, we decided we wanted the car and had another very helpful associate, Jay, assist us. After some back and forth, Jay did a great job getting the price down to what we were looking to spend. He really worked with our budget and got the price down. Our financing person, Todd, was very upbeat and personable. He explained the financing process in great detail, which was helpful. The only minor issue we encountered was that we signed up for a warranty that we decided not to go with in the end, and that took a while to come off of our account. Todd continued to assure us it was might just take some time to process and he was right! We did get all of our money back (so I have no complaints).Overall, great experience. We love our car and paid a great price for it. We would highly recommend Priority Toyota Springfield!
Horrible experience, wants to rip off all customers, horrible customer service…. Run away from this place.
Great experience at Toyota Springfield. All the staffs were nice and friendly. Patrick did a great job.
Earl and Todd took care of us for the 3rd time. Straight up and honest! Not the words you think of when dealing with most dealerships!
I am really and incredibly speechless with this so-called “Toyota dealership”. I took my car for a recall this morning after scheduled an appointment at 10:am and waited for over 2 hrs then received a phone call from a lady named Suzan who disrespectfully asked me for my car key. I asked why? she rudely said “ I asked the question”. Guess what she is supposed to be a manager and should know how to treat the customers. To make the story short. They lost/misplaced my car key and after challenged them for about 20 minutes. They finally found the key and they expected me to wait for another 2 hrs or reschedule for another day. It is 3:pm and I am yet to hear about my car. I guess we need to congratulate the general manager(Anthony) for becoming an embracement for the Toyota. It is time to shut down and let go unprofessional/cheap staff.
I genuinely hate coming to get my car serviced here. I always have to look for an advisor to help me. I understand that this place is busy Toyota have the most cars on the road, but I dont get it why cant some just help once a customer comes in the door instead of making them feel like theyre just standing around. The thing is I used to be a service advisor and I used to also be a mechanic I get it every one is really busy but its every time I have to stand around looking stupid waiting for some one to help me. Just my two cents.
Friendly and prompt service! You are not a number but a family member. Dana knows your name and is willing to assist. Nothing is too much trouble.
Best service ever. The staff are fast, efficient, and kind. One of the reasons I buy my cars at this location. That is one of my priorities!!! Service!!!
Excellent service as usual. Fabio Guzman is my normal service professional but Ms. Jess filled in for him on his off day and she took care of me, gave me an honest assessment of my upcoming repairs and we even talked about fishing. Only thing different is they didnt wash my truck as usual. But thats ok, this time :-). Side note: To change a tire on my husbands GMC 3500 at Ourisman, it took less time to get my oil change and intermediate maintenance at Priority. Keep up the great work and customer satisfaction. Thanks Jess and Fabio!
I called up there from Columbia, SC. They got me approved and we agreed to price all within about a 30 time frame. When I got up there to get the car, Adam had already had it gassed up and ready to test drive. Todd in finance, was really cool and easy going. The atmosphere of this dealership was just amazing all around. I really enjoyed my experience.
They did change the oil and rotate my tires. They explained what services are next. I just don’t think 5 stars is reservable if you won’t vacuum out the front like most 5 star dealerships.
Jae Yang is the Man!! His team Leslie G. and Mo, were the ones we Communicated with regarding our car purchase. It did not feel like just another Car Transaction, My husband Royce and I truly felt appreciated and like we were dealing with Family. We have been to many Toyota dealerships before, and being from Pennsylvania I would without a doubt make the 3hr drive again to specifically come to this Toyota Dealer. For your car buying needs come here they will not disappoint you. My Next Toyota purchase will be made here, & I recommend everyone to come see Jae and his team! They take great care of you so you can GoPlaces! #Toyota
The worst experience canceling my GAP and Extended insurance after refinancing the next day of purchase. Priority Toyota Springfield just want to take your money. They never cancel my request since June 2021, is almost September now. What happen. Work and don’t steal.
Greatly exceeded my expectations. Very happy with my purchase and the entire process. Carlos Ayala was so professional, courteous and communicative. The managers negotiated with respect and kindness throughout and Im so happy we were able to make the deal happen. The finance team, even though I came in with an outside approval, went above and beyond, even introducing me to members on the service team for future appointments. Again, SO HAPPY!!!
Overpriced.no manners.no value.no punctuality.they will push to buy the car and then after the deal they pretty much get rid of you as fast they can . Very bad experience.rip off. Don’t go there.
Jason Baker was the service gentleman that helped me with my service. He wasn’t the individual initially assigned to me, but he stepped in and helped me with my cars service anyway. He was very transparent on the chances of the service being completed on time, as he had to special order the parts. However, his team was able to make it happen. It was a super quick trip in to drop off and quick to pick up.
Darryl was very polite and made the process easy. I appreciate the manicure on Wednesdays!
We were greeted by Sayyed, who made us feel comfortable over the phone and at the showroom, he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was one of my best car shopping experience. Sayyed was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. I can’t thank him enough for giving us a pleasant experience, and also Denis from finance, she was helpful, patient and well organized with a great smile. Thank you Priority for your great service, deals and team.
Great location. Spacious showroom. Complete parts and service dept.Attentive agents.
Good inventory of the vehicle types we were interested in. Sales rep was very courteous and professional. Would deal with again in the future.
Great experience at 10K Service. Drove up on Saturday and was immediately met by a friendly employee. Checked in with Carla at Service Desk with no delay. Carla was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was completed and I was out in just under a hour. I greatly appreciated the no cost car wash. Waiting area was spacious and pleasant. Great Experience!
If you ever go to this dealership to have your Toyota serviced please go to the help desk and ask for Nawfal. He is an excellent person to talk to. No B.S just straight to the point information. This review alone is a 5 star for Mr. Nawfal. He exceeded my expectations.
Working with Earl Stevens was an absolute pleasure! Earl is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Toyota Camry 2021 took about few days. The best part – Earl stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Earl if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile. Knowledgeable, professional and patient. He is an asset to your organization.
Apologize for the lengthy review but feel its warranted after my experience with Priority!Last week I had the worst experience while trying to get my car serviced. Dropped my car off on Monday at 9am didnt get a call back until 645pm regarding the findings/issues. There was over $3K of work to be completed so wanted to think about it overnight. Called 1st thing Tuesday morning to discuss the work to be done and left multiple messages. Finally, got a hold of the assigned service advisor in the afternoon and during mid-sentence the advisor interrupted and said they would call me back in 10 minutes. Never received a return call back on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning I called to discuss the service and got transferred to the advisor’s line to leave more messages. Called directly back and asked to have the car ready by the afternoon because I was going to pick it up and take it somewhere else for service. As of Wednesday, the car had not been serviced at all. After leaving that message I get a call back within hours from the advisor saying it would magically be ready by Thursday at 11am. On Thursday, I received a call at 330pm advising they need more time, and the car will be ready Friday morning. I advised I need the vehicle by 1230pm and was told not a problem. Friday rolls around and I havent received any phone calls from Priority saying it was complete. I call the service department at 1245pm and the advisor picked up and said let me check on the vehicle will call you back in 5 minutes. At this point it was beyond frustrating because I knew I wasnt going to get a phone call back. At 2pm I decided to go to the service department in-person. Upon walking up to the service advisors desk, the advisor looked at me and said, I was supposed to call you back 5 minutes ago, which was over an hour ago. At this point I was beyond my breaking point and lost all patience. The advisor said the part didnt come in until 12pm on Friday so they are working on it now. After waiting an hour in the lobby, the advisor called me to say another part needs to be replaced and they must order it. The part was going to come in on Saturday and the advisor was going to stay until it was done so I could pick up on Sunday. On Saturday at 6pm the advisor called to say everything was done and to process payment. Picked up the car on Sunday and left a message with the receptionist to have a Service Manager call me because I was frustrated with the experience and wanted to provide feedback. To no surprise I never received a phone call.It was very disappointing to receive this type of service after purchasing the vehicle through Priority and getting my car serviced there for many years. As a customer all I am asking for is communication and a return call back. The “Priorities for Life” and making the customer the “No.1 Priority” clearly didn’t happen here. It’s safe to say I will NEVER go back to Priority for a vehicle or service!
Priority always makes me feel like I am the only customer. They make sure that I am taken care of. If a problem arises, the situation is take care of immediately. The process is quick and painless. Aaron always make sure no customer left behind. I have purchased 8 cars over the last 6 years and each experience gets better.
My Service advisor was very nice, helpful, respectful and on point oh yeah !! he was extremely informative throughout the process and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently I’ll always come back to Priority Toyota Springfield to see Anthony for my service needs 👍
The past time I went here I was asked Am I being a good little girl and getting my car serviced? and had to get my radiator fluid flushed and had to get my back plate of my car fixed from this service. This cost me hundreds of dollars and they have not / wont reimburse me for these damages. Oh and I got my car fixed at the Hampton Priority Location. They were confused as to the state of car given I only go to Priority. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Just to follow up from the automated response below: I emailed them and never heard back...
Ive buying cars at priority Toyota for decades, they have the best service and always willing to go the extra mile .
Wheres 0 stars option?Sales at this dealership is as bad as it gets. They post their prices on the site and those look fairly competitive. When trying to get out-of-the-door numbers and assuming you dont plan on negotiating, it requires for them to add their own site list price + TTL + fees and give you that figure. Its a simple A + B + C = X formula. Its also a consumer sanity check to avoid bate and switch tactic these places commonly employ. If you ever have dealer refuse to provide that figure - dont walk, run away from that place. So, heres part of the reply I got from their sales regarding out-of-the-door figure: the customer needs to be in the showroom in order to go over the price or discuss the price. In other words, we gonna change our tune once you get at the dealership, and what we claim on the site is not what we gonna push on you, ie expect lies and more lies.If you enjoy getting ready to waste hours of your life at the dealer, dont care what you pay, trust this dealer, ignore reviews or think Im exaggerating, then go right ahead. I wish you best of luck. Otherwise avoid this dealer like plague.
Weve been buying from this branch since the early 90s, always excellent service here. Despite the shortage of inventory due to the pandemic. Sales & Finance Team did the best they could to narrow down our search and find the best options possible. Will definitely recommend to others.
On the 30th of June, I bought a car from this dealership.I had a nice/positive experience with the salesperson. I told him what I wanted, he answered all my questions, and he gave me what I wanted. However, when I went to the finance office to make the final payment and get the keys, the two Toyota representatives in the office put extremepressure on me to buy a certain warranty. That was not appreciated at all.
My experience was great! Gus answered all my questions for my first time experience of purchasing my own car. Everyone was very friendly and super helpful; highly recommend.
I went for a service check up and was advised by a new person named Carla. I had already anticipated a wait because it was busy, but I was already waiting almost 4 hours. So I nicely asked for the ETA since my relative instead of me was getting updates about my vehicle despite me giving her my phone number. She said to come back when she’s ready since she couldn’t find the paperwork so I did just that without any complaints. Then when she calls me she gave me an unnecessarily rude and drawn out explanation as to why she didn’t get back to me. Very uncalled for so I took my keys and left. If you come here, I advise you to go to another advisor or somewhere else all together.
Priority Toyota of Springfield is an excellent dealership. They came very close to the price i wanted to pay for my truck and the amount I wanted for my trade. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.
My first visit, Sunday, May 23, 2021 to the dealership in attempt to purchase a new car was not pleasant as I thought the asking price was inflated. I returned to the dealership two days later as an informed customer and had a success deal. So, it takes a well informed customer to deal more effectively with the dealership.
Timely, efficient and quick service as promised. I was kept informed throughout via Text messages. My consultant Nadir Ali was extremely helpful and cordial.--Tayyab U
Went in for 15k mile service on Toyota Corolla today and received car with deep gashes by the trunk (see photos) as if someone keyed it. My advice is to take photos of your car before allowing the careless people in the service area to move it. The amount of money the service costs is very little compared to the costs of repair to fix these deep gashes. Go elsewhere.
It was a great efficient experience. Adham is a great salesman without being a stalker. Straight forward and knowledgeable. Todd in finance was efficient and friendly. Great experience.
I’d like to highly recommend Dwayne Mcclain as a service advisor.I’m a budget-conscious customer and I called nearly every dealership in the DMV region to get a quote for replacing my break pads.Dwayne offered me the lowest quote in the region! He was also super nice.I highly recommend Dwayne!
Kent was amazing from the start to the end. He listened to what we were looking for and didn’t bother showing us what he knew wasn’t on our list of wants. Flawless interaction with everyone we dealt with.
I want to thank Charles Otoo for excellent costumer care. He was attentive to the specific vehicle I wanted and provided insight to questions. He listened! Hats off to a great salesperson in the making!
One of the best place to buy a car. Went to 3-4 different dealership for trade in. But Priority Toyota Springfield gave me much more than other places and helped me even with bad credit. Thank you Priority Toyota Springfield team. You are the best.
I bought my car there in Springfield back in May 2014 and I have always had excellent customer service whenever I came in for my routine maintenance. Today was a high exception! Today was the worst customer service I have ever received by the worst customer service agent named Jason Baker.I live over an hour away so naturally I get on the road early to ensure I am not late for my 9 AM scheduled appointment. I arrived at 8:32 AM, the person who I was scheduled to see was name Eddy, he was not there so they reassigned me to Jason. I never personally met Jason because he never introduced himself to me during the entire 2 1/2 hours I waited for my car to get serviced. I received the text message saying that if I wanted updates or if I need to contact customer service to please reply back. After four phone calls and finally talking to a fabulous customer service service agent Nicole, I was able to retrieve my car which had not been washed like I requested, I’m not exactly sure if the oil change was actually done as well as the tire rotation that I asked for, as well as the other service for fixing my lights.Needless to say I left there extremely upset, and highly dissatisfied. Will I ever return to have my oil changed, because I am a priority Toyota for life customer, I will; but I will never recommend nor would I ever deal with Jason again and I will always moving forward ask for Nicole. Great people that make car buying fun. The process was a breeze. Went in @ 5:30 on a Tuesday and left just before closing with my new C-HR.Couldnt be happier. Well shop there again when it comes time to get next new car.EDIT: I was tired and my sugar was down and needing to eat but I have to ask WHY DID MY C-HR NOT COME WITH CARPETED FLOOR MATS?Lowering to 4 stars.EDIT#2: after multiple promises of someone calling or emailing me I opened a ticket with Toyota Customer Experience and I have not yet even received a call or email from anyone. Would love to start driving my C-HR but without Floor Mats or a cargo Liner?????Lowering to 3 stars.EDIT#3: another day with no response from the dealership. I have once again tried to reach out to the Priorityrep email and the Contact US Link on the Dealers Website. we shall see if this time it works better.Lowering to 2 stars.Final Edit: Finally got a hold of someone and was able to work out a deal on getting the Floor Mats. Great place and will still shop there again for my next Car.Raising back to 5 stars.
We had a great time negotiating and financing our car here. Our sales representative was Kirk. He was really great and helpful. He gave us the price we were asking for and more! Really recommend him! One of the best sales representative I have had a pleasure dealing with.
My experience was great! Darryl was the rep who took care of me. He was personable and offered me different solutions to fix a problem with my driver side door. Darryl was able to keep me up to date with my repair and made it a relatively painless experience. Much thanks to Darryl and the Priority team. They were amazing.
First time visiting to have my dads Camry serviced.Smooth and efficient process from drop off to pickup. Recommend replacing battery which is reasonable given that the Camry is 2014 on its original battery. Will take care on that next time. Large and busy dealership with lots of room for customers to wait.
Usually get hunter to help me because His honest and does the initial inspection and Caught some mistakes and gives me discounts. So turning into a new guy- wasn’t easy but I did. Darrel, wow what’s a service. His responsive, confident and efficient. Respects your time and very upfront about issues.I went to Tyson’s Toyota for years and I had basic oil change that led to me almost leaving my car at the dealer. The initial rep didn’t understand my needs, the service techs did more work than I asked. So at that point I said keep the car.Springfield has been good to me for last 6 months. They’re packed but when you find a gem like hunter and Darrell don’t hesitate to ask questions or voice concerns. THEY CARE AND THEY LISTEN. No fuss. No yells back at me. Respectful. Considerate. Ah amazing team!
My experience with Earl was the fastest, lowest-pressure sales experience Ive ever had while buying a vehicle. Couldnt recommend him/them more highly, and Ill definitely return there for future purchases!
Springfield Priority Toyota advertised 2022 Toyota Corolla LE JTDEPMAE1NJ196230 for online selling price of $21,424.00 after $500.00 Discount & Incentives deduction. I went to the dealership to buy the car and the sales person increased the price to $28K+. He told me there is a market adjustment due to shortage stock. I gave him the printout showing $21K and asked him to sell it on advertised price. TYhe sales person told me it is only to attract buyers so that they can come to the dealership. I spent more than an hour at the Springfield Priority Toyota because of their false online advertisement. waste of my time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish I could give them 0 stars based on my recent experience. I purchased my car here almost ten years ago and have been having my car serviced here since that time, I will say that customer service has been seriously lacking over the years, but due to the free oil changes that they offer I continued to use there services. I will not be returning here ever in the future. I have a compartment where I have always kept loose change for different incidentals and after my last service here yesterday I noticed 3/4 of the loose change was missing that I keep in my car. The missing change is not the issue but customers please beware that the people they have working on your cars are apparently thieves and they must have some drug dependency issues because who takes a couple of dollars in change from a person’s vehicle. Needless to say my trust is lost with this place if I can’t trust you not to steal change from my car.
The staff are always professional and helpful. They go over and above as well in many ways.
I took my new Highlander in for its first required service, and learned the hard way that the service department is staffed by thieves. If you’re going to get your car serviced here, DO NOT leave anything in your car. A sentimental trinket was stolen from my Highlander while It was in Priority’s possession. To add insult to injury, the listed services on my service ticket weren’t actually completed.
I don’t see how anyone is giving this dealership anything more than 0 stars. My husband walked in ready to buy a car and no one greeted him, no one acknowledged him or asked if they could help.He spent 45 minutes there, and even went inside one of the cars in the showroom and spent 20minutes talking on his cell phone inside the car looking for another dealership ironically. To top it off, he saw no 4 Runners or Tacoma’s on the lot at all. He said it didn’t even seem like anyone was selling cars. Poor service. How do they sell cars here?Update: The reply from the owner is a canned non-response. Where is the effort to make this better? Sounds like they know they have issues. My husband bought his Toyota 4Runner elsewhere. You guys lost a customer.
Great service. The best part of Priority Toyota is the Assistant Service Manager Paul.
