After a recent bad experience at a car dealership, I was leery and my feelings of dismay almost didn’t allow me to call Springfield Mitsubishi. When I finally did call them, I had the pleasure of speaking with Calvin. This may sound a bit premature but after our one phone conversation, I really liked him. With that said, my wife and I decided to give Springfield a chance. When we arrived we were greeted and officially introduced to Calvin. He laid out everything for us from the beginning. There were no salesy pitches and he addressed our pain points early on. He talked to us in a very human way, which put me at ease. At the time I felt like even if we didn’t end up purchasing, it was still worth my time coming in. Calvin has a wonderful personality and is quite funny but ultimately great at his job. We did end up purchasing a vehicle that day and had not one doubt it was the right decision, because Springfield made it right for us. Worst Experience with a Dealer in 20 YearsMy cousin took her vehicle here for a oil change and tire rotation (the car is from out state)When she arrived the manager requested her to park the vehicle in a spot that was very tied. She let him know that the spot was very narrow and requested to park somewhere else.The manager proceeded to request the keys from her and against her request and concerns. He proceeded to park vehicle in the spot consequently damage not just the bumper but ALSO the lights and sensors. Once again he took her property and damage it against her request.So what happens next? the manager proceeds to apologize and promises to address the issue and It will be solved within 1 week.Its being 6 WEEKSEvery time we call we get a different answer:parts are ordered, they were not.Will call you back with an update.... they never call,We are still calling and asking for someone to take accountability and do the right....thing...Weve called for manager, for directors but we dont seem to be either able to talk to talk to anyone able to solve this...So be careful taking your car here. I hope you dont run into something like this...just to service your vehicle.

Elisha is the best! I came in due to my car being destroyed and she went above and beyond to assure that i got into something better and something that made me feel completely better about my car troubles! She was VERY nice to my daughter, made her comfortable and even put my baby’s favorite show on her phone to try and keep her occupied! Great experience here I came here cause engine on last car blew and decided to give it a shot. My credit is a big work in progress believe me. They need to value peoples time and work schedules. Oil changes and a simple inspection on a brand new vehicle shouldnt take 3.5hrs. I showed up at 2:45pm and didnt leave this place till around 6:38pm for a oil change and a inspection my vehicle only has 18,000 miles on it. This alone makes me willing to spend more money elsewhere to get in and out. This is shameful for a professional dealership.

This was suppose to be a simple oil change and 27 point inspection before i hit the road but i have to go to another mitsubishi dealer because the service here is a rush job as you can see by pictures they did not have right car on paper and did not do 27 point inspection but only did 6 points if i wanted 6 point inspection i could have asked my dad but hey i gave it a try and will not becoming back here or recommend service as they did a rush and poor service job very sad coming from a dealership…

My thing is this, I never was offered to sit in any car there... how do I know if the seat fits me correctly?...how does one purchase a vehicle without test driving it?...terrible customer service from the higher one up than the sales reps...which by the way my sales rep was super nice BUT did not offer to show me a car or touch a car... if I had $2,500 I would get a G4 and I was like what kind of car is that? Again, because no one showed me the inventory...smh... qualified or not the experience was missing...

I drove home with a 2020 Mitsubishi with full coverage insurance in my budget. They did more than an exceptional job they took it to the next level of customer service. They did not give up until I was satisfied. I couldnt thank them enough. I wish I could do more for them because they did more for me to get a car. My husband and I went to KIA on the Blvd and almost got bamboozled! They were trying to sell us a 2021 FWD Telluride for a $10,000 mark-up (which is not what we wanted) and they ran our credit without us knowing, so when we arrived at Springfield Mitsubishi, we were on guard and ready. The great part about Springfield is that they were very clear in their prices, whatever the MSRP was is what the car was sold for. We had Jakair and he was EXCELLENT, between him and Joe we ended up with the 2022 AWC Outlander, which was more than we expected and roughly $4,000 less than what we wanted to spend. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST DEALERSHIP SPRINFIELD MITSUBISHI IS YOUR PLACE, HOWEVER IF YOURE LOOKING TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF MONEY, TRY YOUR LUCK ELSWHERE!
