This is the place to get your auto body work done. They are quick, professional and affordable. They fixed my car on a budget and did so right. I cannot sing their praises more.

My car was rear ended by another car. I got the car about a 1-2 days later than the estimated date but not too big of a deal as they did a great job. Car looked it was never crashed in the first place. Car was very driveable after I picked it up. Jeff was working. These people have great customer service and are great on cars. Highly recommend them.

I had been using this shop periodically over the past 30 years and enjoyed working with Jim Scott, the owner, at the old location nearby. I recently dealt with Richard and found him to be a know-it-all, not willing to listen to the customer, and extremely rude and arrogant. He continually argued with me and actually suggested I go elsewhere and I did. I brought my vehicle to a shop around the corner and got a no hassle repair that ended up doubling in cost from hidden damage. Luckily L&M worked everything out with my insurance, without need for my involvement, and did a great job. I will not use this shop again while Richard is employed there.

Quality Work at Affordable Prices. We love this place!!

The alignment shop I went to said they could not align my truck. Got a $300.00 estimate from another body shop but they could not do the work for a week or more. Called Springfield and they set-up an alignment appointment, they fixed my frame cross-member and aligned it the same day as the appointment. Truck drives great now. Id recommend them and go there again!

I never thought it was going to be this bad. My insurance company company refereed them to me so i thought nothing of it. I went and talked to them and they told me it was going to take about three weeks to get my car back and the damages exceeded 6K. I was in shock of how much it was considering the fact that its not an expensive car. well they didnt give me my car back like they said they would and to make matters worse they didnt communicate about the fact that it was going to take another two weeks. they kept telling me one thing after another, never giving me forward answers. Then the next thing i know the coverage on the rental car runs out and i call them to see to see what i can do and they tell me not to worry about it if the rental company has not called me back. so i believed what they said and next thing i know i owed over 500 dollars on the rental car because i went over the coverage that my insurance company offered. I had to pay that out of pocket. They finally give me my car back and i was the worst job i have ever seen, but they called it done. They handed me my car dirty inside and out, they obviously car about their customers.... I didnt have time to tell them about how i felt because i was going out of town. Then i realized that they didnt even finish the job. My seat was still open in the back. The airbag was sticking out of the driver seat. So i called them to see what they were going to do and the excuses started again. They told me that they subcontract airbag repair to another company. All i kept telling them was that they had to fix it. I drove around like that for a week. I took time out of my day so someone could come to my house and fix it and they had to order a piece so that took another few days. In the end i would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!... Not even for a simple fix like a mirror. Now my car is making a noise and i told them about it and all they said was i needed new tires. Well i got new tires and they cost me almost 700 dollars and the noise is still there.. Guess it wasnt the tires... Now i want to see what they say. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE STAY AWAY!!!!!... ITS HELL!!!!!....

I was in a car accident and had Springfield Auto Body repair the damage. The biggest holdup was getting my insurance to send out adjusters when additional damage was found. True it took over 30 days to get my car repaired and my insurance had to pay for the additional 10 days past the 30 day mark, but the car came back (after $14,000) worth of repairs almost as good as it was. With that amount of damage to a 2012 vehicle, the car is not the same, nor can it be. It runs sound. But overall Im happy I took it to Springfield Auto Body.

They said itd take 4 days and it took 4 days. Worked well with my insurance and were good at communicating with me. Staff was rather friendly and professional.
